Hazel Lee Perkins Morgan Neagle, 92, of Hodgenville, died Jan. 30, 2006, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was a member of Lincoln Memorial Baptist Church in Hodgenville and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Morgan; a son, William Alford Morgan; her parents, Other and Nancy Beth Price Perkins; a sister, Cluster Ward; two half-brothers, Edward Perkins and William Lewis Perkins; a step-sister, Ora Jeffries; and a son-in-law, Leo Gardner.
She is survived by a daughter, Iola Gardner of Hodgenville; a sister, Grace Bloyd of Greensburg; two half-brothers, Rev. John A. Perkins and Rev. Daniel Perkins, both of Magnolia; five grandchildren, Alton Leo Gardner, Brenda Kay Whitfield, Rebecca Lane Pruitt, Janice Carol Cornelison and Dana Buckner; nine great-grandchildren, Janet Willis, Jermey Gardner, Brian Gardner, Tonya James, Terra Ray, Mythia Russell, Eric Cornelison, Gary Buckner and Lacy Wright; nine great-great-grandchildren, Justin Willis, Zachary Michael Kyle Gardner, Jacob Gardner, Amber James, Sadie Ray, Jordan Buckner, Travis Buckner, Leah Buckner and Emily Wright; three step-grandchildren, Mattie Cahill, Laurinda Cahill and Paul Cahill; three step-great-grandchildren, Kenneth Gavin Anthony Cahill, Dakota Austin Mia Cahill and Jessie Lucas; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with the Revs. Tom Downey and Daniel Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Bennett Cemetery in Green County.
Visitation will be held Jan. 31, from 4-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Feb. 1, at the funeral home.

Amanda Rose Boone Spalding, 88, of Howardstown, died Jan. 23, 2006.
She is survived by a sister.

Lee Opal Hill Thompson, 84, of St. Joe died Jan. 25, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Thompson.
She is survived by two sons, Nick and Dan Thompson; and five daughters, Lois Mattingly, Chery Mattingly, Betty Ringley, Sandy Peterson and Sheila Thompson.

Octavia Elizabeth Bradbury, 90, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2006, at her residence in Galveston, Texas. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home, 1201 Tremont, Galveston, Texas with Rev. Noel Vargas officiating. Burial followed at Calvary Cemetery in Galveston. Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at the funeral home.
Octavia was born Feb. 10, 1916 in Galveston, Texas to Leo and Justina Lera Martinelli and was the stepdaughter of William F. Criss. She was a 1934 graduate of Ursuline Academy of Galveston. She resided in Hodgenville for 36 years where her husband practiced medicine. She was a dedicated member of West End Baptist Church of Galveston, Texas.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband of 57 years, Dr. John Bradbury and granddaughter, Maleigha Bradbury, Octavia is survived by her children, Nancy L. Thalmann of Seguin, Texas, William P. Bradbury and wife Betty Ann of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Jane C. Bretl and husband Allan of Toledo, Ohio, John T. Jennie Vester Perkins, 91, of Hodgenville died Friday, June 9, 2006, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was a homemaker and a member of Ovesen Heights Baptist Church in Hodgenville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Perkins; two sons, Gilbert Perkins and Ray Perkins; her parents, William Douglas and Viola Skaggs Martin; seven sisters; and two brothers.
She is survived by six daughters, Geneva Cecil of New Haven, Ethel Lobb and her husband Edwin, Irene Sprowles and her husband Buddy, and Bonnie Sanders and her husband Eddie, all of Hodgenville, Juanita Shofner and her husband J.C. of Campbellsville, and Patsy Riggs and her husband Everett of Howardstown; three sons, Richard Perkins of Elizabethtown, Tommy Perkins and his wife Debbie of Hodgenville, and Paul Perkins and his wife Vicky of Louisville; four sisters, Florence Whitson of Indiana, Linda Milby of Louisville, Nannie Metcalf of Hodgenville and Lona Perkins of Elizabethtown; 19 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. June 11 at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with the Revs. Gerald Murphy and Craig Perkins officiating. Burial followed in Union Band Baptist Church Cemetery in Nelson County.
Richard Dale ‘Dick’ Albertson, 61
Richard Dale “Dick” Albertson died Monday, June 5, 2006, at his home in Venus, Texas.
He was born April 28, 1945, in Bandon, Ore., to Arthur Lawrence and Geneieve Evans Haga Albertson.
He worked for UPS for 16 years before moving to Texas to answer the call of God on his life where he earned a diploma in biblical studies.
He was a member of the Single Action Shooting Society (SASS). His handle was O.G. Cody, and he enjoyed regular shooting competitions. He enjoyed bass fishing, elk hunting and was an all-around outdoorsman.
He was a member of Midlothian Bible Church and enjoyed the time he could spend sharing his testimony with others of how God can change anyone’s life. He also cherished spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Dianne Albertson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Thelma Albertson; two sons, Richard Albertson Jr. and wife Heather and the Rev. Raymond Albertson and wife Kathrina “Tia;” a daughter, Heidi McGuire and husband David; eight grandchildren, Kristin Albertson, Dakota “Cody” Albertson, Cameron Albertson, Emily Grace Albertson, Krista Albertson, Emma Albertson, Donavan McGuire and Dylan McGuire; one sister, Jerene Whitney; one brother, Stanley Albertson; and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Funeral services were held June 7 at Midlothian Funeral Home in Midlothian, Texas. Burial was in DFW National Cemetery.

Mary Ellen Turner, 90, of Louisville died Friday, June 9, 2006, at Audubon Hospital.
She was retired from Porcelain Metals Co., and was a member of Eastern Parkway Baptist Church in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie V. and Nattie E. Dye Turner; three brothers, Harvey, Arthur and Charlie; and two sisters, Beulah and Alta.
She is survived by five nieces and six nephews, numerous great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 12 at 11 a.m. at Billy Howell Funeral Chapel in Hodgenville with Bro. Gordon McDowell officiating. Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery.

Frances “Frankie” Gibson Milby, 80, of Magnolia, died Aug. 31, 2006, at her residence.
She was a member of Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church in Magnolia where she served as church pianist for over 50 years and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Eugene Milby; her parents, Joe and Lula Buckner Gibson; and a son-in-law, Raymond Burt.
She is survived by two daughters, Vanessa Burt of Magnolia and Gwen “Wendy” Skaggs and her husband, Steven of Paducah; a son, Phillip Milby and his wife, Susie of Magnolia; five sisters, Vivian Caven, Eloise “Weezie” Tharp, both of Magnolia, Dorothy Smith, Leona Remines and Blondina Tierney, all of Louisville; two brothers, Foster Gibson of Louisville and Garland Gibson of Shepherdsville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sept. 2 at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with the Rev. Gerald Gardner officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
