VILLA RIDGE, Mo. - Harold R. Brantley, 79, passed away Feb. 22, 2005.
Funeral services were Feb. 26 at Bell Funeral Home in Pacific, with burial in Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Surviving are two daughters, Lana Coons of Jonesboro, Ark., and Susan Steen of Union; a son, Brian Brantley of Villa Ridge; two brothers, Gerald Brantley and Robert Brantley, both of Marion; a sister, Marybelle Jay of marion; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Clark Brantley; and a son, Kenneth Brantley. His parents were Leonard and Mabel Givens Brantley of Crittenden County.
Babb
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Wilkes R. Babb, 84, passed away March 4, 2005 at Georgetown Manor Nursing Home. He was a retired chemical operator for Celanese Coatings and was a native of Lola. He was an Army Air Forces veteran serving in World War II.
He is survived by his wife, the former Wanita Loofbourrow; a daughter, Kathleen Babb; a sister, Sue May; and a brother, Charles Babb of Lola.
Funeral services were held March 7 at Arch L. Heady & Son in Louisville with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West.

Adamson
Sally Mae Adamson, 93, of Marion, passed away Feb. 22, 2005 at Crittenden Hospital.
She was a member of Bells Mines Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services were March 1 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Winters officiating. Burial was in Bells Mines Cemetery.
Surviving is a daughter, Marcia Davis, of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her husband Everon Adamson; two daughters, Janice Hunter and Mary Wanda Provenzano; six brothers and sisters; and two grandchildren.
Alsobrook
HARRISBURG, Ill. - Larnie C. Alsobrook, 85, formerly of Livingston County, passed away Feb. 25, 2005 at his home. He was a World War II veteran, receiving a Purple Heart for his service. He was a member of the Paducah American Legion.
Surviving are a daughter, Darla Robson of Bend, Ore.; a son, Charles Alsobrook of Lake Havasu, Ariz.; seven sisters, Verna Carter, Georgie Carter, Ona Park, Dean Nosker, Billie Shelton, Jeanette Grimes and Ellen Cockrell, all of California; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mariel Alsobrook; a brother, Harold Alsobrook; and his parents, Willie and Vidue Cobb Alsobrook.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Contributions benefit the Alzheimer's Association, 3703 Taylorsville Rd., Louisville, KY 40220-1330.
Turner
Ruth Evelyn South Turner, 96, of Marion, passed away Feb. 23, 2005 at Crittenden County Health and Rehab. Funeral services were Feb. 25 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Bro. Clint Keith officiating. Burial was in Mapleview Cemetery. She was a member of Marion Central Baptist Church.
Surviving are two cousins, Paul Mahan of Sheridan, Mich, and Mark Mahan of Columbus, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed South. Her parents were John Martin and Oda Essie Belt.
Hall
EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Funeral services for Wesley Preston Hall, 100, formerly of Livingston County, were held March 2, 2005 at Boyd Funeral Home. Rev. Randy Beal officiated. Burial was in Dyer Hill Cemetery.
Hall was a member of Dyer Hill Baptist Church. He graduated from fur trappers school at age 88 and was a member of the Fur Trappers Association.
He passed away Feb. 27 at Angel River Nursing Home in Newburg, Ind.
Surviving are a son, Wesley Berry Hall of Evansville; four daughters, Shirley Williams of Evansville, Wanda Billings of Booneville, Ind., Hilda Ickhoff of Hazelwood, Mo., and Gwendolyn Slepecki of Brandon, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Surviving are his first wife, Edna Hall; his second wife, Erma E. Hall; two sons; a sister; and a brother. His parents were Thomas and Lula Edmonds Hall.
Guill
TILINE, Ky. - Roy Douglas Guill, 62, passed away Feb. 24, 2005 at Western Baptist Hospital. He worked at L&N Railroad for 36 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Funeral services were Feb. 27 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. Walzie Hosick officiating. Burial was in Carrsville Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Bonny Guill of Tiline and formerly of Union Star, Ky.; a son, Roy Franklin Guill of Las Vegas; a daughter, Angela Collins of Mt. Washington; a stepdaughter, Kelly Neff of Radcliff; four brothers, Gary Guill, Paul Guill and Ronnie Guill, all of Carrsville, and Williard Guill of Marion; two sisters, Georgia Mae Ross of Harrisburg, Ill., and Linda Hardesty of Marion; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Mary Lou Hosick Guill.

Conyer
Pauline Conyer, 85, of Marion, passed away Feb. 26, 2005 at Salem Springlake Care Center. She was a member of Emmaus Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Doyle Conyer, Donnie Bruce Conyer, Robert Conyer and Stanley Conyer, all of Marion; a daughter, Kay Winters of Marion; two sisters, Louise Larue of Salem and Connie Perryman of Marion; three brothers, James Ray Cash of Texas, John Ed Cash of Arkansas and William Garland Cash of Harrodsburg; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Osborne Conyer; two sisters; and a brother.
Funeral services were March 1 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Downs, Rev. Wayne Winters and Rev. Cortis Hill officiating. Burial was in Frances Cemetery.
Henry
SALEM, Ky. - Funeral services for Ollie M. Henry, 93, were Feb. 25, 2005 at Boyd Funeral Home in Salem. Rev. John East officiated. Burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Henry passed away Feb. 22 at Salem Springlake Care Center. She was the oldest living member of Salem Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter Carlin Davidson of Marion; two sons, Frank Henry and Terry Henry, both of Salem; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Henry; four brothers and two sisters. Her parents were Daniel F. and Julie Hall James.
Jenkins
Kyle Jenkins, 16, of Marion, passed away Feb. 25, 2005 at Crittenden Hospital.
He was a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services were Feb. 27 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Bro. Bill McCormick officiating. Burial was in Shady Grove Cemetery.
Surviving are his father Roger Jenkins of Marion; his mother Anita Whitehead Jenkins of Sturgis; a sister, Kimberly Jenkins of Marion; a half brother, Wesley Whitehead of LaGrange; grandmothers Geneva Harrington of Shady Grove and Kathleen Whitehead of Sturgis.
