Funeral services were held Saturday, May 4, 11 a.m. at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home in Monticello for Judy Frame, 62, of Monticello, who passed away Tuesday, April 30.
Mrs. Frame was born Feb. 4, 1951 in Johnson County, daughter of Beatrice Crace Barker of Johnson County, and the late Emory Barker. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles Barker.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Allen Frame of Monticello; three sons, Chris (Rosemary) Frame, Eddie (Shawna) Frame, and Russell (Marta) Frame; one daughter, Bonnie (Steve) Dotson; seven siblings, Jeannie (Walt), Tim (Sandy), Keith (Deloris), Melissa, Julie, David (Tabitha) and Tracy; and eight grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Bros. Mike Hollars and Danny Leffew, with burial in the Piney Woods Mission Church Cemetery.

Clifford Lemaster
1936-2013
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 11, 11 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Clifford Lemaster, 76, of Sitka, who passed away Wednesday, May 8.
Mr. Lemaster was born July 24, 1936 at Sitka, son of the late Lloyd and Gypsie Woods Lemaster. He was a farmer.
Surviving are one brother, Lloyd F. Lemaster of Delaware, Ohio; and one sister, Gracie McCoy of Paintsville.
The service was officiated by Harold Salyers, with burial in the Lemaster Family cemetery at Sitka.

Avonelle Fairchild Worsham
1947-2013
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 16, 10 a.m. at the Kindred Funeral Home in Englewood, Ohio, for Avonelle Fairchild Worsham, 66 of Clayton, who passed away Sunday, May 12.
Mrs. Worsham was born Jan. 12, 1947 in Paintsville, daughter of the late Dorman and Minnie Daniel Fairchild. She was a tax clerk with the City of Vandalia; and a member of the Crestview Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Dale.
Surviving are her husband, Verno Worsham of Clayton; two sons, Dan (Shelle) Worsham of Kettering and Rob (Sasha) Worsham of New Jersey; one brother, Robert Fairchild of Kentucky; and two grandchildren.
Following the service entombment will be in the Royal Oak Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Brookville, Ohio.

Laneata Marie Trent

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 14, 1 p.m. at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Sterling, for Laneata Marie Trent, 35, of Mt. Sterling, who passed away Friday, May 10 at St. Joseph-Mt. Sterling Hospital.
Mrs. Trent was born Jan. 16, 1978 in Floyd County, daughter of Rita Faye Hatfield Tackett of Paintsville, and the late Herman Eugene George. She was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, David Allen Trent; two daughters, Gabrielle Marie Trent and Allison Faye Trent; and one sister, Paula J. Kiskaden, all of Mt. Sterling.
Burial was in the Machpelah Cemetery.

Veronica Hill Hayslett

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 14, 1 p.m. at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home in Paintsville for Veronica Hill Hayslett, 46, of Lexington, formerly of Paintsville, who passed away Thursday, May 9 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Mrs. Hayslett was born Nov. 23, 1966 in Wabash, Ind., daughter of Ethel Cooper Hill of Hager Hill and the late Astor Lee Hill Sr. She was a registered nurse at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James David Hayslett; and one brother, Astor Lee Hill Jr.
Surviving in addition to her mother are one son, David Blake Hayslett of Lexington; two daughters, Chelsey Hayslett (Robert William) Wallace and Julia Marte Hayslett, both of Lexington; one brother, Gary Hill of Hager Hill; one sister, Debbie (Ronnie) Dity of Harrodsburg; and two grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Michael Tackett, with burial in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville.

Francis Lucille Walters Ward

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 10, 11 a.m. at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Francis Lucille Walters Ward, 96, of Williamsport, who passed away Wednesday, May 8 at her residence.
Mrs. Ward was born Feb.26, 1917 in Johnson County, daughter of the late Wellington and Mary Margaret Penix Walters. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Estill Ward; one daughter, Loris Preston; three sisters, Gertrude Mollette, Hazel Penix and infant Margaret Vivian Walters; and four brothers, Elmer, Wellington Jr, Lafe, and James Walters.
Surviving are two sons, Donald Ray Ward of Manchester, Mich., and James Phillip (Charlene) Ward of Bentonville, Ark.; two daughters, Wanda Lou (Robert Jr.) Mollett of Williamsport, and Berneda Fay (David) Powers of Manchester; three brothers, Shady Lee Walters of Delbarton, W. Va., Frank (Anita) Walters of Miamisburg, Ohio, and Raymond (Donna) Walters of Williamsport; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Elders Ronald Mills, Carlos Preston, Bernard Johnson and Robert Mollett Jr., with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 5, 12 p.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Thurman Leroy Hall, 65, of Oil Springs, who passed away Thursday, May 2.
Mr. Hall was born April 3, 1948 in Paintsville, son of the late John and Lou Emma Davis. He was a carpenter with CAP.
Surviving are three daughters, Angela Hall of Louisville, Marquetia Pinkerton of Oil Springs, and Tina Hall of Salyersville; one brother, Dave Davis of Morehead; two sisters, Marla Music of Oil Springs, and Rosemary Hall of Garrett; and six grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Joshua Hayton, with burial in the Hall Family cemetery at Oil Springs.

Daniel Ferguson

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 4, 11 a.m. at the Christian Union Independent Church at Keaton for Daniel Ferguson, 65, of Red Bush, who passed away Wednesday, May 1 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville.
Mr. Ferguson was born Jan. 24, 1948 in Wheelwright, son of the late Fred Orville and Nancy Mae Kelly Ferguson. He was an U. S. Army Vietnam War veteran, and a member of the Christian Union Independent Church.
Surviving are two sons, John Lonnie Ferguson of Hoschton, Ga., and Scott Michael Ferguson of Statham, Ga.; two brothers, Tommy (Pam) Ferguson and Fred Orville Ferguson Jr., both of Michigan; two sisters, Patty (Johnny) Arms of Ohio, and Kathy Jane (Roy) Livengood of Michigan; five grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Tim Salyers and Paul E. Keaton, with burial in the Salyer Family cemetery at Flat Gap.
