TOLU, Ky. - Noble H. Wright, 89, passed away April 22, 2006 at Hilltop Nursing Home in Kuttawa. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a farmer and was of the Christian faith.
Service were April 26 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. John David Graham and Rev. Jimmy Porter officiating. Burial was in Deer Creek Cemetery.
Surviving are two sons, Perry Wright of Princeton and James Wright of Tolu; two daughters, Linda Leeper of New Port Richey, Fla., and Karen Gardner of Alto, Ga.; two sisters, Mary Lee Brazell and Bertie Tyner, both of Tolu; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Bennett Wright and Andy Wright; a sister, Alice Mae Walker; two granddaughters, Wanetta Lynn Marty and LaDonna Renae Wright; and his parents, James Thomas Wright and Mamie Lee Cline Wright.
Hutchings
CINCINNATI, Ohio - Kimberly Jo Bradford Hutchings, 57, formerly of Marion, passed away March 20, 2006 at Hospice of Cincinnati.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin; two sons, Kenny Hutchings and Kevin Hutchings, both of Marion; her mother, Earle Dean Akers Moore of Cincinnati; four brothers, Johnnie Bradford, Russell Bradford, Larry Bradford and Gary Bradford; several aunts, uncles, nieces, newphews; and four grandchildren, Lelani, Naudia, Natalie and Gabriel Hutchings, all of Marion.
Shewmaker
MOSCOW, Tenn. - Graveside services for Ann Shewmaker, 67, formerly of Marion, were held April 14 in Love Cemetery with Rev. Clint Keith officiating.
Shewmaker passed away April 11, 2006 at St. Frances Hospital in Bartlett, Tenn. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Marion.
Surviving are her husband, Eddie Wayne Shewmaker of Moscow; a daughter, Gail Styers of Moscow; and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Murray and Dessie Dawson; and a son, Joel Shewmaker.
Gilbert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Henley
BRADENTON, Fla. - Charles W. Henley, 71, formerly of Crittenden County, passed away April 18, 2006. He was a winter resident of Bradenton since 1995, moving permanently in 2004 from Hobart, Ind. He retired from Anderson Company in Michigan City, Ind., in 1995. He was a member of McClelland Masonic Lodge #357 F&A.M. in Hobart and Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite in Valley of South Bend, Ind.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Betty (Fritts); two sons, Bill of Fayetteville, Ga., and Mark (Pam) of Houston, Texas; his mother-in-law, Edna Fritts Easley of Marion; a sister, Evelyn (Marvin) Roberts of Marion; a brother, James (Darl) of Marion; and five grandsons, Charles A. (Jen), David, Robert, Matthew and Thomas.
He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Juanita Henley; and a daughter-in-law, Deanna Henley.
Services are April 21 at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes in Bradenton, Fla.

Flowers
BRAIDWOOD, Ill. - Betty Rose Flowers, 70, a native of Lola, passed away April 11, 2006 at her home. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Braidwood.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Dean Flowers; a son, Robert Doss Flowers of Joliet, Ill.; her father, Truman Williams of Marion; a brother, Ray Williams of California; seven sisters, Shirley Essertier of Culpeper, Va., Kay Jones of Smithland, Helen Watson, Judy Faught, Gerri Johnson, Barbara Browning and Debbie Summers, all of Marion; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was precedd in death by her mother, Ocie Evelyn Williams; and a sister, Louise Turley.
Funeral services were at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy, Tenn., April 19. Burial was in Bakers Chapel Cemetery in Big Sandy.

Trudnak
MERIDEN, Ct. - Ruth Hardin Trudnak, 88, formerly of Rosiclare, Ill., passed away April 10, 2006 at Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford, Ct.
She was retired from Combined Ins. Co. of Chicago, Ill.
Suriving are two daughters, Loretta Romine, Meriden, Ct., and Lou Ellen Rothbauer of Tavares, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Trudnak; and her parents, Lacy and Lucy Tackwell Hardin.
Graveside servies were April 20 at White's Chapel Cemetery near Irma. Father Larry McBride officiated.
Newcom
Robert W. Newcom, 66, of Marion, passed away April 14, 2006 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. Funeral services were April 17 at Gilbert Funeral Home.
Newcom was a member of ansville Teamsters.
Surviving are his wife, Judy Newcom of Marion; a son, Kevin Newcom of Little Rock, Ark.; his mother, Lucille Newcom of Marion; two brothers, Norman Newcom and James Newcom, both of Marion; a sister, Evelyn Hayes of Marion; four stepsons, Joe McCandless of Readingville, Tenn., Scott McCandless of Marion and Jerry and Troy McCandless of Evansville; a stepdaughter, Melondia McCandless of Marion; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Austin Newcom.
Shinall
FREDONIA, Ky. - Luther "Toot" Shinall, 89, passed away April 5, 2006 at Hilltop Nursing Home. He was a retired farmer and member of Fredonia First Baptist Church. Funeral services were April 7 at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Bill Bruce and Rev. Curtis Franklin officiating.
Surviving are a son, Larry Shinall of Eddyville; two daughters, Glenna Rowland of Fredonia and Joyce Trammell of Eddyville; four sisters, Mary Hunt of Marion, Ethel Hunt of Princeton, Lucille Kamensky of Lincoln Park, Mich., and Juanita Hillyard of Fredonia; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dora Louise Hearod Shinall; three brothers, Jessie Shinall, Roy Shinall and Edward Shinall; and two sisters, Rantha Cannon and Flossie Dyer. His parents were Albert and Cora Rogers Shinall.

Davis
MAYFIELD, Ky. - Elgan "Jockey" Davis, 77, passed away April 5, 2006 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and was retired from Island Creek Coal Co.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Ann Davis of Mayfield; three sons, Ray (Debbie) Davis of Sturgis and Bobby (D.J.) Davis and Joseph (Rose) Davis, both of Morganfield; two daughters, Christy Lynn of Mayfield and Lynda (Rick) Jackson of Morganfield; three brothers, James Davis and Thomas Davis, both of Providence, and Paul Davis of Holiday, Fla.; a sister, Wilma Dean Baker of Providence; 10 granchildren, including Jinger Carter of Marion; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five brothers; five sisters; and his parents, Homer Melton and Lular Mae Williams Davis.
Services were April 8 at Byrn Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Cope and Rev. Fred Harrison officiating. Burial was in North Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Story
FREDONIA, Ky. - Charles F. "Chuck" Story, 34, passed away April 10, 2006 at Caldwell County Hospital.
He was a member of Fredonia Baptist Church and Liberty Masonic Lodge #580 in Frances.
He is survived by a son, Austin Story of Crittenden County; two daughters, Taylor Berton of Caldwell County and Caitlin Travis of Lyon county; his parents, Charles and Cindy Hammons Story of Fredonia; and maternal grandparents Jesse and Elizabeth Kingston Hammons of Eddyville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jewell Franklin Story and Lougene Clark Story.
Services will be at 11 a.m., April 13 at Lakeland Funeral Home with Rev. David Fambrough and Rev. Ernest Clifford officiating. Burial is in Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County.
