Arvin K. Cobb, Sr., 70, of Louisville, formerly of Hodgenville, died Dec. 3, 2004, at Suburban Hospital in Louisville.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of First Baptist Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Amanda Sanders of Radcliff and Glenda Cambers of Lexington; two sons, Arvin Cobb Jr., of Versailles and Paul Cobb of Hodgenville; a sister, Audria Cox of Hodgenville; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Dec. 7, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home with the Rev. John C. Lee Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Hubbard Cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Paul A. Cottrill, 81
Paul A. Cottrill, 81, of Hodgenville, died Dec. 3, 2004, at his home.
He was a native of Hazard, retired from Ft Knox, a World War II veteran, past member of B.R. Young Masonic Lodge, 132 F & AM, and American Legion Post #87, a former member of the Hodgenville City Council and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Polley Cottrill; and a son, Jimmy Cottrill.
He is survived by a son, Johnny Cottrill of Hodgenville; a daughter, Pamela Cottrill Gibson of Bardstown; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 1 p.m. at Billy Howell Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bryce Parks officiating. Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held today after 9 a.m. at the funeral home.

Kevin Lee Donhoff, 43, of Louisville, died Nov. 27, 2004, at his residence.
He was an active member of AA and Shively Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Cebert Moore; and his paternal grandmother, Charlotte Vogel.
He is survived by his daughter Amanda Rose Donhoff; a brother, James Gregory Donhoff; and his parents, Patricia Lee and James Edward Donhoff.
Funeral services were held Dec. 1 at Owen Funeral Home in Louisville. Burial followed in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West.

Lucille Warren Tennison, 73, of Louisville, formerly of Buffalo, died Dec. 3, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville.
She attended Parkwood Baptist Church in Louisville and was retired from Bacon’s Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vester and Stella Thompson Warren.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Tennison; a daughter, Kay Ashby of Louisville; a brother, Edward Warren of Elizabethtown; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Dec. 5, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bennie Phelps officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Dec. 4, from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Charles Norman Brackett, 80
Charles Norman Brackett, 80, of Upton, died Feb. 2, 2005, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
He was a farmer and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lettie Brooks Brackett; and his parents Lennie and Carrie Bennett Brackett.
He is survived by his companion, Lillie Mae Hazelwood of Upton; two sons, Ruel (Teresa) Brackett and Billy Brackett both of Upton; two grandsons, Mark Brackett and Justin Brackett, both of Upton, a granddaughter, Tina Propes of Upton; a sister, Lottie Mae Bush of Hodgenville; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Feb. 4, at 2 p.m. at Manakee Funeral Home in Upton with the Rev. Mike Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Church Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Feb. 3, from 4-9 p.m. and Feb. 4, from 9 a.m. – 2 pm. at the funeral home.
Larry Wayne ‘Pete’ Hoback, 57
Larry Wayne “Pete” Hoback, 57, of Louisville, died Feb. 2, 2005.
He was retired from General Electric with 36 years of service and enjoyed fishing and watching Nascar.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley O. Hoback.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Louise Stout, a daughter, Angie M. Hoback-Crawford and her husband, Scott; his mother, Louise Hoback; two sisters, Teresa Snepp and Shelia Aubrey; a brother, Danny Hoback; and three grandchildren, Kyle, Matthew and Ambur Crawford.
Funeral services will be held Feb. 5, at 2 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.
Visitation at the funeral home will be held Feb. 4, from noon – 8 p.m. and on Feb. 5, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
John P. Manuel, 52
John P. Manuel, 52, of New Haven, died Feb. 1, 2005, at his home.
He was a native of Honolulu, Hawaii, and hung drywall for the Family Construction Business.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clprlano and Lillian Poyo Manuel.
He is survived by a son, Andrew Asagra of New Haven; four daughters, Carmen Asagra, Dawn Asagra, Meta Asagra and Mapuana Asagra, all of Honolulu, Hawaii; six sisters, five brothers and five grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Mable Ward Moor, 94, of Upton, died Feb. 1, 2005, at Caritas Medical Center in Louisville.
She was a devoted wife and mother, a faithful member of Magnolia Baptist Church and retired from Sonora Elementary School Staff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dellard Moor; her son-in-law, Joe Edd Johnson; her parents, Dave and Adeline Heath Ward; a sister, Edna Ward Cruse; and three brothers, Homer Ward, Perry Ward and Stanley Ward.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Johnson of Upton; a grandson, Jed Johnson of Upton; and two great-granddaughters, Emily Johnson and Julia Johnson.
Funeral services will be held Feb. 4, at 1 p.m. at Magnolia Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Wilder officiating. Burial will follow in Sonora Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Magnolia Baptist Church, Feb. 4, from 10 a.m. until time for services.
