Born on July 27, 1942, in Galveston, she was the daughter of the late Green and Mae Hall.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Keathley.
Survivors include three sons, Deannie Keathley, Galveston, David Keathley, Stickney, Ill., and Bill Keathley, Harold; two daughters, Ella Mae Adkins, Harold, and Patricia Keathley, Galveston; two brothers, Raymond Hall, Pikeville, and Don Hall, Galveston; four sisters, Emogene Hamilton, Pikeville, Fannie Dotson, Cicero, Ill., Lassie Belcher and Geraldine Howell, both of Galveston; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 28, at 1 p.m. at the Little Rachel Old Regular Baptist Church, Galveston, with ministers of the Old Regular Baptist officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden, Ivel, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home.
Gomer Slone
Gomer Slone, 73, of Mousie, died Friday, August 25, 2000, at Our Lady of the Way Hospital, following an extended illness.
Born on February 5, 1927, in Knott County, he was the son of the late Henry Slone and Stella Slone Thornsberry. He was a disabled laborer and a member of the Mt. Olive Old Regular Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Mattingly Slone.
Other survivors include two sons, George Steven Slone of Pippa Passes, Vernon Gomer Slone of Mousie; one daughter, Tonya Gayle Sandlin of Mallie; one brother, Daniel Slone of Mousie; one-half sister, Clara Newberry of Nebraska; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 27, at 11 a.m., at the Mt. Olive Old Regular Baptist Church, at Pippa Passes, with ministers of the Old Regular Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be in the Jimmy Slone Cemetery, at Pippa Passes, under the directon of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Martin.
Geraldine Endicott
Geraldine Endicott, 38, of Ewing, formerly of Floyd County, died Friday, August 25, 2000, at her residence, following an extended illness.
Born on May 24, 1962, in Floyd County, she was the daughter of Emogene Burchett Endicott and the late T.Y. "Chester" Jarrell.
She is survived by her husband, Ezra Endicott.
Survivors include one son, Billy Ray Endicott of Prestonsburg; one daughter, Donna Kay Endicott of Ewing; and one sister, Mitzi Hall of Endicott.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 27, at 1 p.m., at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, with Bill Collins officiating.
Burial will be in the Goble Cemetery, at Endicott, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home.
Sydney Gabrielle Mullins
Sydney Gabrielle Mullins, 3, of Hi Hat, died Tuesday, August 22, 2000, at the Childrens Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Born on November 24, 1996, in Hazard, she was the daughter of Terry Dean and Kathy Burke Mullins.
Survivors, other than her parents, include one sister, Stephanie Nicole "Nikki" Mullins of Hi Hat; one brother, Terrence Mullins of Hi Hat; paternal grandparents, Herman Mullins and Mildred Dawson Mullins of Hi Hat.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edward Burke and Thelma King Burke.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 26, at 11 a.m., at the Little Nancy Regular Baptist Church, at Price, with the Regular Baptist ministers officiating.
Serving as pallbearers for the funeral of Sydney Gabrielle Mullins were Tommy Gearheart, Gary Mullins, Thomas Jenkins, Bryan Adams, Nathan Mullins, Terrence Mullins, and Frank Goins.
Burial will be in the Boyd Cemetery, at Price, under the direction of Hall Funeral Home, Martin.

