J.E. Keeling, 91, of Marion, passed away Jan. 11, 2001 at Crittenden County Convalescent Center. He was a member of Sugar Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Sue Patmor and Faye Reutter, both of Evansville; two sons, Wayne Keeling of Marion and Jim Keeling of Peoria, Ill.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan. 14 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Frank McCallum and Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Burial was in Mapleview Cemetery.
Kallins
Ruby Bell Kallins, 92, of Salem, passed away Jan. 12, 2001 at Crittenden Hospital. Gilbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. No date has been set for services.
Survivors include two nieces, Kimberly Marsh of Paducah and Cheryl Hartline of Nortonville.
Dyer
Teresa Lea Dyer, 42, of Evansville, passed away Jan. 11, 2001 at her home.
Dyer was employed by the SAFE House associated with Vanderburg County Corrections.
Survivors include her parents, Bill "Touey" Dyer of Marion and Pauline Dyer of Evansville; a brother, Greg Dyer of Louisville; her fiance, Stuart Ash of Evansville; several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dick and Louise Dyer and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bagwell, all of Marion.
Funeral services were held Jan. 13 at Alexander Funeral Home with burial at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Evansville.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Epilepsy Foundation.
Wosoba
Funeral services for Carolynn Conyer Wosoba, 56, of Louisville, were held Jan. 17 at Middletown Christian Church in Louisville.
Burial was in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Wosoba passed away Jan. 14, 2001 at her home.
Wosoba, a native of Marion, was principal of Norton Elementary School and previously taught at Garden Springs Elementary and Oak Ridge Public School in Tennessee. She was an instructor at Paducah Community College, a former superintendent for Anchorage Public Schools, principal at Portland Elementary, coordinator of Effective Schools in St. Louis, Mo., public schools, head of school accreditation and curriculum and program development for the Kentucky State Department of Education. She also was a former member of the Council of Higher Education under Gov. John Y. Brown and past president of Jefferson County Principal's Association.
She was a member of the Kentucky Education Association and Kentucky Association of School Administrators. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Phi Delta Kappa. She was a member of Middletown Christian Church in Louisville.
Survivors include her husband, James Wosoba; a son, Jonathan Lynn Wosoba of Louisville; a daughter, Susan Jane Wosoba of Los Angeles; and sister, Nancy Rascoe of Bowling Green.

Young
Tony Young, 86, of Kuttawa, passed away Jan. 14, 2001 at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
Young was a self-employed farmer and trucker and was founder of Young's Polled Hereford Cattle Business. He served on the Board of Directors for Fredonia Valley Bank, was a Kentucky Colonel, an Army World War II veteran and member of Kuttawa Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Eltis Franklin Young; two sons, Anthony Young of Kuttawa and Edward Young of Caldwell County; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold "Babe" Young and Doyle Young. His parents were Clay Doyle Young and Henrietta Prichett Young.
Funeral services were held Jan. 7 at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville with Rev. Grant Sullivan officiating. Burial was in Kuttawa Cemetery.
Hudson
Mittie Hudson, 84, of Marion, passed away Jan. 15, 2001 at Salem Springake Care Center.
She is survived by a great-niece, Marilyn Baggett of Madisonville, and a niece, Nell Hammond of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hudson, and a son, Paul Hudson.
Funeral services were held Jan. 17 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Burial was in Dunn Springs Cemetery.
Patton
Paul O Patton, 87, of Merriville, Ind., passed away Jan. 7, 2001.
He was born in Dycusburg. and was a farmer in Enfield, Ill., after retiring from U.S. Steel as a millwright. He served as a decon for 50 years at Glen Park Baptist Church and more recently at Eastlake Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 12 years, Delilah Aud-Flannigan Patton; a daughter, Ruby O'Brian of Crown Point, Ind.; two sons, James C. Patton of Merrillville, Ind., and Paul Patton, Jr., of Hillsboro, Ind.; a sister, Oda Shewcraft of Marion; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan 11 at Eastlake Baptist Church. Rev. Donald B. Dell and Rev. Frank Worthington officiated. Burial was in Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, Ind. Geisen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Preceding him in death were his first wife Nona Teer Patton; his parents, Jim and Minnie Brasher Patton; brothers Clifton and Brice; and a sister, Ruth Patton.
Berry
Bonnie L. Berry, 78, of Marion, formerly of Henderson, passed away Jan. 16, 2001 at Salem Springlake Care Center. She was a member of Carrsville Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon D. Dossett of Marion; a son, Malcom E. Berry, Jr., of Henderson; two sisters, Dorothy Berry and Jerrye Walters, both of Henderson; a brother, James O. Stone of Henderson; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcom E. Berry, Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Jan. 18 at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home with Rev. Malcolm L. Dossett and Rev. Nicky Davis officiating. Visitation was 4-8 p.m., on Wednesday. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Goldman
Wilda Perry Goldman, 87, of Berryville, Va., passed away Dec. 14, 2001.
Goldman was born in Marion and later was employed as an accounting assistant in the U.S. Government Accounting Office in Washington, D.C.
Surviving are a niece and nephew in Crittenden County; a cousin, James Robert Dorroh of Crayne; an aunt, Christine Adams of Marion; and several other Crittenden County relatives.
Goldman's parents were W.H. and Nellie Adams Perry. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Arlington, Va., Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church, Shenandoah Retreat and a business sorority.
She was preceded in death by the late Lawrence Harris and Edward Goldman.
Funeral services were held in Berryville Dec. 18 with burial in Fairfax Memorial Park in Fairfax, Va.
