Mr. David Bruce Pauley, 59, of Forest Hills, Ky. and Detroit, Mi.
died Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Botsford Hospital, Farmington,
Michigan.
Born February 1, 1956, in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the
late Frank and Mary Lou Pinson Pauley.
He graduated from Southwestern High School in Detroit in 1973 and
went on to work for General Motors for several years as a machinist. He
also held jobs in maintenance, janitorial services and security. While
living in Kentucky he was a volunteer in the Belfry Fire Department. He
was also a member of the Masons and the NRA.
Bruce was a loving father with a great sense of humor. He had a silliness about him that
made others laugh. His sense of curiosity and appreciation for antiques led him to many adventures as he'd often go "junkin", check out resale shops, and help others as they cleaned out
their attics. He brought many treasures home after these outings.
Bruce is survived by his son, David Bruce Pauley of Dearborn Heights, MI; brothers Dannie
Cooper (Kathy) Pauley of Farmington Hills, Michigan and Dwight Andrew (Nora) Pauley of
Forest Hills, KY, and a host of nephews, family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 11AM at the First Baptist Church
of Forest Hills with Tommy Runyon officiating. Burial will follow in the Pauley-Varney Cemetery, Forest Hills, KY with his nephews, Andrew, Steven and Joey Pauley, family friend Joe
Lalama and cousins, Derrick Pauley and Josh Martin serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 20, 2015 from 5-9 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.

William Floyd Goodman, 68, of Aflex, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at the Williamson Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 26, 1946, at Omar, WV the son of the late Grover and Mary Elizabeth Hager Goodman. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Jean Goodman; sons,
Robert Allen and Douglas Lee Goodman and a sister, Elene Goodman.
He was a retired electrician with the railroad.
Survivors include two sons, William R. Goodman and his fiancee, Jerrie Jackson of Aflex,
KY and Joseph "Joey" (Mary Elizabeth) Goodman of Aflex, KY; brother, Carlos Goodman of
Williamson, WV; sisters, Virginia Church of Williamson, WV, Shirley (Willard Sr.) Smith of
Aflex, KY, Evelyn (Terry) Woods of GA, Betty Hinkle of Big Creek, KY and Julie (Louie)
Parsons of Pikeville, KY; grandsons, Donald Lee Caudill Jr., Joseph Denzel Goodman and Ruley Elliott Goodman.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 27, 2015, at 12 Noon in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with William Floyd Church Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith
Cemetery, Sidney, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6 - 9 PM Thursday in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Monday night, March 23, 2015, our beloved son, brother, daddy, partner and friend left this earthly life to begin a heavenly one. Terry Wayne Cochran, age 58, of Speedwell. Tennessee (formerly of Belfry, Ky) died suddenly of complications of pneumonia.
Terry was born September 19, 1956, to Herman and Patricia Stacy Cochran of Belfry, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frances
Brown and Hubert Stacy and his paternal grandparents, Harrison and
Magalene Cochran and his precious mother, Patricia.
Terry was a 1975 graduate of Belfry High School where he excelled in
football. He was an avid fisherman and loved living on the lake. He also enjoyed watching the
Kentucky Wildcats. He loved being with his family and friends.
Left behind to mourn his passing are his father, Herman, his daughter, Beth (Chris) Blackburn of McAndrews, Ky., and son, Caleb (Sabrina) Cochran of McCarr, Ky. "Papa" Terry
leaves three grandchildren, Jake and Molly Blackburn and Joshua Cochran. Two brothers, Mike
(Irene) Cochran and Randy Cochran, both of Belfry, Ky. Heartbroken and saddened by the loss
is his special life partner, Bobbi Blackburn and their precious dog, Margie. Also left to mourn
his loss is a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
It was Terry's wish to be cremated and to have his remains stay at the place he loved most,
his house at Norris Lake. A celebration of Terry's life will begin Friday, March 27, 2015, at 6
pm at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with his friends speaking special words and giving the eulogy
at 7 PM.
"To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord".

Ezra Coleman Jr., 73, of McAndrews, KY, passed away Friday,
March 27, 2015, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
He was born June 13, 1941, at McVeigh, KY, the son of the late
Ezra Coleman Sr. and Lauda Allen Coleman. He was also preceded in
death by brothers, Cecil and Joe Coleman; sister, Mauda Tucker and
half sister, Virginia Moore.
He was a retired auto mechanic and attended the Jesus Way
Church, Belfry, KY.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Thacker Coleman of
McAndrews, KY; children, Ezra Steven Coleman of Knoxville, TN,
Tammy (Terry) Kinser of McAdrews, KY, and Paul (Letha) Coleman of McAndrews, KY; sister, Magdeline Tucker of Canal Winchester, Ohio; grandsons, Terry Austin Kinser and Joshua
Paul Coleman and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 2015, at 1 PM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral
Home Chapel with Ravin Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory
Gardens, Huddy, KY, with Terry Kinser, Paul Coleman, Steve Coleman, Josh Coleman, Austin
Kinser and other family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 9 PM, Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the R. E. Rogers Funeral
Home Chapel.

