Mrs. Myrtle Burris, age 85 of Greensburg passed away Thursday the 24th in Campbellsville.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law: Barbara Bennett of Crestview, Florida, and Orthelia and Weldon Carter of Louisville.
One brother: James Thomas Skaggs of Edmonton.

Mrs. Pauline McKinney Hartfield, age 86 years of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital.

A grandson: Daniel Bruce Romines of Greensburg.
A sister: Goldie Simpson of Greensburg.
Two sisters-in-law: Laverne McKinney and Sandra McKinney of Greensburg and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mrs. Pauline McKinney Hartfield, will be conducted Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery.

Mr. William Chester Meadows, age 78, of Greensburg, passed away on Friday at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
Survivors include his Wife: Cymbelline Rose Meadows of Greensburg.
2 special nieces: Belinda Lee and Veronica Judd, both of Greensburg.
1 sister: Lorene Pierce and her husband Alvin of Greensburg and a host of other nieces, nephews, and relatives and friends.
The funeral services for Mr. William Chester Meadows, will be conducted Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Fry Cemetery.

Mr. Othel Nelson “Double Dry” Judd
Mr. Othel Nelson “Double Dry” Judd, the son of the late Otis Judd and Nettie Price Judd, was born Tuesday, September 13, 1927 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, July 28, 2004 in Greensburg. He was 76 years10 months and 15 days of age.
He was a farmer and former logger.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law: Margaret and Junior Kessler of Cookeville, Tennessee; three sons and a daughter-in-law: William A. and Linda May Judd, Michael Ray Judd and Billy Judd all of Greensburg.
Also surviving are two brothers: Georing “Myrtle” Judd and Amos “Puddle” Judd both of Greensburg; three sisters: Norene Judd and Ann Meadows both of Greensburg and Irene Judd of Louisville; five grandchildren: Charlotte Money, Marla Jeffries, Vernonica Beard, Holly Ferguson all of Greensburg and Turner Judd of Carthage, Tennessee; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
The funeral service for Mr. Othel Nelson “Double Dry” Judd, will be conducted Saturday, July 31, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. Garnett Wayne Davis will be officiating.

Mr. Leon Reynolds, son of the late Mr. William “Silas” Reynolds and Mrs. Louria Vaughn Reynolds, was born November 10, 1923 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at the Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. He was 80 years, 8 months, and 19 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was attending Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
Mr. Reynolds was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post 124 and the James L. Pruitt Lodge 5813 of the V. F. W. He was also retired from the Kentucky Department of Highways, where he worked with the Engineering Crew and retired after 30 years.
He united in marriage to Miss Betty Wright on December 5, 1947, who survives.
He is also survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Susan & Garry Larimore of Greensburg; 2 grandchildren: Bethany LeAnne Larimore of Lexington and Kyle Larimore of Greensburg; 3 sisters and 3 brothers: Virgie Wright of Louisville, Zella Judd of Greensburg, Katheryn Loy of Bowling Green, William Grady Reynolds of Indiana, Durward Reynolds of Louisville, and Ray Reynolds of Louisville; and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
The funeral services for Mr. Leon Reynolds, will be conducted Sunday at 1:00 P.M. at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greensburg Cemetery with Military Rite Conduted. Rev. Jim Hagan will be officiating.

Mr. Brooks Mason Edwards of Greensburg, son of the late Emery Edwards and Lorene Hartfield Edwards, was born on Sunday, October 5, 1930 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was 76 years, 1 month and 25 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church, a self employed Cattleman and Fishing Guide and a member of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post 124. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the United States Marine Corps.
He united in marriage to Barbara Ellen Caulk on December 21, 1955 who survives.
Other survivors include three daughters and a son-in-law: Lesley and John Mitchell of Laurens, South Carolina, Ellen Blakeman of Elizabethtown, and Alice Nichols of Bowling Green; six grandchildren: Brook Ellen Mitchell of Japan, John Mitchell, Jr. and Bryce Mason Mitchell both of South Carolina, Brad Lee Nichols of Bowling Green, Emily Ann Blakeman and Sarah Ellen Blakeman both of Elizabethtown; a brother: Bill Edwards of Greensburg; a sister: Mary Jane Morgan of Indianapolis, Indiana; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral services for Mr. Brooks Mason Edwards will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 4, 2006 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens with full Military Rites. Rev. Mike Akridge will be officiating.

Mr. Gregory 'Greg' Dennis Strader, son of Ann Thompson Strader of Greensburg and the late W.D. Strader, was born on Thursday, May 2, 1957 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at his home in Greensburg. He was 49 years, 6 months and 27 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church, a member of the Green County Golf Association, and a former City Maintenance employee.
He united in marriage to Patti Pickett on June 3, 1977 who survives.
Other survivors include a daughter: Haley Nicole Strader of Greensburg; a brother: Ricky Strader of Campbellsville; his mother-in-law: Janet Pickett of Greensburg; one niece and nephew; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
The funeral services for Mr. Gregory 'Greg' Dennis Strader will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., at the Greensburg United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Dale Curry and J.W. Bennett will be officiating. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
