Belvie Whitehouse
Belvie Whitehouse, 81, Henderson, died at 9:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at Methodist Hospital.
He enjoyed working on and repairing lawn mowers.
He retired from Red Spot Paint in Evansville after 31 years of service.
He was also a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Jo Meyer, who died in 1995.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Dorothy L. Whitehouse; one daughter, Margaret F. Davis of Henderson; four brothers, Jerry Whitehouse, Bobby Whitehouse, Joe Whitehouse and Jackie Whitehouse, all of Central City; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The Revs. Linda Whitehouse and Bill Penrod will officiate.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
Gerri Beasley
Gerri Beasley, 68, Henderson, died of liver failure Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at her home.
She was an assistant for her husband's private counseling practice.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Paul Beasley; two sons, Kirk Beasley and Matt Beasley, both of Evansville; one sister, Ruby O'Brien of Canada; one brother, Roy Garland of Canada; and one half-sister, Dorothy Coddling of Canada.
There will be no services.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Simpson Meyer Funeral Home in Evansville.
Georgie L. Norman
PROVIDENCE -- Georgie L. Norman, 88, Providence, died at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.
She was a housewife and a member of Matrons Auxiliary.
She was also a choir member and past president of the choir at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore S. Norman, who died Sept. 21, 1981.
Survivors include two daughters, Rose McNary of Providence and Gaylor Randolph of Indianapolis; one son, Thomas Norman of Providence; one sister, Margaret Hawkins of Providence; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Townsend-Jones Funeral Home in Providence.
The Rev. James Brasher will officiate.
Burial will be in Cumberland Hill Cemetery in Providence.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Norma Lambert
Norma Mae Lambert, 77, of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Evansville, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at her home of apparent heart failure.
She retired as assistant instructor from the Paducah Independent Schools.
Surviving are her husband, John T. Lambert; three sons, Keith A. of Calvert City, Ky., John R. of Newport News, Va., and David D. of Providence, R.I.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah, Ky., with burial in Rosebower Cemetery in Reidland, Ky.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lourdes Hospice in Paducah, Ky.

Joe Earl Farley
Joe Earl Farley, 65, Henderson, died at 9:26 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, at his home.
He was a member of Zion Baptist Church and a charter member of the Henderson County Lions Club.
He was past President of Farm Bureau, director of the Green River Pork Producers Association, and was a member the 4-H Cooperative Extension Board, for which he also served as a volunteer leader.
He was also a member of Elks Lodge No. 206.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Judy Farley; three sons, Franklin E. Farley of Henderson, Byron L. Farley of Alexandria, Ky., and Jon S. Farley of Robards; two sisters, Judy Duncan and Nancy Garrard, both of Henderson; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one step great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Zion Baptist Church.
The Revs. Eddie Davis, Dan Garland and Jeff Coursey will officiate.
Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Monday at the church.
