STANFORD -- Services for Raymond Holton, 72, of Hustonville will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Fox Funeral Home by Stanley Young. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery with military rites by Caswell Saufley Post 18, American Legion.
He died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born May 29, 1927, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Clarence and Lula Sims Holton. He was a retired electrical highline construction employee for Davis H. Elliott, Lexington. He was an Army veteran and a member of IBEW 101.
Survivors include his wife, Rubie Johnson Holton; four sons, Ronald Holton of Waynesburg, Robert Holton of Dunnville, Randall Holton of Junction City and Rickie Holton of Mackville; two daughters, Regina Estes of Hustonville and Rhonda K. Cornett of Waynesburg; a sister, Daisy Holton of Hustonville; a brother, Clarence Holton of Jr. of Hustonville; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jack Ray, James Fultz, Keith Peavler, Darren Holton, Josh Noel, Tommy Estes and Raymond Holton.
Honorary pallbearers are Donnie Holton and Larry Williams.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today.

LIBERTY -- Laura Pearl Clements, 75, of Randolph Street died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born March 2, 1925, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Della Campbell Clements. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Hardin of Campbellsville; a brother, Jerome Clements of Liberty; a sister, Gertha Wethington of Liberty; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Clifford Dehart. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.

LEWISBURG -- Doris Belle Gibson, 93, of Russellville died Wednesday at Logan Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 22, 1906, in Logan County, she was a daughter of Lemuel and Martha Link Coursey. She was a homemaker, a member of Elk Creek Baptist Church, and the widow of Hilma Gibson.
Survivors include a son, James Gibson of Danville.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Velma Gibson Gregory.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Price Funeral Home. Burial will be in Stuarts Chapel Cemetery.

LANCASTER -- Holly Murphy Vance, 46, of Georgetown died Tuesday at Georgetown Community Hospital.
Born Dec. 14, 1953, in Garrard County, she was a daughter of Oma E. Murphy Bates of Louisville and the late Allie Murphy Jr.

Johnny H. Wilson
LIBERTY -- Johnny Haskell "Hack" Wilson, 80, of Martinsville, Ind., died Tuesday at The Waters of Martinsville.
Born Sept. 22, 1919, in Casey County, he was a son of the late E. Garfield and Bertha A. Watson Wilson. He was a self-employed farmer and logger, a member of Mount Olive Country Chapel and an Army veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Reba Phelps Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene Northern Wilson; three sons, Mike, John and Jack Wilson, all of Martinsville; three daughters, Betty and Ruth Terrell and Lyda Skaggs, all of Martinsville; a stepson, Brian D. Lewis of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Cherie L. Ott of Lincoln, Neb.; a brother, Wendell Wilson of Martinsville; a sister, Aileen Phelps of Martinsville; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wilson, and two daughters, Bonnie Manley and Helen A. Wilson.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Bartle Funeral Home by the Rev. Leroy Collins. Burial will be in Willow Springs Cemetery.

Born March 24, 1928, in Garrard County, she was a daughter of the late Omar and Effie Harp Shearer. She was retired from Palm Beach Co. in Danville and a member of Lancaster Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her husband, W.C. Dailey; three sons, Danny and Willie Dailey, both of Lancaster, and David Dailey of Preachersville; a daughter, Patricia A. Dailey Sanford of Danville; two brothers, Bill Shearer of Mitchellsburg and Omar Shearer Jr. of Stanford; three sisters, Mae Camel of Lexington, Marie Whitehouse of Junction City and Christine Rethledge of Norwood, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Delta Beasley
HARRODSBURG -- Delta Beasley, 94, of Salvisa died Tuesday at her home.
Born Dec. 26, 1905, in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Elisha C. and Josie Beasley Stratton. She retired from the Salvisa school cafeteria after many years of service, was a member of Salvisa Baptist Church and the widow of Esco Beasley.
Survivors include two daughters, Margarette Eads and Jean Harlow, both of Salvisa; a brother, Melvin Stratton of Lexington; and a grandson.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Salvisa Baptist Church by Larry Koch, Jim Hensley and John Hockersmith III. Burial will be in Kirkwood Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Woodrow Damron; one son, Robert Neil Vannoy of Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Mary Margaret Payne of Conway; and three grandchildren.

Brantley of Richmond; a stepdaughter, Mary Jane Dunlap of Danville; a sister, Linda Gatewood of Winchester; one grandchild; and five step grandchildren.
