Vivian Faith Smith Meadows, 64, of Marysville, OH, formerly of
Phelps, KY, passed away October 27, 2015, at Marysville, OH.
She was born July 8, 1951 in Pike County, KY, to Inas Vance
Smith of Phelps, KY, and the late Dave Smith. She is also preceded
in death by one sister, Malona Coleman and one brother, Tyrone Smith.
She was retired from Capital Manufacturing Company of Columbus, OH, and of the Baptist faith.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her fiance' Steve Bailey of
Marysville, OH. Two sisters, Yvonne (Gary) Hatfield of Ransom,
KY, and Kathy (William) Runyon of Isom, KY. Five brothers, David (Valerie) Smith of Louisa,
KY, Donald Smith of Phelps, KY, Harvey (Gina) Smith of Wayne County, WV, Verlin Smith
of Pikeville, KY, and Franky Smith of Pikeville, KY, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Sunday November 1, 2015, at Peter Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Primitive Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow at Dave
Smith Cemetery, Phelps, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday and Saturday at Peter Creek Primitive Baptist Church
with special services both nights at 7 PM.
Robert Lee Stiltner, 67, of Jackson, KY formerly of Pike County died Sunday, October 25,
2015, at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born June 3, 1948 at Kimper, KY the son of the late
Clint and Lily Ruth Hunt Stiltner. He was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Stiltner Jr.;
step son, David Ratliff; sister, Lou Ellen Stacy and a brother, Kenneth Stiltner.
He was a disabled mechanic.
Survivors include his ex-wife, Mary Ratliff; children, Jimmy Darrell Stiltner and Bobbie
Jean Coleman; step daughter, Mary Jean Blair; sister, Sharon K. Presley; brothers, Daniel
Stiltner and Dennis Stiltner and twelve grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Hunt Cemetery,
Kimper, KY. Friends may gather at 10 AM Saturday at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home, Belfry, KY.
Linda Gail Webb, 66, of South Williamson, KY, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015, at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center.
She was born March 14, 1949, in Williamson, WV the daughter of Audrey Marie Johnson
Hicks of South Williamson, KY and the late Beecher Hicks. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vinson Doug Webb and one brother, George Hicks.
She was a homemaker and attended the Gospel Revelation Tabernacle Church, Burnwell, KY.
Other than her Mother she is survived by two sons, Doug (Michelle) Webb and Randy
(Robbie) Webb all of Stone, KY; two daughters, Sandy (Phillip) May of South Williamson, KY
and Angel (Darrell) Nelson of Ashland, KY; three brothers, Clarence (Gracie) Hicks and Beecher Hicks all of Chattaroy, WV and Clyde (Lisa) Hicks of Waverly, Ohio; sister-in-law, Donia Hicks of Williamson, WV; grandchildren, Kensie Hineman, Tyler Webb, Taygen Webb, Amber
McCoy, Seth McCoy, Randy Lee Webb, Rebecca Webb, Sarah Crabtree, Jamison May, Braxton May, Kyleigh May, Zoey May, Angelica Nelson, Darrell Neson, Addison Nelson and Devin Nelson; great grandchildren, Braxton Webb, Carson Webb, Kaidyn Webb and Nevaeh Webb
and a host of family and friends.

