William Morris “Bill” McCloud
1932-2012
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, 11 a.m. at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel for William Morris “BIll” McCloud, 79, of Stambaugh, who passed away at Mountain Manor Nursing Home in Paintsville.
Mr. McCloud was born Sept. 30, 1932 in Johnson County, son of the late Beecher and Alta Mae Tackett McCloud. He was a self-employed auto mechanic. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Alma Irene Williamson McCloud.
Surviving are one son, Scott Morris McCloud of Stambaugh; two daughters, Teresa Arlene McCloud (Doyle) Music of Conyers, Ga., and Billie Myra McCloud (John) Trimble of Staffordsville; one sister, Ruth Evelyn McCloud Caudill of Wittensville; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Steve Hazelette and Christopher Scott, with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville.
Arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home of Paintsville.

Jack Perry Jr.
1940-2012
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 6, 1 p.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Jack Perry Jr., 72, of Boons Camp, who passed away Thursday, Aug. 30.
Mr. Perry was born April 28, 1940 in Weeksbury, son of the late Jack Harlan and Emma Hale Perry. He was a mechanic with the Johnson County Road Dept.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Ramey Perry of Boons Camp; two sons, Jackie Perry of Prestonsburg, and Mike Perry of Sitka; two daughters, Judy Fitch of Meally, and Lisa Mollett of Tomahawk; one brother, Jack Dempsey Perry of Salyersville; one sister, Christine Rothhammer of Oklahoma; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Willis Staton, with burial to follow in the Dennie Pigg cemetery at Boons Camp.
Arrangements under the direction of the Preston Funeral Home of Paintsville.

Arizona Davis Haney
1925-2012
Graveside services were held Thursday, Aug. 30, 1 p.m. at the Richmond Ceme-tery on Rt. 40, Paintsville, for Arizona Davis Haney, 87, of Louisa, who passed away Tuesday, Aug. 28 at J. J. Jordan Nursing Home in Louisa.
Mrs. Haney was born Sept. 16, 1925 in Johnson County, daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Ann Castle Davis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Haney.
Surviving are three sons, Don Haney of Meally, William “Bill” Earl Haney of Campton, and William Douglas Ratliff of Flatwoods; two daughters, Nancy Rainey of Meally, and Katie Francis Sword of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Jackie Davis of Louisa; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Jerry Scott, with burial in the Richmond cemetery at Paintsville.

Claudette Fairchild
1969-2012
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 5, 11 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Claudette Fairchild, 43, of Paintsville, who passed away Sunday, Sept. 2.
Ms. Fairchild was born May 14, 1969 in Paintsville, daughter of Sarah Mollette Baldridge and the late Claude Baldridge.
Surviving are three sons, Joseph and Eric Fairchild, both of Hager Hill, and Brian Fairchild of Paintsville; two step-sons, Glen Fairchild and Kevin Fairchild, both of Hager Hill; three brothers, James E. Mollette of Paintsville, Ray Mollette of Salyersville, and Jason Lee Fairchild of East Point; three sisters, Robin Fairchild of Flat Gap, Vivian Lee Dale and Donna Mollette, both of Paintsville; one grandchild and four step-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Travis Tackett, with burial to follow in the Fairchild Family cemetery of Flat Gap.

Earl Roger Ratliff
1940-2012
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2 p.m. at the Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Earl Roger Ratliff, 71, of Paintsville, who passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29 at his residence.
Mr. Ratliff was born Sept. 7, 1940 in Thealka, son of the late Milton and Grace Collins Ratliff. He was a truck driver.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia Turner Ratliff of Paintsville; one son, John Ball of Huntington, W. Va.; two daughters, Paula Peters and Joan Williams, both of Paintsville; one brother, Paul Ratliff of Paintsville; one sister, Margaret Ann Fitch of Thealka; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The service was officiated by the Rev. Wayne Price, with burial in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville.

Joan Estep Trimble
1958-2012
Memorial services were held Thursday, Aug. 30, 4 p.m.-9 p.m. at the Paintsville Funeral Home for Joan Estep Trimble, 53, of Staffordsville, who passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29 at her residence.
Mrs. Trimble was born Dec. 3, 1958 in Marion, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Caudill Estep. She was a waitress.
Surviving are her husband, Jack Trimble of Staffordsville; one son, Jason Estep of Paintsville; one step-son, Jay Trimble of Oil Springs; three brothers, Roger Caudill of Falcon, Tim Caudill of Lowmansville, and Woody Estep of Paintsville; two sisters, Pamela Kidd of Dwale and Sheila Perry of Pikeville; one granddaughter, and one step-grandson.
Arrangements under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.

Bebe Pack
1932-2012
Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 31, 11 a.m. at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Bebe Pack, 80, of Thelma, who passed away Tuesday, Aug. 28.
Mrs. Pack was born Jan. 14, 1932, daughter of the late John and Elsie Bowling Childers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Grover Pack.
Surviving are four sons, Paul L. Pack of West Van Lear, Glenn Pack of Louisville, and Charles and Greg Pack; two daughters, Carolyn Sue Martin and Glendene Pack, both of Morehead; two sisters, Annette Stumbo of Columbus, Ohio and Belva Jo Dollins of Johnson County; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Tommy Meade, with burial in the Childers Family cemetery at Whitehouse.

Delmer J. Click
1944-2012
Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 31, 11 a.m. at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home in Bucyrus, Ohio for Delmer J. Click, 68, of Bucyrus, who passed away Sunday, Aug. 26 at Altercare of Bucyrus.
Mr. Click was born April 19, 1944 at Swamp Branch, son of the late Jerry and Mattie Mae Ramey Click. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Carl; and one sister, Faye Rice.
He was a retired postal employee, a U.S. Army veteran, and a graduate Oil Springs High School.
Surviving are his wife, Joan “Ginnie” Mason Click; three daughters, Deborah (Rich) Spicer and Barbara Lambert, both of Mansfield, Ohio, and Shana (Andy) Hahn of Westerville, Ohio; one son, Jonathan Cramer of Crestline; one step-son, Michael Meadows of Fremont, Ohio; one brother, Jerry (Carrie) Click of Ashland; two sisters, Mary Barnett of Willard, and Irene (Harold) Hicks of Plymouth, Ohio; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Gene Luidhardt S. A. M., with burial in the Brokensword Cemetery.

Diana Ree Flanagan
1946-2012
Graveside services were held Saturday, Aug. 25, 2 p.m. at the Johnson County Memorial cemetery at Staffordsville, for Diana Ree Flanagan, 65, of Prestonsburg, who passed away Wednesday, Aug. 22 at her residence.
Mrs. Flanagan was born Nov. 1, 1946 in Johnson County, daughter of the late Ulysses “Boss” and Reba VanHoose Castle.
Surviving are her husband, Patrick Flanagan of Prestonsburg; four sons, John Mathes of Waller, Texas, Dennis Flanagan of Lexington, Kelly Flanagan of Pikeville, and Michael Flanagan of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three daughters, Beverly L. Mathes of Katy, Texas, Bridgette Walfenbarger of Georgetown, and Shannon Flanagan of California; three sisters, Kim Zee Castle of Paintsville, Loutishia Castle of South Boston, Va., and Paula Dee Castle of Fort Myers, Fla.; and 13 grandchildren.
The service was officiated by Larry Blair.
