Rev. Erlin H. Ramage, 74, of Ledbetter, formerly of Salem, passed away Aug. 19, 1999 at Western Baptist Hospital.
He was a member of Calvary Holiness Church and former pastor of Loveless Chapel Pentecostal Church in Salem, where he served for 40 years.
Survivors include his wife Edna Mae Ramage of Ledbetter; a daughter, Sue Peach of Ledbetter; a son, Roy Ramage of Ledbetter; a foster daughter, Dorothy Pugh of West Paducah; a brother, Hascal Ramage of Alton, Ill.; a sister, Ethel Belt of Salem; several nieces and nephews; and one granddaughter.
Ramage was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Kay Ramage, and his parents, Lewis and Etta Sisco Ramage.
Funeral services were held Aug. 22 at Loveless Chapel Pentecostal Church in Salem with Rev. Leon Belt, Rev. Larry Peach and Rev. Kenneth Capps officiating. Burial was in Loveless Chapel Cemetery.
Braswell
Abbie S. Braswell, 87, of Cincinnati, formerly of Livingston County, passed away Aug. 17, 1999 at Jewish Hospital in Kenwood, Ohio.
Braswell served as president, secretary and treasurer of the National Executive Housekeepers Organization. She was a teacher and mail carrier in Livingston County for several years. She was a member of Birdsville Baptist Church and attended the Church of the Nazarene in Cincinnati.
Surviving are a brother, Everett Edmonds of Livingston County; three nephews and seven nieces.
Her parents were Albert Sidney and Anna C. Litton Edmonds.
Funeral services were held Aug. 20 at Boyd Funeral Chapel at Salem. Burial was in Edmonds Cemetery.
Mitchell
Delmer Mitchell, 80, of Burna, passed away Aug. 19, 1999 at his home.
He was a member of Dyer Hill Baptist Church where he served as deacon, Sunday School teacher, trustee and fulfilled other offices. He spent five years in the U. S. Air Force, seeing tours in Germany, France and England as a Staff Sgt. He was the first man from Livingston County to be drafted.
Mitchell was a 50-year member of Logan Clark Post 217 at Burna, where he served as commander and service officer for the post.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Betty Mitchell of Burna; two sons, Steve Mitchell of Big Piney, Wyoming and Don Mitchell of Paducah; two granddaughters, Lori Mitchell and Valerie Ramsey; a grandson, Shawn Ramsey; a brother, Lyman Mitchell of Cleveland, Ohio; and a sister, Viola Sailors of Smithland.
He was preceded in death by Leonard and Lessie Mitchell; three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services were held Aug. 22 at Boyd Funeral Chapel in Salem with Rev. Randy Beals and Rev. John East officiating. Burial was in Dyer Hill Cemetery.

Croft
Donald "Frog" Croft, Sr., 67, of Marion passed away May 31, 1999 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
He is survied by his wife, Betty Croft of Marion; a son, Donald Croft, Jr., of Marion; a brother, Kenneth Croft of Petersburg, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
Croft was preceded in death by his parents, Orbie and Mary Ellen Croft.
Services will be held Thursday, June 3, at Boyd Funeral Home with Revs. Hardin
Hosey and Jim Porter officiating. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery.
Riley
Services for Randle Riley, 86, of Eddyville, will be held Thursday, June 3, at Gilbert Funeral Home with Revs. Bud Collins and Roger Waters officiating. Burial will be in Frances Cemetery.
Riley passed away June 1, 1999 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
He was a member of Caldwell Springs Baptist Church.
He is survived by five sons, Paul Riley of Merrillville, Ind., Edward Riley of Eddyville, Clinton Riley, Charles Riley and Tommy Riley, all of Marion; eight daughters, Faye Waters of Eddyville, Donna Ball of Chesterton, Ind., Carolyn Peek of Sawannah, Tenn., Anita Schieringa of Clarksville, Tenn., Mary Ralston, Wanda Boone and Tennie Murray, all of Marion; three sisters, Beatrice Patterson of Portage, Ind., Mildred Long of Salem, and Wendell Gray of Hopkinsville; 29 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Riley was preceded in death by two wives, Margie Riley and Ruby Riley; a son, Randle Riley, Jr.; a brother, James Raymond Riley; and a grandson, Eric Ball.
Croft
Thomas S. Croft, 73, of Marion, passed away May 24, 1999 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
He was a Marion City Police Officer from 1978 to 1983.
Croft is survived by his wife, Maxine Croft of Marion; a son, Gary Croft of Marion; a sister, Anna Nell Nation of Bradenton, Fla.; and two grandchildren, John Croft and Melissa Croft of Marion.
Services were held May 26 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Albert Hughes officiating. Burial was in Mapleview Cemetery.
Orr
Services for Ruth Orr, 84, of Marion, were held May 19 at Marion Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Clarke officiating. Burial was in Mapleview Cemetery.
Orr passed away May 17, 1999 at Crittenden Hospital.
She was a member of Marion Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, George Orr of Marion; a son, Larry Orr of Marion; a sister, Azaltee Woodall of Evansville, Ind.; and two grandchildren, Ginger Orr and Jordan Orr.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marion Baptist Church Family Life Center.
Shewmaker
Noel Shewmaker, 88, of Marion passed away May 18, 1999 at Crittenden Hospital.
He was a veteran of World War II and a retired spar miner.
Shewmaker is survived by a sister, Ruby Shewmaker of Marion; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 20, at Love Cemetery.