Lewie Walker Maynard, 74, of Turkey Creek, KY, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Pikeville Medical Center.
He was born May 7, 1940, at Turkey Creek, KY, the son of the late
Delmon and Ocie Skeens Maynard. He was also preceded in death by a
son, Scott Stokes; brothers, Glen, Donny, Johnny and Bill and sisters,
Ernestine and Ruby.
Lewie was a retired coal miner and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Nelson Maynard of Turkey Creek,
KY; daughter, Jennifer (John) Hackney of Alabama; brother, Jimmy
(Joyce) Maynard of Turkey Creek, KY; grandchildren, Paige, Hope and
Gabby Hackney, Noah, Scott Ryan and Brianna Stokes and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015, at 11 AM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral
Home Chapel with Mikey Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory
Gardens, Huddy, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 9 PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the Funeral Home Chapel
with special services Wednesday at 7 PM.

Iva Joyce Hatfield, 76, of Forest Hills, KY, passed away Friday,
April 3, 2015, at the Tug Valley Regional ARH Hospital.
She was born July 16, 1938, at Logan, WV, to the late Roy and
Ossie Ruth Powers Herndon. She is also preceded in death by her
husband. Chester Hatfield and son, Chester K. Hatfield.
She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith.
Iva is survived by two sons, Mark Hatfield of Forest Hills, KY,
and Randy Hatfield of OH, one daughter, Sheila Myers of Forest
Hills, KY, brother, Danny Herndon of Switzer, WV, sister, Betty
Ramey of Trace Fork, WV, grandchildren, Taunia (Toney) Dardi,
Frankie Thomas Myers II, Chasidy (Freddie) Crist, Michael Kenneth Hatfield, Christopher
(Lindsey) Hatfield, Randall Gene Hatfield, Christie (Robert) Cichon, Randi Jean Hatfield, Kayla (Art) Robbins and Markie Hatfield, great grandchildren, Abbey Makayla Dardi, Nicholas Anthony Dardi, Patricia Ann Durham, Frankie Thomas Myers III, Sophia Lakin Crist, Riley June
Crist, Tyson Jonathan Hatfield, Braden Ryan Hatfield, Deborah Lynn Cichon, Rachel Lee
Cichon, Hannah Love Cichon, Leah Hope Cichon, Harper Grace Robbins and Cruz Arthur
Robbins and a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at R. E. Rogers Funeral
Home with Bill Smith speaking over the service. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, Logan, WV, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday night at the funeral home.

Gary Franklin Edmiston, 62, of McAndrews, KY passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015, at his
home, surrounded by his loving family.
Gary was born on November 25, 1952, the son of the late Wayne Edmiston Jr. and Inis
McCown Edmiston.
He was a coal truck owner and driver.
He is survived by five brothers, Roger, Randy, Ricky, Brian and David Edmiston all of
McAndrews, KY along with two sisters, Shelia Bowman, also of McAndrews, KY and Debbie
Reynolds of Pikeville, KY. Gary also leaves behind his stepson, Tommy 'T.J" May of
Pinsonfork, KY, his former wife and special friend Etta Bailey and a host of other loving family
members and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at R.E. Rogers Funeral
Home, Belfry, KY with Dennis Hinkle and Gerria Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at
the Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY, with nephews serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, 2015, after 6 PM at the funeral home chapel.

Rebecca Ann Hall, 65, of McAndrews, KY, passed away on April 4,
2015, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Friday, April 10, 2015, at
Mountain View Memory Gardens in Huddy, Kentucky. Minister Bob
Werntz of Sharondale Church of Christ will be officiating.
Becki was born in Williamson, WV. She graduated from Belfry High
School and was a member at Sharondale Church of Christ.
Becki is survived by her husband of over 40 years, John Hall of
McAndrews, KY; sister Diana McCoy of Alabaster, Alabama; brother,
Jess P. "Bud" Williams of Huntington, WV; son, John B. Hall of Florida;
grandchildren, Josey and Jacie Hall of Wheeling, WV; numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Becki is preceded in death by parents, Jess A. and Frances Hope Williams; sister, Connie
Rowe and sister, Alberta Tompkins.
