Teresa Hensley, 53, Harlan, died Oct. 1, 2004, at her residence.
A native of Letcher County, she resided in Harlan most of her life and was a homemaker and a member of River Ridge Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Millard Baker and Beulah Johnson Baker.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Hensley, Harlan; her step-mother, Debbie Baker Owens, Knoxville, Tenn.; two daughters: Wendy Brock and husband, Jeremy, Wallins; Crystal Brock and husband, Joey, Harlan; a step-daughter, Amber Nicole Hensley, Georgia; one brother, Rocky Baker and wife, Linda, Putney; and four grandchildren: Tristin Brock, Cheyenne Duff, Shawn Brock and Bell Madison Brock.
Visitation is Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Harlan Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Moore officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Z.R. 'Buddy' Hensley, 61, Watts Creek, died Sept. 9, 2004, at the University Center in Saint Louis.
An owner operator of Miss Behaven Express Inc., she was a Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a retired coal miner.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bert Hensley and Nancy Cloud Hensley; six brothers: Matthew Hensley, Andrew Hensley, Denver Hensley, Cloude Hensley, Joe Hensley and Ike Hensley; and two sisters: Iva Bailey and Tilda Hensley.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Goforth Hensley, Watts Creek; two children: Robin Eugenia Hensley Teshon and husband, Steve Jr., Lily; and Dawn Danielle Hensley Cornett and husband, Daniel, Totz; two brothers: Hilbert Hensley and wife, Virginia, Corinth; and Conley Hensley and wife, Ruth, South Carolina; and three sisters: Mildred Cloud, Lexington; Myrtle Brown, Keith; and Nancy Sue Miller, Dayton, Ohio; one grandson, Zachary Ryan Teshon; two step-daugthers, Ashley Teshon and Stephanie Teshon; and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation is Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Loyall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Elder Kyle Thompson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hensley Family Cemetery in Coldiron.
Pallbearers will include Daniel Cornett, Steve Teshon Jr. and family and friends.

Melissa Holtkamp, 68, Bledsoe, died Sept. 22, 2004, at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
A native of Harlan, she was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness-Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna Whitehead Napier; her husband, Reuben Holtkamp; and two sisters: Elizabeth Napier and Aire Napier.
Survivors include two children: Elizabeth Mills and husband, Mackey, Bledsoe; and Michael Holtkamp, Bledsoe; one granddaughter, Stephanie Michelle Gibson, Bledsoe; five brothers: James Napier and wife, Opal Lee, Bledsoe; Benny Napier and wife, Myrtle, Bledsoe; Mack Napier, Bledsoe; Bige Napier and wife, Sylvia, Bledsoe; and Kelly Napier and wife, Leona, Bledsoe; one sister, Ruby Wilson and husband, Clay, Bledsoe; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation is today after 4 p.m. at the Green Hills Pentecostal Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Ted Brock, Rev. McCellan Tolliver and Rev. Keith Coldiron officiating.
Burial will follow in the Napier Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Pearl Howard, 71, Evarts, died Sept. 20, 2004, following a long illness.
He was a native of Evarts and had lived here most of his life. A member of the United Mine Workers of America, he was a retired coal miner who was employed by Eastover Mining Company. He was a member of the Jones Creek Baptist Church.
Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Fields Howard; his parents, Belva Jane Middleton Howard and Boge Howard; three sisters: Cora Lindsey, Delta Howard and Stella Farley; four brothers: Hamp Howard, Hobert Howard, Lewis Howard and Hoover Howard.
Survivors include 13 children: Kathy Turner and her husband, Stanley, Brookside; Ovie Canady and his wife, Brandy, Evarts; Jackie Canady, Sevierville, Tenn.; Coleen Howard, Richard Howard, Rocky Howard, Jeff Howard, April Howard, Scott Howard, Michelle Howard, Greg Howard, Bill Howard and Mark Howard, all of Ohio; two brothers: Fred Howard and Buddy Howard, both of Verda; grandchildren: Noah Canady, Makayla Canady, Christina Vanover, Nick Turner and several grandchildren in Ohio; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Jones Creek Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Don Johnson and the Rev. Woody Fields officiating.
Burial will follow in Evarts Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

A native of Harlan County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Silas Farley; grandparents, Carter and Ann Skidmore and McKinley and Oma Farley.
Survivors include her husband, Wilburn 'Willie' Irvin, Harlan; mother, Jo Ann Skidmore Farley, Harlan; two children: Lindsay Irvan, Harlan; and Wilburn Charles Irvan, Harlan; a special cousin, Johnny Skidmore, and several other relatives.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. James Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.

Lloyd Jackson, 86, Middlesboro, died Sept. 27, 2004, at the Middlesboro Health Care Facility.
A native of Knox County, he was a member of East Cumberland Baptist Church and the United Mine Workers of America.
He retired from U.S. Steel after 40 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, DeAmos and Lucy Tuttle Jackson.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Coleman, Middlesboro; five children, Lloyd Jr. and wife, Peg, Hebron, Ill., Wanda Henry and husband, Don, Cumberland, Denver Jackson and wife, Joyce, Georgetown, Ohio, Dennis Jackson and wife, Kaye, Jacksonville, Fla., and Vernon Jackson and wife Myrtle, Hamersville, Ohio; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Creech Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Brian Smith and the Rev. William Boyd Bingham officiating.
The family will meet at Green Hills Memorial Gardens at 11 a.m. Thursday for a graveside service.

Mildred Gulley Johnston, 84, Harlan, died Sept. 27, 2004, at the Harlan Nursing Home.
She was retired from Belk with 19 years of service and was a very active member of the Teetersville Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Johnston; her parents, Corum Gulley and Junie Long; and one granddaughter, Terrie Lynn Johnston Hicks.
Survivors include two children: Terry L. Johnston and wife, Chlo, London; and Dianne Johnston Hampton and husband, Wally, Jefferson City, Tenn.; four grandchildren: Tammy Johnston; Tommy Johnston and wife, Kim, all of London; Troy Hampton and wife, Amy, of Cary, N.C.; and Jennifer Hampton Head and husband, Rob, Kent, Wash.; six great-granddaughters: Taylor and Alexis Johnston, London; Emma and Kate Hampton, Cary, N.C.; and Jade and Bella Head, Kent, Wash.; one uncle: Ralph Hamlet and his wife, Middlesboro; and several nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Ernest Boggs officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Resthaven Cemetery.
