Joseph L. Key
CINCINNATI -- Joseph Leon Key, 63, of Elm Street, Crab Orchard, died Wednesday in Cincinnati.
Born July 27, 1936, in Washington County, he was a son of the late James H. and Janie Key. He was a farmer and a Catholic.
Survivors include four daughters, Arlene Key, Patricia Roberts, Margaret Key and Burletta Tolliver, all of Cincinnati; four brothers, James Key and William Earl Key, both of Dunnville, Robert L. Key of Lexington, Henry A. Key of Louisville and John H. Key of Olathe, Kan.; a sister, Martha Masters of Stanford; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Cincinnati.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

HARRODSBURG --Services for Dera Cornelius Robinson, 93, of Mooreland Avenue will be 2 p.m. today at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. James Harley. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
She died Thursday at Harrodsburg Health Care Center.
Born Jan. 13, 1907, in Boyle County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Betty Whitaker Cox. She was a homemaker and member of Magnolia Street Christian Church.
Survivors include a half brother, Elmer Rousey of Junction City; a half sister, Naomi Elder of Junction City; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, J.C. Robert and Everett Phillips.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Phillips, Kevin Phillips, J.D. Reed, Bobby Wilham, John Phillips and Desi Noland.
Visitation is after 8 a.m. today.

Tellious Delk
MIDDLEBURG -- Tellious "Ted" Delk, 85, of Middleburg died Wednesday at Liberty Care Center.
Born March 18, 1914, in Middleburg, he was a son of the late Milford and Celesta Jones Delk. He was a retired farmer and bus driver and a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Etwell Perkins Delk; a son, Curtis Delk of Hazard; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was a preceded in death by a son, Lewis Delk.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bartle Funeral Home by Mike Hatter. Burial will be in Middleburg Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kelly and Phillip Elmore, Ray David, Tom and Jeff Delk.

Born March 23, 1935, in Boyle County, he was a son of the late Buford and Virgie Lewis Carey. He was owner of Greenline Implement Co., a board member of Kentucky Farm Bureau, and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marcelyn Price Carey; a daughter, Debbie Mattingly of Lebanon; a stepdaughter, Darlene Gover of Danville; three stepsons, Brian Hogue of Columbus, Ohio, Jerry Hogue of Danville, and Johnny Davis of Lexington; three sisters, Edna Coffman and Lois Jeffries, both of Danville, and Dorothy Stringfield of Lexington; two brothers, John R. Carey of Danville and Donald Carey of Lexington; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tim Nokes, Matt Burks, Brad Cochran, Chris Darland, Alec Russell, Brad Hayes and Tom-my Browning.

Ina Faye Lamb Lister, 63, of Yates Road, Junction City, died Sunday at her home of natural causes.
Born April 3, 1946, in Garrard County, she was a daughter of the late William G. and Theola Brock Lamb. She was an employee of Holiday Inn, a member of Alum Springs Church of God, and a graduate of Boyle County High School.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Lister; two sons, Melvin L. Lister Jr. of Junction City and David M. Lister of Danville; four daughters, Rita S. Brown, Kathy M. Caldwell, and Beverly A. Sparks, all of Junction City, and Connie G. Williams of Danville; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, James T. Lister.

William L. Durham
MIDDLEBURG -- William L. Durham, 84, of Cincinnati died Saturday at Jewish Hospital.
Born July 15, 1915, in Mount Olive in Casey County, he was a son of the late Ethridge and Mamie Emerson Durham. He was a former employee of General Electric and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Carthage Masonic Lodge 573 F&AM, the Scottish Rite and Syrian Shrine, and attended Mount Olive Christian Church. He was the widower of Vasca Garner Durham, Ruth Gray Durham and Bonnie Garner Durham.
Survivors include a son, Norman L. Durham of Fairfield, Ohio; a daughter, Fontilla Dick of Fairfield; a stepdaughter, Marian Spears of Hartwell, Ohio; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Bartle Funeral Home by the Revs. Greg Powell and Sherman Floyd. Burial will be in Durham Cemetery.

SPRINGFIELD -- Irene Peterson Purdom, 93, of the Texas community died Sunday at Norton Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.
Born June 14, 1906, in Washington County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Nora L. Peavy Peterson. She was the widow of Lucien H. Purdom and a member of Bethlehem Christian Church.
Survivors include a son, Robert L. Purdom of Texas; a daughter, Helen Purdom of Texas; three grandsons; and seven great-grandchilren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Carey & Son Funeral Home by Oliver Hawkins. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.

CRAB ORCHARD -- Dennis Earl "Pew" Smith Sr., 51, of J. Shelton Road died Saturday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center of complications following a heart attack.
Born April 26, 1948, in Pulaski County, he was a son of Earl M. and Opal Frances Reynolds Smith of Broughtontown. He was a former operator of Crab Orchard BP and Marathon gas stations. He attended Olive Baptist Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Crystal Smith of Crab Orchard; a son, Dennis E. "Denny" Smith of Crab Orchard; a companion, Kathy Harness of Crab Orchard; three sisters, Sheila A. Kilgore of Nashville, Tenn., Marilyn K. Carman and Rita M. Brown, both of Crab Orchard; two brothers, David W. and Donald R. Smith, both of Crab Orchard; and two granddaughters.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at McKnight-Martin Funeral Home by Vola Brown. Burial will be in Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery.
