Surviving are her husband, Edward Honeycutt; one son, Mark Anthony Honeycutt of Owosso, Michigan; two daughters, Tenea Renee Davis of Hager Hill and Deborah Jean Ramey of Sitka; two brothers, Bud Goza of Jacksonville, Florida, and Gary Goza of Flint, Michigan; and 10 grandchildren.
Imogene Arrowood

Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, March 10, for Imogene Arrowood, 71, of River, who died Tuesday, March 7, at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Arrowood was born May 8, 1928, at Auxier, to the late Paris and Alice Sherman Wells.
Surviving are her husband, William F. Arrowood; four sons, Paul Arrowood of Paintsville and David, Doug and Roger Arrowood, all of River; six daughters, Carla Arms, Karen Daniels and Kaye Joseph, all of River, Debbie Howard of Salyersville, Patty Wallen of Columbus, Ohio, and Brenda Daniels of Tacoma, Washington; one brother, Donald Wells of Springfield, Ohio; two sisters, Roberta Baldwin of Paintsville and Ruth Harding of Cawood; and 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Marvin Montgomery Sr.

Marvin Montgomery Sr., 69, died Wednesday, March 8, at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Montgomery was born June 24, 1930, in Paintsville, to the late Willie "Buttermilk" and Eva Penix Montgomery. He was a self-employed roofer and veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Joe, Richard and Charles Montgomery; and two sisters, Juanita Reed and Louise Montgomery.
Surviving are a companion, Katherine Montgomery; one son, Marvin Montgomery Jr. of Frankfort; one daughter, Eva Kathleen Hackworth of West Van Lear; one brother, Glen Montgomery of Nicholasville; one sister, Patsy Montgomery of Paintsville; and six grandchildren.

Paintsville resident Ronnie Brown "Ron L." LeMaster, 47, died Wednesday, March 1, at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington.
Mr. LeMaster was born July 29, 1952, in Johnson County, to the late John Brown and Goldie Fitch LeMaster. He was an auto body mechanic for Prater Body Shop.
Surviving are four brothers, Robert Rowland, John R. LeMaster and Larry LeMaster, both of Paintsville, and David LeMaster of Lexington; and one sister, Angie Keel of Lake City, Florida.
Betty Ward

Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Betty Jean Brickley Ward, 74, of Van Lear, who died Sunday, March 5, at her residence.
Mrs. Ward was born January 29, 1925, in Bucyrus, Ohio, to the late Charles and Mary Bougher Brickley. She was a retired cashier from Kentucky Power.
Surviving are her husband, James Ward; one son, James Edward Ward of West Van Lear; one daughter, Sharon Jean Fannin of West Van Lear; one brother, Jerry Brickley of Hager Hill; one sister, Eva Wilson of Florida; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Patricia Williams

Patricia "Pat" Ann Williams, 60, died Friday, March 3, at her Paintsville residence.
Mrs. Williams was born August 21, 1939, in Martin County, to the late Claget F. and Evolena Mills Robinson.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Sue Porter, in 1991.
Surviving are her husband, James Allen Williams; three sons, Bobby and Billy Williams, both of Paintsville, and Kenny Williams of Warsaw, Indiana; two brothers, Billy M. and Clifford Lee Robinson, both of Inez; two sisters, Betty Endicott of Inez and Pamela Fisher of Pickerington, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
Raymond Pennington

Mr. Blair was born February 27, 1928, in Johnson County, to the late Everett and Marie Whitaker Blair. He was a member of Whitaker Freewill Baptist Church.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Blair; one grandson, Carroll Blair; and three brothers, Cecil, Archie and Clay Blair.
Surviving are his wife, Carma Lee Blair; three brothers, Crate and Raymond Blair, both of Leander, and Earl D. Blair of Franklin, Ohio; and one grandson and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Auxier was born November 6, 1909, in Johnson County, to the late Samuel Malcolm and Laura Lorena Music.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Warden Auxier.

Funeral services were held Monday, May 1, for Leslie McKenzie, 86, who died April 29 at Mountain Manor Nursing Home.
Mr. McKenzie was born December 12, 1913, in Johnson County, to the late Dennie and Virgie Alice Fitch McKenzie. He was retired as general manager of Betsy Ross of Williamson, West Virginia, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Williamson and had been a member of the Masonic Lodge in Williamson for more than 50 years.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen McKenzie; and stepmother, Beechie Blevins McKenzie of Staffordsville.
Surviving are two nephews, Larry McKenzie of Paintsville and Phillip Roger McKenzie of West Liberty; one sister, Louise Daniel of Mt. Carmel, Indiana; two sisters-in-law, Carol Thomas of Paintsville and Lillian McKenzie of Fairborn, Ohio; and well as several other nieces and nephews.
Jay Whitten

Retired miner Jay Preston Whitten, 85, of Paintsville, died Tuesday, April 25, at Highlands Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Whitten was born February 8, 1915, in Floyd County, to the late Bob and Amanda Ward Whitten. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia Mabel Layne Whitten; two sons, Jay P. Whitten Jr. of Lake Lure, North Carolina, and John Charles Whitten of Atlanta, Georgia; five daughters, Margie Opal Koger of Roanoke, Virginia, Janice L. Birt of Bessemer City, North Carolina, Carolyn Sue Miller of Charleston, South Carolina, Joyce Whitten Seal of Crozet, Virginia, and Deborah Irene Marcum of Danielsville, Georgia; and 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hurt was born September 4, 1919, in Johnson County, to the late Thomas Sr. and Amanda Honeycutt Hurt. He was retired from the military.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou Hall Hurt; three sons, Thomas A. Hurt of Petersburg and Wayne and Michael Hurt, both of Louisville; two daughters, Cherrylene Amanda Totterrow of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Joyce Adrine Grazolia of Dalton, Massachusetts; one sister, Pauline Goble of Huntington Beach, California; and three grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
