Margie Helen Barnes Garino, 42, of Burna, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2003 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Garino of Daytona, Fla.; parents, Fred and Martha Rushing of Salem; one daughter, Christina Workman of Lola; one son, Brad Madden of Henderson; three sisters, Karen Lanham and Angie Driskill, both of Salem, and Tina Shell of Oregon.
Private funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Dan Bonner with burial at Good Hope Cemetery.
Boyd Funeral Home in Salem is handling arrangements.
Millikan
Mary Kathryn Millikan, 73, of Marion, passed away Monday, March 31, 2003 at her home.
She was a member of New Life Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, James Millikan of Eddyville and Willie Millikan of Export, Pa.; six daughters, Kay Jacobs of Frances, Brenda Millikan, Rita Lynch, Patricia Sysco, Donna Herron and Dana Berry, all of Marion; one stepdaughter, Elissa Fulton of Mayor, Ariz.; two sisters, Connie Travis of Marion and Sue Brasher of Burna; one brother, Billy Joe Campbell of Frances; 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Al J. Millikan, one infant child, three great-grandchildren, and one brother. Her parents were Willie and Sarah Campbell.
Funeral services were Thursday, April 3, at Gilbert Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Jacobs, the Rev. Robert Phillips, the Rev. David Winders and the Rev. Andy Yates officiating. Burial was in Frances Cemetery.
Sitar
Michael P. Sitar, 62, of Marion, passed away April 2, 2003 in Port Charlotte, Fla.
He was employed at U.S. Steel and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; mother, March Sitar of Port Charlotte, Fla.; daughter, Faith Fitch of Statesville, N.C.; four sons, Phillip Sitar of Lake Station, Ind., Stephen Sitar of Marion, Daniel Counts of Marion, James Sitar; and 11 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
Cruce
TUCSON, Ariz. - Addie L. Cruce, 92, passed away March 9, 2003 at Desert Life in Tucson, Ariz.
Mrs. Cruce was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Cruce; daughter, Patsy Roberts; and two granddaughters, Tammy Roberts and Michelle Dunagan.
Survivors include her four children, Robert Cruce of Oracle, Ariz., Richard Cruce of San Manuel, Ariz., Joan Benavidez of San Manuel, Ariz., and Edna Ray of Marion, Ky.; 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services were March 12 at First Baptist Church in Oracle with the Rev. Gus Bogan officiating. Burial was in Oracle Cemetery in Oracle.
Arrangements were handled by Adair Funeral Home.
Hughes
Geraldeen Joyce Hughes, 76, of Frankfort, formerly of Marion, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2003 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Gayle Alvis of Frankfort; grandson, Jeremy Alvis of Frankfort; and granddaughter, Leah Drennan of Ann Arbor, Mich.
Graveside services were Monday, April 7, at Mapleview Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Garvey officiating.
The family requests memorials take the form of donations to the American Lung Association, Bluegrass Regional Office, 1636 Nicholasville Road, Suite One, Lexington, KY 40503.

Clark
Huston Clark, 92, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Crittenden Hospital.
Mr. Clark was a member of Marion Second Baptist Church and a founding member of the Town & Country Riding Club in Marion.
Survivors include two daughters, Sue Boone and Doris Taylor, both of Marion; one sister, Lorene Baoz of Florida; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Ann Clark; a son, Donald Huston Clark; and a brother.
Funeral services were Saturday, March 29 at Gilbert Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Thurman officiating, followed by burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
Angel
Anthony H. Angel, 46, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Crittenden Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Angel of Marion; son, Bryan Angel of Owensboro; daughter, Mandy Angel of Owensboro; mother and stepfather, Mary and James Gish of Owensboro; sister, Wanda Walker of Florida; stepson, Matt Jent of Marion; two stepdaughters, Allison Newbitt and Tammie Jent, both of Marion; one grandchild and two step-grandchildren.
Services were Saturday, March 29 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Father Bruce Fogle officiating, followed by burial at Mexico Cemetery.
Guess
Chrystal S. Guess, 94, of Marion, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2003 at Salem Springlake Care Center.
She was a member of Marion Baptist Church.
Mrs. Guess is survived by one daughter, Phyllis McKinney of Marion; two granddaughters, Kim Cummings of Murray and Danette Shepard of Madisonville; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert T. Guess; a son, Larry E. Guess and a daughter, Sharon Guess.
Graveside services were Monday, March 31 with the Rev. Darrell Clarke officiating at Oddfellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Lucas
Kittie Lee Lucas, 88, of Marion, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2003 at Livingston Hospital.
A member of Marion United Methodist Church and Crittenden County Hospital Auxiliary, she was the former owner of Marion Shoe Store.
Survivors include one son, Sammie H. Lucas of Pamona, N.Y.; one daughter, Sandra Lucas of Murray; one sister, Dorothy Renfro of Marion; one stepdaughter, Janell Pyle of Marion; one niece, Debbie Fowler of Marion; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Lucas.
Services were Monday, March 31 at Marion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Garvey officiating, followed by burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