Keith (Buddy) Salmons, Jr. passed away on October 30, 2015 with his
family by his side. He was born February 28, 1967 in Norfork, VA, but
called Turkey Creek, KY, his home for most of his life.
He is survived by his parents, William (Bill) and Rose Evans of Turkey Creek, KY, with whom he shared a most special bond, two children,
Ryan Salmons of Turkey Creek, KY, the light of Buddy's life and his
daughter, Chat'eau (Doug) Kidwell of Mt. Vernon, KY, the apple of his eye.
He was the proud grandfather of three precious girls, 6-year old Syrra
Kidwell, 3-year old Kenadi Kidwell, and 9-month old Lilly Kidwell. He
was also survived by two sisters, Donna (Greg) Chaffins of Knoxville, TN, and Dreama
Vansickel (Leroy) of Turkey Creek, KY, and both will miss him dearly. He will also be missed
by his long-time friend and caregiver, Mary Ann Yagodich of Turkey Creek, KY. He will be
missed by his niece, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He showed amazing courage as a lung transplant recipient and in his battle with cancer.
Buddy was baptized in the name of the Lord on September 11, 2015, something that gave him
much peace in his final days.
Buddy was an avid and loyal Kentucky Wildcats fan, lover of jigsaw puzzles, with a dry
sense of humor and a stubborn streak a mile long. But most of all, he was a loving and devoted
father, son, brother and friend.
The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to Appalachian Hospice Care for their
professional and compassionate care.

Home Chapel with Rick Hisle officiating. Entombment to follow at Mountain View Memory

A. B. Walters, 82, of Turkey Creek, KY, passed away Friday November 6, 2015, at his residence.
He was born May 7, 1933, at Hatfield, KY, to the late John Dewey Walters Sr., and Odessa
Francis Walters. He is also preceded in death by one brother. J. D. Walters, a baby sister, and
brother-in-law Fathies Cornette.
He was a coal truck driver and a member of the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife. Lucille Cornette Walters, three sisters, Charlotte Walters of Hatfield, KY, Wilma Marie Simon of Hatfield, KY, and Dianne (Bryant) Holland of Franklin, NC.
Three brothers, Isaac Paul (Ortha) Walters of Gulnare, KY, Phillip (Mary) Walters of Sidney,
KY, and Gene (Charlotte) Walters of Hatfield, KY, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Glenis Ailene Stone Smith, 89, of Belfry, KY, passed away Tuesday November 10, 2015, at
Tug Valley Regional Medical Center.
She was born November 26, 1925, at Hardy, KY, to the late Roland and Cansas Sparks May.
She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Charley Stone and second husband, Burl
Smith; one brother, Kenneth May and one sister, Virginia Loftis.
She was a homemaker and a founding member of the Hardy Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son Randy (Cheryl) Stone of Berea, KY, and one daughter, Jeana
(Gary) Layne of Belfry, KY; two step daughters, Ann Hatfield and Brenda Smith both of Belfry, KY; three grandchildren, Emily (Matt) Spires of Berea, KY, Tracey (Roc) McCarthy of Leland, NC, and Andy (Krystal) Layne of Richmond, KY; four great grandchildren, Caroline and

Delores June (Scott) Kennedy, 84, of Pinsonfork, passed KY,
away Wednesday November 11, 2015, at Williamson Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1931, at Pike County, KY, to the late William A.
and Jennie Lee Dean Scott. She is also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and a member of the McAndrews Church of Christ for over 60 years.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Oscar Kennedy of
Pinsonfork, KY, daughters, Debra (Roger) Conley, Dianna (Greg) Triplett
and son, Brian (Kim) Kennedy all of Pinsonfork, KY. Three grandchildren, Mark Conley, Jaime (Jimmy) Brock and Breanna Kennedy. Two great grandchildren, Sydney and Caidence Brock. Brother, William "Buddy" Scott of MI and a host of loving family and friends.

Janet Gale Ward, 75, of Williamson, WV, passed away Saturday November 14, 2015, at Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born November 13, 1940, at Williamson, WV, to the late Estle
and Ruby Rose Baker Maynard. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Everett Ward, one brother, Donald Maynard and three sisters, Betty Smith, Bonnie Pauley and Mildred June Maynard.
She was a homemaker, a 1958 graduate of Belfry High School and a
member of the East Williamson Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Douglas (Annette) Ward of Forest Hills, KY,
three brothers; Sam Maynard of Toler, KY, Larry Maynard of Clearwater,
FL, and Mike Maynard of Hardy, KY. Two sisters, Maude Ball of Roanoke, VA, and Nancy
Morrison of Hopkinsville, KY. and a host of loving family and friends.
