Georgia C. Arnold
Services for Georgia Collins Arnold, 75, of Lebanon Road, Parksville, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by the Revs. Kenneth Whitehouse and Wayne Malone. Burial will be in Parksville Cemetery.
She died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was the widow of Henry Lee Arnold.
Born Oct. 17, 1924, in Parksville, she was a daughter of Hazel Rawlings Roberts of Parksville and the late Steve Roberts. She was a retired licensed practical nurse, a member of Mitchellsburg Baptist Church and chaplain for the Ladies Auxillary of American Legion Perryville Post 301.
Survivors include two sons, Lee Arnold of Parksville and Kenneth Arnold of Danville; a sister, Bea Bea Holton of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a brother, Roland Roberts of Bayside, Texas; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rex Whitlock, Wayne Westerfield, Allen Edwards, Mark Satterly, Perry Arnold and Tony Kramer.
Honorary pallbearers are deacons of Mitchellsburg Baptist Church, Bruce Feathers, Garnice Lamb, Everett Bryant, William Leffew, Kathy Wilson, Edith Leffew and Judy Satterly.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Monday.

CRAB ORCHARD -- Services for Richard Baker, 87, of Elm Street will be 2 p.m. today at McKnight-Martin Funeral Home by Dan Gutenson. Burial will be in Crab Orchard Cemetery.
He died Friday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Stevens Baker; two daughters, Janice Hoskins of Crab Orchard and Joyce Baker of Junction City; a brother, Clayton Baker of Crab Orchard; three sisters, Ella Mae Edwards and Beulah B. Ball, both of Crab Orchard, and Sue Gourley of Stanford; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two infant children.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Baker, Terry Griffin, Kenny Ball, Jefferson Calico, George Crawford and Scott Thompson.

LANCASTER -- Services for Mary Jane Little, 79, of Davis Avenue will be 7 p.m. Monday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Bill Hawkins. Graveside services and burial will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson, Ind.
She died Thursday at Garrard County Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of John A. Little.
Born June 25, 1920, in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late James Lawrence and Edna Burton Childers. She was a retired employee of Sears & Roebuck Co. in Anderson and was a member and elder of Lancaster Christian Church and Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include two stepsons, Kenneth John Little of South Bend, Ind., and Steven Robert Little of Three Rivers, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Sharon Sue George of South Bend; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dolly Anne Dennis.
Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. Monday at Ramsey Funeral Home.

She died Friday at her home. She was the wife of C.J. Thomas.
Born July 12, 1926, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Dudley and Hattie Lee Overstreet. She was a homemaker and member of Liberty First Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Melody Hamilton and Diana Durham, both of Liberty, and Gwen Sanders of Ocala, Fla.; three brothers, Ray Overstreet of Liberty, Bobby Joe Overstreet of Ocala and Faye Overstreet of Fairview, Ohio; three sisters, Stella Wethington of Florence and Mabel Carpenter and Leila Ohenson, both of Chattanooga; three grandchilren; and three great-grandchildren.

CRAB ORCHARD -- Richard Baker, 87, of Elm Street died today at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 31, 1912, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late James and Josephine Wilson Baker.
He was a former Lincoln County school bus driver, a carpenter and a painter. He was a member of Watts Chapel Baptist Church and a charter member of East End Ambulance Service Board.

MORELAND -- Robert "Buster" Jeffries, 57, of Frey's Creek, Hustonville, died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 15, 1942, in Casey County, he was a son of the late John Nelson and Helen Jones Jeffries. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Jeffries; a brother, James Jeffries of Frey's Creek; and two sisters, Nancy Brooks of Frey's Creek and Shirley Jenkins of Willisburg.

Hazel T. Merrill
LEXINGTON -- Hazel Embs Taylor Merrill, 95, of Harrodsburg died Wednesday.
Born April 21, 1904, in Estill County, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Maggie MacIntosh Embs. She was a retired apartment manager and a member of Porter Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Wallace Taylor of Mercer County; two daughters, Evelyn Wiggins and Wilma Marcom, both of Lexington; a stepson, Wylie Merrill Jr. of St. Louis, Mo.; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters, Sue Bullock, Nancy Long and Judy Bills; and a grandson.
Services were scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Friday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home by the Revs. Tony Hancock and Jeanette Lucas. Burial will be in Lexington Cemetery.

Flora H. Keller
HARRODSBURG - Flora Hogue Keller, 95, of Allen Drive died Wednesday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 21, 1904, in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Holman P. and Ella Thomas Gritton Hogue. She was a homemaker and a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher and a member of Friendship Sunday School class. She was a member of the June Stanley Circle, Progressive Homemakers and Mercer County Homemakers. She was the widow of Phillip F. Keller.
Survivors include a son, Joe Keller of Harrodsburg; three daughters, Hazel Burgin, Francis Yankey and Norma Jean Nelson, all of Harrodsburg; a sister, Doris Haddox of Hopkinsville; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. David Hartman. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

William E. Cheatham
William E. "Bill" Cheatham, 79, of Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore died there Tuesday.
Born Nov. 3. 1920, in Garrard County, he was a son of the late Andy and Bertha Adams Cheatham. He formerly owned the Stockyards Restaurant in Danville for 22 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a member of Boyle Post 46, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars 3634. He was the widower of Frances Dawson Cheatham.
Survivors include a brother, Virgil Cheatham of Stanford.
Graveside services by Gabriel R. Collett will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with rites by American Legion Boyle Post 46.
Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.
