Warren Priest
PROVIDENCE -- Warren Priest, 79, Providence, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
A member of a Missionary Baptist Church, he was a retired coal miner, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 148 and a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Priest of Providence and Barry Priest of Central City; one sister, Ruby Moore of Bristol, Tenn.; and one granddaughter.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Melton Funeral Home in Providence. The Rev. Barry Cullen will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Providence.

Bonnie L. Berry
MARION, Ky. -- Bonnie L. Berry, 78, Marion, formerly of Henderson, died at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at Salem Springlake Care Center in Salem, Ky.
She was a member of Carrsville Pentecostal Church in Carrsville, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm E. Berry Sr., who died in 1983.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon D. Dossett of Marion; one son, Malcolm E. Berry Jr. of Henderson; two sisters, Dorothy Berry and Jerrye Walters, both of Henderson; one brother, James O. Stone of Henderson; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Revs. Malcolm L. Dossett and Nicky Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Duran McDonald, Alvin McDonald, Craig Dossett, Brad Dossett, Truman Croft, and Ronnie Landreth.
Sabra Ann Lindsay
Sabra Ann Lindsay, 66, Henderson, died at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2001, at her home.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she was a member of the St. Ann's Guild and was a former Vestry member. She was also a member of Methodist Hospital Regional Foundation Board and Henderson Community Outreach. She was a teacher for more than 30 years and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross and the Henderson Fine Arts Center.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Gross Clay Lindsay; one daughter, Mrs. Ritchie (Lisa) Shewmaker of Louisville; one sister, Nancy Kirkland of Newport News, Va.; one brother, William E. Wood of Norfolk, Va.; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Rev. Gordon Morrison will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday and until noon Tuesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.

Mary Boze
Mary Boze, 53, Henderson, died at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, where she served as an usher. She also worked for CVS for two years.
Survivors include her companion of 12 years, William I. Beals of Reed; two sons, Edward N. Boze of Louisville and Richard T. Boze of Deland, Fla.; her mother, Claudia Goffinet of Tell City, Ind.; one sister, Joyce Greenwood of St. Meinard, Ind.; five brothers, Paul Goffinet, Allen Goffinet and John Goffinet, all of Tell City, Adrian Goffinet of Orlando, Fla., and David Goffinet of England; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. The Rev. Andy Ausenbaugh will officiate. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.

Edna S. Burke
Edna S. Burke, 61, Robards, died at 2:40 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001, at Methodist Hospital.
She had worked as deputy jailer in Henderson for 81Ž2 years.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Albert "Tom" Burke; four sons, John Burke of Henderson, Darrell Burke and David Burke, both of Robards and Wayne Burke of Uniontown; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom Hancock will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.

She was a retired state social services employee and had been a foster grandparent. She was also a member of Finley Baptist Church and the Methodist Hospital Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Freemont Ellis, who died in 1965.
Survivors include one daughter, Terry Lynn Tapp of Henderson; one son, Michael A. Ellis of Columbus, Ga.; one sister, Margaret Beck of Corydon; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Tapp Funeral Home.

DIXON -- Jesse R. Gibson, 69, Dixon, died at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2001, at Methodist Hospital.
He was a former truck driver and carrier for West Kentucky Bank.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Gibson; one daughter, Ann Willett of Henderson; two sons, Johnny Gibson of Dixon and Keith Brown of Evansville; his mother, Archie Gibson of Clay; one sister, Judy Madden of Clay; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon. Gary Puryear and the Rev. Rex Childs will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon.