Bonnie Jarrell
Bonnie Jarrell, 71, of Cow Creek, died Tuesday, August 22, 2000, at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, following an extended illness.
Born on February 18, 1929, in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James and Stella Mullins Lewis. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Lancer.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Jarrell.
Other survivors include five sons, Robin Cousino of Oklahoma, Randy Cousino, and Ralph Cousino, both of Coldwater, Michigan, Roger Cousino of Albion, Michigan, Ancel Phillip Engle of Battle Creek, Michigan; one daughter, Estil Jean Endicott of Prestonsburg; one brother, Tennis Lewis of Cedarville, Ohio; one sister, Billy Jean Claucherty of Homer, Michigan, 11 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 25, at 1 p.m., at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, with Evangelist Bennie Blankenship officiating.
Burial will be in the Jarrell Cemetery, at Slick Rock, Cow Creek, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home.
Richard Watts Sr.
Richard Watts Sr., 73, of Wheelwright, died Tuesday, August 22, 2000, at his residence, following an extended illness.
Born on January 29, 1929, in Maben, Alabama, he was the son of the late Earnest and Caroline Key Watts. He was a retired state mining inspector, a member of the U.M.W.A. and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church, at Wheelwright.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Laura Dixon Watts.
Other survivors include two sons, Richard Watts Jr., and Larry D. Watts, both of Wheelwright; three daughters, Wanda Lou Gibbs of Detroit, Michigan, Ruth Yvonne Watts of Wheelwright, Devondrea Watts of Cincinnati, Ohio; four brothers, Joe Nathan Watts and Earnest Watts Jr., both of Birmingham, Alabama, Ben L. Watts of Florida, and Johnny Watts of Amherst, N.Y.; two sisters, Sarah Brown of Buffalo, New York, Louise Langford of New York, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 27, at 1 p.m., at the Light House Temple, at Wheelwright, with Rev. Ronald Burns officiating.

Amie Burke
Amie Burke, 78, of Prestonsburg, died Thursday, August 24, 2000, at the Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Born on October 14, 1921, at Lancer, she was the daughter of the late James and Rosie Setser Morrison. She was a retired cook with the Clark Elementary School and later with Meals on Wheels, and former employee of the US Shoe Company of Prestonsburg. She was a member of the Katy Friend Freewill Baptist Church and DAV Women's Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bennie Meadows, and second husband, Charles E. Burke.
Survivors include five daughters, Ruby Ousley and Edith Burke, both of Prestonsburg, Judy Seiffert and Opal Calhoun, both of Warsaw, Indiana, and Oma Rose of Claypool, Indiana; one sister, Lucy E. McGuire Hunter of Prestonsburg; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 26, at 2 p.m., at the Floyd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tommy Nelson and Ellis Stevens officiating.
Burial will be in the Richmond Cemetery, in Prestonsburg, under the direction of Floyd Funeral Home.

Kay Frances Bowen
Kay Frances Bowen, 63, of Louisville, formerly of Martin, died Friday, August 18, in the Norton Suburban Hospital, Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Mae Hagans. She was a retired secretary for Kentucky School Supply, Louisville, and was a member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church, Louisville.
She is survived by her husband, Gayron Bowen.
Other survivors include two daughters, Tamara Lynn Harrelson of Louisville, Robin Hope Rapp of Cummings, Georgia; four sisters, Patricia McCarty of Aurora, Indiana, Wayneoka Worley of Dillsboro, Indiana, Barbara Sue Kelley and Linda L. Thacker, both of Louisville; one brother, Paul Hagans of Langley; and one grandson.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, August 21, at 10 a.m., in the Walnut Street Baptist Church, Louisville.
Graveside services were conducted Monday, August 21, at 3 p.m., in the Hagans Family Cemetery, at Warco, with Rev. Bob Varney officiating. Graveside services were under the direction of Hall Funeral Home, Martin.
Dola Jackson Sr.
Dola Jackson Sr., 97, of Wurtland Manor Nursing Home, Wurtland, Kentucky, died Sunday, September 24, 2000.
Born on March 15, 1903, in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Albert Jackson and Mary Jackson. He was an employee of McGraw Construction Company. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lenora Blair.
Survivors include one son, Dola Jackson Jr., of Summit; one daughter, Frankie Frankes of Cleveland, Ohio; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, September 27, at 2 p.m., at the Lazear Funeral Chapel, Ashland, with Dr. C.J. Adkins officiating.
Burial was in the Brick Union Cemetery, Greenup County, under the direction of Lazear Funeral Home.
