Wanda Stewart, 66, Pathfork, died March 29, 2004, at Britthaven of Pineville Nursing Home.
A native of Cubbage, she was a homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith.
She is preceded in death by her father, Vernon Green; one son, Michael Ray Stewart; and one sister, Joyce Saylor.
Survivors include her husband, Nathan Stewart, Pathfork; her mother, Gracie Hensley, Harlan; two children: Deloris Eller and husband, Carl, Belleville, Mich.; and Karen Behrems and husband, Jeff, Belleville, Mich.; five brothers: Roger Green, Tennessee; Clarence Green, Ohio; Lester Green, Pineville; and Carl Wayne Green and Conley Green, both of Tennessee; four sisters: Georgia Johnson, Pineville; Willa Mae Hensley, Grays Knob; Jean Saylor, Pineville; and Patricia Dean, Mount Vernon; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Pathfork Holiness Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the church with the Rev. J.C. Craig, the Rev. Everett Eads and the Rev. Robert Lee officiating.
Burial will follow at the Alva Memorial Gardens.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Delia Leckie; her husband, Loell Cole; and a a grandson, Carl Russell Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Russell and husband, Carl, Cincinnati; Issac Strunk and wife, Toni, Cranks; one great-grandson, Taten Hart North, Bledsoe; one sister, Mabel Strunk, Cincinnati; three nieces: Betty Miller and husband, Bill, Indianapolis; Joyce Ann Ferris and husband, Tommy, Cincinnati; and Norma Boggs and husband, Dale, Pennington Gap, Va.; one nephew, Michael Strunk and wife, Mary, Cincinnati; and a special friend, C.J. Strange, Knoxville, Tenn.; and several other friends and relatives.
Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. at the Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Franklin Stewart officiating.
Burial will follow at Cawood Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

She was a homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Rebecca Creech White; and a granddaughter, Amy Lewis.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Creech, Greenville, Tenn.; three children: David W. Creech and wife Bertha, Greenville, Tenn.; Pamela D. Banks and husband Kenneth, Greenville, Tenn.; and Angela S. Collier and husband Greg, Richmond; one brother, Raymend White, California; two sisters: Eunice White, Harlan; and Lois Davis, Harlan; 10 grandchildren: James Lewis, Joy Pennington, Erin Carmical, Hope Fields, Troy Banks, Travis Banks, Barry Coffman, Lisa Ward, Debbie Farris and Beki Henkel; and 25 grandchildren.
Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. and after 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Tri-City Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Ernest Brock officiating.
Burial will follow in Peaceful Acres Cemetery.

James H. 'Jim' DeBusk, 73, Evarts, died June 2, 2004, at his home.
A native of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., he lived in Evarts for 50 years. He was a retired heavy equipment operator having been employed at Yocum Creek Coal Company and Eastover Mining Company. DeBusk was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He believed in the Christian faith.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Nila Morrison Robertson; his father, James Creed DeBusk; a son, James Michael DeBusk; a sister, Letha Faye Robertson; and two brothers: Bob Robertson and Bill Robertson.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Ball Debusk, Evarts; two daughters: Martina DeBusk, Evarts; Jill Blevins and husband, Lewis, Evarts; two sisters: Serena Manning and husband, Roland, Somerset; and Fleda Johnson, Loyall; three grandchildren: Gary Thomas and wife, Scarlett; Kristen Blevins and Michael Blevins; three great-grandchildren: Jamie Thomas, Darian Thomas and Brianna Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation is today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Evarts Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m.. at Victory Baptist Church in Evarts with the Rev. Rodney Freeman, the Rev. Bill 'Chick' Kelly and the Rev. Ron Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Ball Family Cemetery at Evarts.

Survivors include his parents, the Rev. Lee Gross and wife, Sue, Molus; three children: Farmer Allen Gross Jr., Barbourville; Tyler Neal Gross, Wallins; and Natasha Lynn Gross; two brothers: William Gross and wife, Della, Evarts; and James 'Sam' Blanton and wife, Christina, Pensacola, Fla.; six sisters: Effie Elizabeth Gross, Molus; Wila Gross, Georgia; Cinda Gross, Wallins; Brenda Saylor and husband, Dobin, Wallins; Cathy Robertson and husband, Jerry, Cortland, Ill.; and Drenda Crider and husband, Ken, Harlan.

The Rev. Otis Burl Hensley, 83, Pathfork, died June 1, 2004, at his residence.
A native of Miracle, he lived in the area most of his life. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was a disabled coal miner. He was a member and former pastor of the Black Star Pentecostal Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Will Hensley and Nancy Harmon Hensley; and his first wife, Elizabeth Hensley.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Lawson Hensley, Pathfork; seven children, Donna Gail Baumgartel and husband, Don, Ocala, Fla.; Rinda Sue Mieners and husband, Jim, Columbia, Tenn.; Janice Faye Nance and husband, Rossie, Leitchfield; Carol Ann Mink and husband, Steve, Prestonsburg; Otis Wayne Hensley and wife, Annette, Ft. Payne, Ala.; Paula Peace and husband, Randy, Pathfork, ; and Barbara Jackson and husband Thomas, Pathfork. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Black Star Pentecostal Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Dewell Perry and the Rev. J.C. Craig officiating.
Burial will follow at the Saylor Cemetery at Pathfork.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Almon and Lucinda Creech Howard; two brothers: Almon Howard Jr.; and John Gault Howard; and one sister, Jamie Thurman.
Survivors include his wife, Hettie Morgan Howard, Tremont; four children; Negonia Wilson and husband J.T., Ohio; Ben Howard and wife Rosemary, Ohio; Jerome E. Howard and wife Mary Ruth, Indiana; and Stephen Howard and wife Brenda, Radcliff; two sisters: Callie Robinson, Florida; and Alma Thomas, Ohio; two close friends: Jennie and Ralph Simpson; 10 grandchildren: Jack T. Wilson; James Wilson and wife, Tina; Jason Howard and wife, Deborah; Travis Howard, Gennifer Howard, Stephanie Howard, Susan Soeder and husband, Rusty; Jerome E. Howard III, Sarah Howard, Anne Pourteau and husband, Mike; and six great grandchildren.
