Bell, a former resident of Marion, passed away Nov. 6, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Bell; a daughter, Shirley Greer of Bowling Green; two brothers, Herbert Bell and Louis Bell, both of Marion; and two grandchildren.
Radcliffe
PADUCAH, Ky. – Ethel Radcliffe, 83, passed away Nov. 3, 2006 at Lourdes Hospital. She was a member of Southland Baptist Temple and Eastern Star No. 81.
She is survived by a son, Donald Radcliffe of Paducah; a daughter, Pam Allen of Paducah; three sisters, Jean Scott of Mt. Vernon, Ill., Bonnie Varner and Bill Phelps, both of Mt. Vernon, Ind.; eight grandchildren, Kim Dupree and Tonya Lemons, both of Paducah, Veronicia Scheuers of Tennessee, Charles Radcliffe of Calvert City, Crystal Hopkins of Hardin, Stevie Burkeen of Princeton, Tammy Dillworth of Texas and Sheila Coy of Salem; a nephew, Dr. Allen Tinsley; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hal Radcliffe; three sons, Terry Radcliffe, Eddie Radcliffe and Harold Radcliffe; and a daughter, Shelby Radcliffe.
Services were Nov. 6 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Glover officiating. Burial was in Hampton Cemetery.
Curnel
Emma Lou Curnel, 76, of Marion, passed away Nov. 6, 2006 at Crittenden Health & Rehab. She was a member of Glendale Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Larry (Shirley) Curnel of Marion; a daughter, Chris (Keith) Hodge of Marion; two sisters, Margaret (Jim) Robertson and Mae (Don) Hodge, both of Marion; four grandchildren, Denis (Shannon) Hodge of Marion, Natalie (Philip) Parish of Marion, Nathan (Angie) Curnel of Marion and Aymee (Jay) Herndon of Murray; five great-grandchildren, Jessi Hodge, Jake Hodge, Cali Parish, Rhett Parish and Riley Curnel, all of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Curnel; and a brother, Glenn Maynard. Her parents were Oliver Maynard and Novella Maynard Millikan.
Services were Nov. 8 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. David Winders and Rev. Walzie Hosick officiating. Burial was in Deer Creek Cemetery.
Myrick
SALEM, Ky. – Graveside services for Montana Myrick, 87, were Oct. 27, 2006 at Carrsville Cemetery. Bro. David Hendon officiated.
Myrick passed away Oct. 24 at Salem Springlake Health & Rehab.
Surviving are a son, James L. Myrick of Joy; a sister, Edna Myrick of Rosiclare, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fowler W. Myrick; and a daughter, Shirley Mae Myrick.
Jent
Bobby Don Jent, 66, of Marion, passed away Oct. 27, 2006 at his home.
He is survived by two sons, Tracy Jent and Ronnie Jent, both of Eddyville; two daughters, Renae DeFew of Eddyville and Crystal Mason of Princeton; two brothers, Ben Jent of Princeton and Darrell Jent of Marion; six grandchildren, Emily Jent, Summer Holloman, Caitie Jent, Linsey Holloman and Hunter DeFew, all of Eddyville, and Madison Mason of Princeton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Garnetta Jent; his parents, Robert and Roxie Bohanon Jent; a sister; and two brothers.
Services were Oct. 29 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
Tharp
MORTON, Ill. – Guthrie C. Tharp, 86, passed away Oct. 22 at his home.
He was born in Tolu. He retired as a machinist from Caterpillar, Inc., after 32 years of service. He was a member of Pekin R/C Modeling Club. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving are a son, Charles Tharp of Bartonville, Ill.; two daughters, Jeannette (Earl) Ramsey of Dawson Springs and Jeannie (George) Croft of Eddyville; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah M. Taylor;two brothers; and three sisters. His parents were Marshall D. and Bessie M. Harris Tharp.
Services were Oct. 26 at Ludwig Mortuary with Rev. Gary Salm officiating. Burial was in Roberts Cemetery in Morton.

Baldauf
BABSON PARK, Fla. – Robert E. Baldauf, 78, passed away Oct. 6, 2006 at Wedgewood in Winter Haven.
Prior to retirement, he was the president of Ceratech, Inc., of Marion, and vice president of Flamingo Tile Corporation in Lake Wales, Fla. He attended Ohio State University and was a captain in the U.S. Army, serving in the Korean War. He was a charter member of Lake Wales Lutheran Church, and was active in many community organizations, serving as president of the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Wales Band Association, the Lake Wales Junior High PTA and the VFW. He was a member of Lake Wales Country Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie Parker; three sons, Andy Baldauf, John Baldauf and Robert M. Baldauf; two brothers, James A. Baldauf and Thomas J. Baldauf; a sister, Ruth Tyack; and three grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Deloris.
Services were Oct. 11 at at Lake Wales Lutheran Church with burial in Lake Wales Cemetery.

Hardin
SALEM, Ky. – Mary Gwen Hardin, 77, passed away Oct. 22, 2006 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehab. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Roland Hardin; a son, Gareth (Dulcie) Hardin; two grandsons, Matthew Hardin of Marion and David Hardin of Chapel Hill, Tenn.; two half-sisters, Joyce Andros and Lavern Sykes, both of Merrillville, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harlan Damron and John Paul Damron; and a sister, Imogene Watson. Her parents were George and Myrtle Curnel Damron.
Services were Oct. 25 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. John East officiating. Burial was in Salem Cemetery.

Wheeler
Mary Emma Wheeler, 82, of Marion, passed away Oct. 19, 2006 at Livingston Hospital. She was a member of Marion Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Eddie Wheeler and David Wheeler, both of Marion; five sisters, Grace Barr of Pine Bluff, Ark., Evelyn Beavers of Marion, Dot Enoch of Champaign, Ill., Charlotte Booker of Indiana and JoAnn Howard of Paducah; a brother, Bill Coleman of Marion; and three grandsons, Kevin Wheeler and Dustin Wheeler, both of Marion, and Michael Wheeler of Clarksville, Tenn.; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Wheeler; a sister; and her parents, Roy and Robbie Wigginton Coleman.
Services were Oct. 22, 2006 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.

Marcia McConnell, 75, of Marion, passed away Oct. 19, 2006 at her home. She was a member of Sugar Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Judy Robertson of Marion and Jayne Ann Head of Providence; two brothers, Jim Brown of Marion and Glenn Brown of Hanson; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie McConnell; a brother; and her parents, James R. and Bertha Mae Lamb Brown, Sr.
