Mary Anna Head, 65, of Frankfort passed away April 12, 2000 at her home.
She was a native of Ottawa, Kan., a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Frankfort.
Head is survived by her husband, Atha C. Head of Frankfort; two sons, Richard Andrew Head of Lexington and Mack Atha Head of Versailles; a daughter, Arlita Rhea Hays of Lawrenceburg; a brother, Arthur Colt of Frankfort; several nieces and nephews; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a step grandson; and two step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Hazel Madge Smith Colt; and a sister, Lorena Fayne.
Services were held at Boyd Funeral Home April 15. Burial was in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Holliman
Ralph Holliman, 78, of Paducah, formerly of Salem, passed away April 16, 2000 at Parkview Nursing Home and Rehab Center.
He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, IBEW local 816 and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Holliman is survived by his wife of 59 years, Loah Mitchell Holliman; three daughters, Wanda Holliman, Brenda Curnel and Debbie Holliman, all of Paducah; a son, Mitchell Holliman of Paducah; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a step granddaughter; and four step great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Bessie Holliman; four brothers; and a sister.
Services were held April 19 at Boyd Funeral Chapel with Rev. Charles Brantley and Rev. Mike Grimes officiating. Burial was in Salem Cemetery.

Wilson
James William "Fireball" Wilson, 80, of Marion, passed away April 16, 2000 at his home.
He served in the United States Army as a Tech IV Intelligence Specialist during World War II and made his career in the drywall construction business.
Wilson is survived by three daughters, Mary Kay Larrick and son-in-law, David Larrick of Rockford, Ill., Barbara Ann Russ and son-in-law Gary Russ of Centralia, Ill., and June Elaine Culvey and son-in-law Daniel Culvey of Garden Prairie, Ill.; nine grandchildren, James Larrick and Valinda Larrick, Dietra Black Marcum, Cynthia Black Jones, Laura Russ Merriweather, Keri Russ Davidson, Darren Culvey, Michael Culvey and Brian Culvey; two step grandchildren, Donna Lauderdale and Diane Kelly; 18 great-grandchildren, Crystal Graham, David Graham, Jessica Melton, Kevin Marcum, Kyle Marcum, Elisabeth Marcum, Damon Jones, Danielle Jones, Felicia Russ, Brett Merriweather, Zachary Merriweather, Ashley Harvey, Jamie Harvey, Leslie Davidson, Daryn Culvey, Brandon Culvey, Trevan Culvey and Keenan Murphy.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elinor Mary Riechman Wilson; his second wife, Mary Kennedy Wilson; his parents, James Martin and Lucille Dorothy (Hediger) Wilson; a brother, Jack Owen Wilson; and a step daughter, Marjorie Hosman.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 24 at Pinckneyville Baptist Church.

Lamping
Funeral services for Anice Charlene Lamping, 82, of Marion were held April 19 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Marion Boone officiating. Burial was in Dunn Springs Cemetery.
Lamping passed away April 18, 2000 at Crittenden County County Convalescent Center.
She was a member of Dunn Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by a sister, Pauline James of Marion and several cousins.
Booker
Clinton D. Booker, 83, of Marion passed away April 17, 2000 at Crittenden Health Systems.
He was a member of Second Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Dorothy Vinson Booker of Marion; a son, Jimmie Booker of Hobart, Ind.; two daughters, Joanne Winn of Fredonia and Judy Casebier of Paris; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Booker was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Necie Rowland Booker; five sisters; and a half brother.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 20 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Thurman officiating. Burial will be in Rowland Cemetery in Caldwell County.
Smith
Louise Patterson Smith, 67, passed away April 18, 2000 at Livingston County Hospital.
She is survived by two sons, J.W. Patterson of Chandler, Ind., and Larry Patterson of Haubstadt, Ind.; three daughters, Patty Estes of Marion, Bonnie Crawford of Paducah and Mary June Patterson of Lone Oak; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Smith was preceded in death by a son, William "Junior" Patterson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 20 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.
Tabor
George Vernon Tabor Sr., 52, of Marion, passed away April 7, 2000 at Crittenden Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Jeanette Tabor of Marion; six sons, Ricky Tabor of Gurley, Ala., George V. Tabor and Danny Tabor, both of Auburn, Ill., and Corey Tabor, Josh Tabor and Jeremiah Tabor, all of Tiline; three daughters, Karen Tabor Harbin of Gurley, Ala., Ashley Tabor of Tiline and Patricia Tabor of Harrison, Ark.; two step daughters, Glenda Kline of Judsonia, Ark., and Ann Kline of Tumbling Shoals, Ark.; his mother, Gracie K. Belt of Rose- Bud, Ark.; five brothers, Gary Tabor of Marion, James Tabor of Salem, James Belt of Tumbling Shoals, Ark., Deon Tabor of Rose Bud, Ark., and Eddie Belt of Heber Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Linda Belt of Marion and Kathy Barnes of Rose Bud, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his father, George James Tabor, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 10 at Boyd Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Hardesty officiating. Burial was in Deer Creek Cemetery.
Brasher
Woodford N. Brasher, 85, of Lake Station, Ind., passed away April 8, 2000 at St. Mary Medical Center.
He was a member of Central Baptist Church, retired M.O.D. Operator of U.S. Steel Sheet and Tin Division six standard cold reduction plant with 43 years of service. A veteran of WWII serving the U.S. Army Medical Detachment 27th Engineer Combat Battalion. He served in New Guinea, Southern Philippines and Luzon. He was awarded the American Theater Ribbon, Pacific Theater Ribbon with four bronze stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, Good Conduct Ribbon, Bronze Arrow Head and World War II Victory Medal.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Lucille Gray Brasher; a son, Woody Gray Brasher of Portage; a daughter, Phyllis L. Zych of Portage; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two sisters, Nora Lou Fritts of Birmingham and Della Bozeman of Arlington, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgie J. and Nannie L. Brasher; a brother, Raymond Brasher; a sister, Lois Velds Oliver; and a grandson, Christopher James Zych.
Funeral services were held April 12 at Burns Funeral Home Hobart with Rev. David Webb officiating. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Portage.
