Aundra Kay (Long) Harlow, 69 of Stone, Ky. won her battle with
cancer and went home to be reunited with her soulmate, Clyde Harlow
and with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 28th,
2013. Born November 25th, 1944 she was the daugher of Rosenell (Arnett)
Long of Shady Valley, TN and the late Donald Long.
Aundra was a member of McVeigh Baptist Church and a
homemaker. She was passionate about her faith, her family, and Walmart.
Aundra was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her sisters Donna (Osler) Reed of Shady Valley, Tn, Pamela (Rick)
May of Corbin, Ky, and her brother Carroll "Oop" (Peggy) Long of Murfreesboro, Tn,
daughters Tammy (Ken) Lee of Pinsonfork, Anita (Robert) Lequire of Belfry, Kim (Randy)
Varney of Williamson, Tammy (Mike) Ray of Belfry, and son Don (Leslie) Harlow of Winston-Salem, NC. Aundra's grandchildren and great grandchildren include: Brent (Kristi) Lee and
their children Kenzi, Kara, and Kyla of Pikeville, Shawn (Anita Joe) King and their children
Sam and Sydney of Richmond, Ky, Kendra (Harvey) Maynard and their child Savanna of
Pinsonfork, Madison, Will, and Cole Harlow of Winston-Salem, NC, Destinee Feye and Ian
Elia and their children Kaylee and Zoee of Williamson, Cassie (Stewart) Windle and their
children Logan and Layla of Clayton, NC, Casey (Sabrina) Lequire and their children Mia and
Mila of Pikeville, Aidan Carroll of Pinsonfork and Mikey Ray of Belfry, KY.
Aundra was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Harlow and their infant son Jason Clyde Harlow.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 30th at 6:00pm at McVeigh Baptist Church at
Sharondale with funeral services on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Services will be conducted by Pastor
James R Justice. Burial services will follow at Mountain View Memory Gardens at Huddy.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and son-in-laws.
Blanche Coleman, 73 of Ransom, Ky., passed away Friday, November 29, 2013 at Cabell
Huntington Hospital. She was born December 1, 1939 at Ransom, KY, to the late John Butler
and Fonnie Scott Smith. She is also preceded in death by her husband; Wilburn C. Coleman,
grandson; Michael "Woogie" Reprogel Jr., brother; Robert Smith and sisters; Alberta Williams and Anna Lou Coleman.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Bluesprings Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children; Susie (Michael) Reprogel of Newtown, WV, James "Jay"
(Crystal) Coleman of Davidson, MI, Michael (Donna) Coleman of Delbarton, WV, and Sandy
(Rush) Blackburn of Ransom, KY. sister; Karen "Katty" (Woody) Williamson of Sidney, Ky,
grandchildren; Casey (Paul) Okongo, Kelli Coleman, Autumn Purcell Coleman, Janaya (Ben)
Curry, Michael Coleman, Jonah Coleman, Keith(Cheryl) Blackburn, Cody Blackburn and Jacob
Blackburn, seven great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Bluesprings
Freewill Baptist Church with Bluesprings Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will
follow at Bluesprings Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday and Monday night at the church with special services at 7 PM both nights.
Moss Thomas Keesee, 52 of Belfry, Ky. passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the
Appalachian Regional Hospital Emergency Room, South Williamson, Ky.
He was born December 12, 1960 at Williamson, WV the son of Alben B. and Josephine
Lowe Keesee of Turkey Creek, Ky. Moss was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Keesee
Keathley; maternal grandparents, Thomas J. and Edna Lowe and paternal grandparents, Moss and Della Keesee.
He was a disabled/retired operations manager for the Mountain Water District.
Other than his parents he is survived by his wife, Karen Elaine McCoy Keesee of Belfry,
Ky.; two daughters, Jessica (Chris) Hackney of Hardy, Ky. and Hillary (Wesley) Hall of Belfry,
Ky.; two grandsons, Christopher (C.J.) Hackney and Caleb (Ty) Hackney and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 2 PM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral
Home Chapel with James Justice officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory
Gardens, Huddy, Ky. with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Patricia Ann "Pat" Cochran, 79 of Belfry, Ky. passed away Friday, December 6, 2013 at the
Pikeville Medical Center.
Pat was born August 20, 1934 at Pikeville, Ky. the daughter of the late William H. and Mary
Frances Blackburn Stacy. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Stacy.
Pat was a retired LPN for the old Pikeville Methodist Hospital and the South Williamson
Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was a longtime member of the Belfry Freewill Baptist
Church. Pat loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time on her houseboat at the lake.
Survivors include her loving husband, Herman Cochran of Belfry, Ky.; sons, Mike (Irene)
Cochran of Belfry, Ky., Terry Wayne (Bobbi) Cochran of Speedwell, TN and Randy Cochran
of Belfry, Ky.; brother, Mike Stacy of Florida; sisters, Janie Dame of Wyoming and JoAnn
Smith of Ohio; grandchildren, Jonathan (Laura) Cochran, Dustin (Candace) Maynard, Beth
(Chris) Blackburn, Caleb (Sabrina) Cochran and Jill (Dustin) Brumbaugh; nine great
grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends.

