Peggy Robinette Alberts, 70, of Remington, IN., formerly of Pikeville, KY, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Pikeville Ky. She was born October 24, 1939 at Pikeville, KY, to the late Millard and Lakie Burris Robinette. She was a homemaker, a member of the Jasper County Homemakers, a member of the Victorious Life Assembly of God in Remington, In., and a member of the Pilgram Home Old Regular Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband; Marvin Alberts, son; Ricky Dale (Lela) Miller of Shelbiana, KY, two daughters; Reba Carol (Michael) Coleman of Pikeville, KY, and Tonya Kay (Jason Hawkins) Miller of Pikeville, KY, step children; Arnetta (Dave) Berenda of West Lafayette, In., Dennis (Carol) Alberts of Kentland, In., Thomas (Sheryl) Alberts of Rickmond, In., and Suzetta (Paul) Alberts of Harrow, Ontario, Canada., Sisters; Helen L Williamson of Pikeville, Ky. and Mildred Rutherford of Huddy, KY, brothers; Bobby Joe Robinette of Richmond, KY, and James Woodrow (Woody) Robinette of Canada, KY, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Earl William Mullins, 82, of Williamson, WV passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Williamson Memorial Hospital.
He was born May 25, 1928 in Pike County, Ky. the son of the late Walter "Whistle" and Beulah England Mullins. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Mullins Overton.
He was a former self-employed auto mechanic and a veteran of the United State Marine Corps.
Survivors include three sons, Larry (Amy) Mullins of Sutton, WV, Greg (Dawn) Mullins of Roanoke, Va. and Randy Mullins of Huntington, WV; three brothers, Ray Mullins of Leona Valley, California, Hershal (Shirley) Mullins and Ronald Lee (Linda) Mullins both of Dora, Alabama; two grandchildren, Amber Mullins and Scott Trichel and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Saturday, August 28, 2010 at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Tom Overton officiating. Karen "Beth" DeHart Smith, 48 of Canada, Ky. passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010 amongst the loving care of family and friends. Beth was born September 25, 1961 the daughter of Ada Scott DeHart of McCarr, Ky. and the late Walter DeHart. Besides her Father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Keith DeHart, grandparents, Bob and Hazel Scott and George and Naomi DeHart. She was an employee of the Pike County School System.
In addition to her Mother, Beth is survived by her husband, Benny Shade Smith; children; Jeremy and (Tennille) Moore, Amanda and (Josh) Moore Lewis, Justin (Mike) Moore and Charli Moore. One brother, Bryan (Angie) DeHart, a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Beth's pride and joy were her beloved grandbabies, Carli, Cyrah and Chloi Lewis and Cayden Pauley. One special niece whom she loved like a daughter, Selinna Kitchen and three nephews, Jamie, Chris and Josh DeHart.

Bonita Gail Hubbard, 54, of Buskirk, KY, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born January 24, 1956 at Williamson, WV., to Bonnie Scott Lee Justice of Ransom, KY, and the late Bill R. Ball. She is also preceded in death by one brother; Chester Lee Ball, grandparents; Furnie and Buck Scott and a host of Aunts and Uncles. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bluesprings Freewill Baptist Church.
Besides her mother, she is survived by one son; Martin Jacob (Kristin) Gottifried of Katty, TX; one daughter, Jamie Regina Hubbard of Houston, Tx., one brother; Billy R. (Debbie) Ball of Olney, Il., two grandchildren; Cameron Gottifried and Faith Gail Blankenship, three special people in her life; her aunt Vina Varney and her two sissy's, Nancy Carol Cotterman and Annetta Ball and a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Cynthia Eileen Keesee Keathley, 48, of Turkey Creek, Ky. passed away Saturday morning, September 18, 2010, at the Appalachian Regional Hospital.
She was born May 28, 1962, in Williamson, WV the daughter of Alben and Josephine Lowe Keesee of Turkey Creek, Ky. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Tom and Edna Lowe and her paternal grandparents, Moss and Della Keesee.
She was a retired employee of Kroger's and of the Baptist Faith.
Besides her parents she is survived by her husband, Darrell Keathley of Turkey Creek, Ky.; one daughter, Alyssa Dawn Keathley of the home; two step sons, James (Mable) Keathley of Turkey Creek, Ky. and Shawn (Carrie) Keathley of Lancaster, Ky.; one brother, Moss (Karen) Keesee of Belfry, Ky.; two grandsons, Josh Keathley of Turkey Creek, Ky. and Brett Keathley of Virgie, Ky. and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was born June 2, 1918 in Pike County, Ky. the daughter of the late Julius and Mary Davis Young. She was also preceded in death by her son, Bobby Young, sister, Elma Stratton and brother, Ballard Young.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Enon United Baptist Church at Blackberry City.

