Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, 1 p.m. at the Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church for Josephine Owens Stacy, 67, of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away Saturday, Feb. 14.
Mrs. Stacy was born May 23, 1947 in Oil Springs, daughter of the late Corbit and Nettie Meade Owens. She was a member of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church and owner of Cooper Home for the Elderly.
Surviving are her husband Col. Boyd Stacy; and five brothers, Scott Owens of Akron, Ind., Bobby and Jessie Owens, both of Oil Springs, Troy and Mike Owens, both of Springfield.
The service will be officiated by Lindsey Meade, with burial to follow in the Cantrell cemetery at Oil Springs.

Larry Michael Webb
1947-2015
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 24, 1 p.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Larry Michael Webb, 67, of Van Lear, who passed away Friday, March 20 at his residence.
Mr. Webb was born July 29, 1947 in Paintsville, son of Geraldean Vires Webb and the late Chester Calvin Webb. He was a miner with Island Creek Coal.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife, Shirlene Music Webb of Van Lear; three sons, Michael Eugene Webb and Branden Curtis Webb, both of Hager Hill, and Calvin Webb of Van Lear; one brother, Danny Ray Webb of Van Lear; and one granddaughter.
The service was officiated by David Wells, with burial in the Webb Family cemetery at Van Lear.

Joanne E. Padgett
1946-2015
Joanne E. Padgett, 68, of River, passed away Tuesday, March 24.
Mrs. Padgett was born Oct. 4, 1946 in Baltimore, Md., daughter of the late John A. and Dorothea Bishop. She was a supervisor at Vista Royal Condominium Assoc. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Padgett.
Surviving are three sons, Patrick Wesley Padgett of Vero Beach, Fla., John Paul Fitzgerald Padgett of Lowmansville, and Robert Thomas Padgett of Cleveland, Ga.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Bobby Gene Williams
1958-2015
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 11 a.m. at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Bobby Gene Williams, 57, of Paintsville, who passed away Sunday, March 22 at his residence.
Mr. Williams was born March 1, 1958 in Lawrence County, son of James A. Williams of Paintsville, and the late Patricia Robinson Williams. He was employed by Paintsville Utilities.
Surviving in addition to his father are one daughter, Angela Michelle Williams of Winchester; two brothers, Billy Williams of Paintsville, and Kenny (Joy) Williams of Warsaw, Ind.; and three grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Harry Neal Frisby, with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville.

Charles R. Music
1937-2015
Funeral services were held Monday, March 23, 3 p.m. at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home for Charles R. Music of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away Friday, March 20 at Villa Springfield.
Mr. Music was born July 26, 1937 at Hager Hill, son of the late Russell and Alice Hall Music. He was a U. S. Army veteran; a member of the Yellow Springs Lodge #421 F & AM; and he was retired from International Truck and Engine. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nordean Music; his son, Alan Music; three brothers, Wilbur, Russell Jr., and Bruce Music; and two sisters, Evelyn Delong and Flossie Kiel.
Surviving are one daughter, Bonita (Frank) Barbee; one sister, Ruth McKenzie; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Burial was in the Ferncliff cemetery in Springfield.

Marjorie LeGrande
1926-2015
Marjorie LeGrande went to her Heavenly home on March 18, 2015.
She was born January 30, 1926, to Arthur Waring Phillis and Rusha Kirk Phillis in Paintsville, where she grew up. She attended Lindenwood College for Women (now Lindenwood University), in St. Charles, Missouri., studying music and earning a Business Certificate. She had legal secretarial experience and also real estate and administrative experience.
Ormond Beach became her home in 1949. In 1977 she relocated to Daytona Beach and then to Bishop’s Glen retirement center in 2014. She became a charter member of Ormond Beach Methodist Church (First United Methodist), participating in the choir, activities of United Methodist Women, Life Group, and Seekers Class.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Walter LeGrande; her sister, Patsy Wells; and brother Phillip, who died in our United States Military service as a Navy pilot in WWII and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
Survivors include her niece, Jane Wells (Keith) Green, Jane’s children - Danny (Lisa) Muncie and John Duncan (Beverly) Muncie; Danny’s children - Sarah and Chris Muncie, and John’s son Andrew, all of Winchester; her step-daughters, Kathryn (Kenneth) LeGrande Lundstrom of Durham, N. C. and Nancy LeGrande Hayes of Greensboro, N. C. and their children.
A memorial service and private funeral will take place in Ormond Beach, Fla.
Kenneth Caudill
1949-2015
Funeral services were held Friday, March 20, 11 a.m. at the New Bethel Free Will Baptist Church for Kenneth Caudill, 65, of Swamp Branch, who passed away Monday, March 16 at his residence.
Mr. Caudill was born March 23, 1949 in Johnson County, son of the late Ivan and Maxie Click Caudill. He was a diesel mechanic. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Herbert Caudill.
Surviving is one brother, Chester “Chet” Caudill of Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
The service was officiated by Joe Scott, with burial in the Pete Bayes cemetery at Swamp Branch.

Clyde Meek
1925-2015
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 22, 2 p.m. at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home Chapel for Clyde Meek, 89, of Williamsport, who passed away Friday, March 20 at Mountain Manor of Paintsville.
Mr. Meek was born Oct. 16, 1925 in Johnson County, son of the late Elias Meek and Mary Staniford Meek. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Ellen Meek; five brothers, Junior, Henry, Grover, Hobert, and Daniel Meek; and one sister, Daisy Pike.
Surviving are two sons, Earl Ray (Angel) Meek of Myrtle Beach, N. C., and Clyde Meek Jr., of Beauty; two daughters, Billie Jean (Kenny) Caudill of Williamsport, and Karen Pauley of Letart, W. Va.; one sister, Estelle Fyffe of Newark, Ohio; six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
The service was officiated by Dorsey Fields, with burial in the Meek Family cemetery at Williamsport.