Lisa Ann Blevins-Horn 44, died December 10, 2013 in South Williamson, KY.
Lisa was born on November 20, 1969 to Murl and Ann Blevins. Lisa is
survived by her husband, Nebert "Bubby" Horn of Belfry, KY; parents,
Murl and Ann Blevins of Williamson, WV; son, Derrick Lloyd of Belfry,
KY; sister and brother in-law, Marsha and Keith Whitt of Williamson,
WV; brother and sister in-law, Murl and Brenda Blevins of Williamson,
WV; half-brother and sister in-law Lewis and Cathy Blevins; nephew,
Charles Blevins; nephew, Daniel Blevins and wife Kendra; nephew, Danny
Ray Whitt; niece, Kristina Thompson and husband Michael of Georgia. Lisa was proceeded in
death by her brother, Danny Ray Blevins and her great niece; Aleah Grace Blevins.
Visitation will be held at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home in Belfry, KY Thursday, December 12,
2013 at 6:00PM. Service will be conducted at 7 PM by Pastor Helen L. Wofle (aunt) of New
Day Ministry of Huntington, WV.

20:28 with Pastor Eugene Preece officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Memorial
Garden in Huddy, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Pastor Freddie Runyon of
Gospel Revelation Church will be conducting the graveside service.
Lisa will be sadly missed by a host of those who captured her heart.
Ruth Stiltner Stanley, 82 of Hardy, Ky. went home to be with the Lord
on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center.
Ruth was born April 25, 1931 in Pike County, Ky. the daughter of the
late Willie Lee and Flora Stiltner. She was also preceded in death by her
husband, William Ersel Stanley and three brothers; Carl, Gene and Everette Coleman.
Ruth was a retired school teacher having taught at Sharondale
Elementary, Hardy Grade School and Varney Elementary in Pike
County, Ky. and Williamson Junior High in Mingo County, WV. Ruth
loved teaching and making a difference in the lives of her students. She was a member of the
Toler Freewill Baptist Church.
Ruth is survived by one son, William Joe (Katie) Stanley of Pikeville, Ky.; one daughter,
Deborah (Michael) Stanley of Hardy, KY; three grandchildren, Joseph B. Stanley, Alyssa
(Todd) Adkins and Sidney Ratliff; one great grandchild, Isaiah Stanley and a host of loving friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11 AM in the R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Stanley and Donnie Williamson officiating. Burial will
follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, Ky. with Joseph Stanley, Todd Adkins,
Danny Scott, Ireland Smith, Rodney Scott and Roger Bogar serving as pallbearers.

William J. "Bill" Hill, 86 of Forest Hills, KY, my beloved husband
passed away on December 10, 2013. He was in Indiana at his son's
house when he left this earth for a better home. Bill was born June 1,
1927 to the late Dr. W. J. and Mary Farley Hill at Goodman, WV.
Bill was retired teacher having taught at Belfry High School and
Chattaroy Junior High School. He served in the Armed Forces before
getting his education on the G. I. Bill. He graduated from Pikeville
Junior College and Eastern State University. Bill was a past Master
Mason at Stone Lodge #890 F. & A.M. He belonged to the D.A.V.
Chapter #141 at Belfry, KY. He was very supportive of Old Pond Church and other churches in
the Mates Creek Association.
He was preceded in death by his wonderful sister, Ruth Gaye "George" Harmon. He is
survived by his wife, Shelby. They married
on July 20, 1963 and on December 21, 1964 they
were blessed with twin sons, Mark "Glenette" Hill and Barry "Debbie" Hill. He leaves one
brother, Thomas E. "JoNell" Hill of Lilburn, Georgia and three step grandchildren; Candice
Parsley, Travis "Katie" McQuistan and Matt McQuistan. He is survived by several nieces and
nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Sunday, December 15, 2013 in the R. E. Rogers
Funeral Home Chapel with Elders Paul Varney, Michael Elswick and Raymond Stanley
officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky. Pallbearers
will be Masons from Stone Lodge #890. Honorary pallbearers are, Cecil Hatfield, Ernie
Justice, Mitch Justice, Ken, Kit and Elmer Johnson.
Visitation is after 6 PM Friday and Saturday at the Funeral Home with Masonic Rites at 7
PM Friday and special services Saturday night at 7 PM with Primitive Baptist Elders.
