Virginia Crider, 77, of Marion, passed away March 29, 2006 at Crittenden Hospital. She was a member of Marion Church of Christ and was in her 60th year of employment at Farmers Bank in Marion.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Kernie Crider of Marion; a son, David "Jock" Crider of Marion; a daughter, Janet Pierce of Marion; a brother, Brian Norman of Springfield, Mo.; a sister, Avis Norman Blackburn of Valparaiso, Ind.; two grandchildren, Alec Pierce and Francesca Pierce; and a former son-in-law, Frank Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alec and Sally Norman; and a son, Michael Lewis Crider.
Services were March 31 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial in Mapleview Cemetery. Andy Walker and David Williams officiated.

Wheeler
Mary Wheeler, 87, of Marion, passed away March 30, 2006 at Crittenden Hospital.
She is survived by a son, Bill (Cindy) Wheeler of Marion; a daughter, Carolyn (Jerry) Wilkinson of Evansville; a daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Wheeler of Marion; four sisters, Naomi Easley of St. Petersburg, Fla., Lillian Elliott of Hartford, N.C., Reba Young and Sylvia Martin, both of Evansville; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Brad Wheeler, Sr.; a son, Brad Wheeler, Jr.; and a brother, Ivan Yates.
Services were April 1 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Winters officiating. Burial was in Love Cemetery.
Wasko
SMITHLAND, Ky. - Graveside services for Willene "Bille" Wasko, 74, will be held April 8, 2006 in Globe, Arizona with Rev. John Petty officiating.
Wasko passed away March 30 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehab Center. She was a homemaker and waitress.
Surviving are her husband, Gerald "Mike" Wasko of Smithland; a daughter, Peggy Norris of Mesa, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Self; a brother, Cleve White; a sister, Vernie Petty; and 13 half brothers and sisters. Her parents were Albert and Hazel Ward White.
Boyd Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Holloman
BROOKPORT, Ill. - Olga Ann Holloman, 69, formerly of Marion, passed away March 30, 2006 at her home. She was a member of Greenhill Baptist Church in Princeton.
Surviving are a son, Tom Orenduff of Hampton; three daughters, Merri Seals of Brookport, Clara Spurlock of Anna, Ill., and Barbara Wilson of Ullin, Ill.; three stepdaughters, Barbara Davidson of Paducah, Patsy Nesbitt and Betty Nesbitt, both of Marion; two stepsons, Kenneth Holloman of Rosiclare, Ill., and David Holloman of Eddyville; a brother, Ernest Hopper of San Angelo, Texas; a sister, Mildred Tice of San Diego, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ray Holloman; a son, Mark Orenduff; and two brothers.

NEWBURGH, Ind. - Verlie Jean Duvall Franks, 58, passed away March 27, 2006 at her home. She was born in Crittenden County., and graduated in 1965 from Central High School in Evansville. She was a homemaker and attended Central Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Rita Franks of Thornton, Colo., and Heather Franks of Newburgh; two sisters, Betty Tremper of Friendship, Wisc., and Carolyn Casper of Newburgh; five brothers, Charles Duvall of Marion, Richard Duvall and James Duvall, both of Evansville, Stephen Duvall of Parker Colo., and Donald Duvall of Chandler, Ind.; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nelda (Lowey) Duvall; her husband, Ernest Edward Franks; and a brother, Bobby Duvall.
Funeral services were April 1, 2006 at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes in Evansville. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Marion.

RICHFIELD, N.C. - Annie Beryl Cook Peck, 99, formerly of Salem, passed away April 1, 2006 at Laurel's Nursing Home in Salisbury, N.C. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Jacqulyn Measimer of Richfield, N.C.; a son, Billie C. Peck of Tacomma, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Elgin Peck; a son, Bobbie Dean Peck; a grandson, Danny Peck; four brothers; and three sisters.
Graveside services were held April 5 at Salem Cemetery.
McEuen
EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Naomi J. (McMillen) McEuen, 75,died April 3, 2006 at Cypress Grove Rehabilitation Center of Newburgh, Ind..
She was a homemaker and had retired from Ball Plastics. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, George E. McEuen, Jr., of Newburgh, Ind.; a son-in-law, Gary Fink of Boonville, Ind.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth McGinnis, Opal Harrison; sister-in-law, Sue McMillen of Murray.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, George E. McEuen, Sr.; a daughter, Carolyn Fink; and a brother, Bill McMillen.
Services were April 5, 2006 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel with Rev. Glenn Flowers officiating. Burial was in Park Lawn Cemetery.

Bohrer
EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Walter Louis Bohrer, 77, passed away April 1, 2006 at Deaconess Hospital. He was retired from the Chrysler Corporation.
Surviving are his wife, Ramona L. Bohrer of Evansville; three daughters, Cinda Barton of Wadesville, Ind., Connie Roll of Evansville and Yolanda Bennett of Huntsville, Ala.; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Burton of St. Louis; a stepson, Charles Long of St. Louis; a sister, Jerdie Tailor of Copperus Cope, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Libby; and parents, Louis and Pearl Bohrer.
Services were April 4 at Townesend-Jones Funeral Home in Providence with Rev. Dale Williams officiating. Burial was in Hopewell Cemetery in Webster County.
McDowell
Funeral services for Alma Louise McDowell, 72, of Marion, will be held at 1 p.m., April 6, 2006 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Waters will officiate. Burial will be in Crowell Cemetery.
McDowell passed away April 4 at Livingston Hospital. She was a member of Calvery Baptist Church in Crayne.
Surviving are five sons, Michael McDowell, Perry McDowell, Mark McDowell and David McDowell, all of Marion, and Wayne McDowell of Henderson; her mother, Lorene Escue of Marion; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo McDowell; her father, Gordon Escue; a brother; a sister; and two great-grandchildren.