Glen Wolford, 75, of Red Jacket, WV passed away Monday, September 20, 2010 at his residence.
He was born February 22, 1935 at Phelps, Ky. the son of the late Dock and Mary Dotson Wolford. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Leona Lee Wolford and his Mother and Father-in-laws, Austin and Phoebe Lee and Macie Macado and Marie Daniels; sister, Eula Mae Charles and brother, Arthur Wolford.
He was a retired coal miner from Old Ben Coal Company, No. 11 Thacker, WV having worked for 47 years. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Survivors include his wife, Loretta Daniels Wolford of Red Jacket, WV; daughters, Venita (Dwaye) Chapman of Hardy, KY, Mary Lou Campbell of Dixon, Tn. and Mary Elizabeth Petterson of Turkey Creek, Ky.; sons, Johnny (Pam) Wolford of Stone, Ky. and Michael Dock Wolford of Alabama; step son, T. J. McCoy of Freeburn, Ky.; 20 grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was born January 30, 1944 in Pike County, Ky. the daughter of the late Fritz and Gabrielle Ratliff Varney. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Geraldine Mullins and Shirley Varney.
Joyce was retired having worked at Taylor's Jewelry and she was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harold May of Canada, Ky.; son, Harold "Bucky" Gena May of Canada, Ky.; daughter, Nancy Wallace of Matewan, WV; brothers, James Floyd Varney of Morehead, KY, Glen Varney and Emery Varney both of Canada, Ky. and Robert Varney of Paintsville, Ky.; sisters, Joan Varney of Port Clinton, Ohio, Deborah May and Loretta Hiers both of Canada, KY, Jacqueline Coleman of Kimper, Ky. and Anita Wolford of Michigan whom she helped to raise; four grandchildren, Brad (Amanda) Stanley, Kari (Justin) Cook, Justin May and Gabrielle May and eight great grandchildren.

She was born September 26, 1935 at Red Jacket, WV the daughter of the late William Anthony and Gertrude Charles Sampson. She was also preceded in death by her foster parents, Cora and Earl Grant; sisters, Lucille Dillon and Irene Chapman and grandson, Charles E. Doyle III. She was a homemaker and a member of the Williamson Area Church of Christ.

She was born January 24, 1965 at Williamson, West Virginia, a daughter of Joyce Perkins Rose of Middleport, Ohio and the late Robert C. Rose. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Rose and Father-in-law, Harold Causby.

Janie Diana Williamson, 39, of Huddy, Kentucky, died Saturday, October 2, 2010 at her residence.
Born March 15, 1971 at Columbus, Ohio, she was a daughter of John R. Williamson of Huddy, Kentucky and the late Mary Jane (Smith) Williamson. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents, Ben and Florie Williamson and Maternal Grandfather, Sidney Smith.
God our Father, Jesus Christ our Savior, Holy Spirit our Comforter is the foundation of Janie's heart and her life. She was secured in her Faith and her salivation always looking forward to the day she would be called Home to Heaven. Janie always gave thanks for each day she was on earth. She was the bravest person with each trail in the battle of her health; she would take solace in her inner strength with Christ and keep moving forward with out giving up. Her race has now been run and her reward is now with Jesus. Jon Jon, is her pride and joy, before her sickness she would travel with Jon to all his sporting events, In the stands she would cheer is team on. Jon would always know how to make her smile, make her laugh and give her comfort to her days battles. Lately she was able to spend most of her time outside and would travel where her scooter allowed her to go; she loved visiting her neighbors and family. Janie is a Daughter, a Mom, a Grand-Daughter, a Sister, an Aunt (sissy) and a wonderful friend to so many, Janie will be missed with a void in our hearts until we see her again in Heaven.
