Eloise Sallee Poulter, 74, widow of James Robert Poulter, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004 at Huntsville Hospital.
Survivors include: two daughters, Linda (Dwight) Hargraves of Madison, AL and Dianna (John) Stiles of Taft TN; one son, David (Laura) Poulter of Eustis, FL; five sisters, all of Harrodsburg, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
The funeral was held Wednesday, Nov. 24 at the Valhalla Funeral Home.
MARIE QUALLS
Marie Gilkison Qualls, 78, wife of Ed Qualls, died Fri., Nov. 19, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital.
Born in Woodford County, she was a daughter to the late Henry and Fannie May Parker.
She was a member of Gardenside Christian Church. She was retired from Central Baptist Hospital.
Besides her husband she is survived by three sons, Tom (Carole) Gilkison, Lexington, Gary (Gloria) Gilkison, Versailles, and Eddie C. (Kelly) Qualls, Marietta, GA; three daughters, Wanda (Tommie) Brooks, Lexington, Shirley (John, Jr.) Logdon, Harrodsburg, and Laura (Gene) Biffle, Irving, TX; one sister, Anna Payne, Raleigh, NC; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Qualls.
Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 23, at the funeral home by Rev. David Fee. Entombment will be at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 - 9 pm Monday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Main Street, Lexington.
CHRISTINE TAYLOR
Christine Taylor, 84, widow of William Cecil Taylor, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2004 at the Cambridge Place Nursing Home in Lexington.
Born Oct. 2, 1920 in Cornishville, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Rena Mae Bruner Lowery.
She was a nursing assistant at The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital for 20 years, a member of Cornishville Baptist Church and enjoyed growing flowers.
Survivors include: one son, William T. (Patricia) Taylor of Harrodsburg; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Bonnie Taylor Lyons, and one grandson, Tommy Taylor.
The funeral was held Wednesday, Nov. 24 at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Pastor Jolene Bailey officiating. Burial will be in the Cornishville Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jerry and Ferrell Bailey, Allen Childers, Larry Brown, Lewis Yates and Anthony Milburn.
Visitation Wednesday after noon at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home.
WEBSTER WILSON
Webster L. “Web” Wilson, 82, Salvisa, widower of Permelia “Pam” Fletcher Wilson, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical center in Danville.
Born Nov. 11, 1922 in Lincoln County, he was the son of Leeman and Pearl Trimble Wilson.
He was retired from Southern Railroad where he was in signal maintenance, was an Army veteran of WWII and received two bronze stars and a silver star, and was a member of the Shakertown Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge in McKinney and the American Legion.
Survivors include: two sons, Larry (Janie) Wilson of Lincoln County and David (Carol) Wilson of Salvisa; one daughter; Dr. Rebecca (Terry) Martin of Charenton, LA; three sisters, Christine Wilson and Alice Blanton, both of Hustonville, and Frances McKee of Waynesburg; 10 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Leroy Wilson, and one sister, Gainel Wall.
The funeral was conducted Tuesday, Nov. 23 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Smith officiating. Burial with military honors followed in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Kenneth Godby, Keith Kirkpatrick, Jeremy and Dr. Lee Simpson, Lee Horner and Patrick Corbett.
Honorary pallbearer was Clyde Majors.

SALLY WOOLDRIDGE
Sally Ann Bugg Wooldridge, 82, Lancaster Road, Danville, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004 at her residence.
Born May 24, 1922 in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Jordan and Martha Patterson Bugg and the widow of William Ronald “Ronnie” Wooldridge.
She was retired from Genesco, was a farmer and a homemaker and a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include: three sisters, Josie Freeman of Danville, Haddy Bailey of Mercer County and Luevena Gibson of Perryville, and one brother, Charles Berdie Bugg of Harrodsburg.
She was preceded in death by one son, Billy Wooldridge; one brother, Alpha Gene Bugg, and three sisters, Ardell Darland, Juanita Ryncart and Annie Gibson.
The funeral was held Saturday, Nov. 20 at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home in Danville with Rev. Brad King officiating. Burial was in Danville Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were Calvin and Donald Gibson, John Bailey, Chuck Bugg, Earl Pinkston and Terry Sears.
Honorary pallbearers were Wendell Lawrence, Charles Smith, Estil Sims and Herbert and Neal Gibson.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Heritage Hospice or to the American Cancer Society.
FRANK BRADSHAW
Frank Bradshaw, 68, husband of Lynda Bradshaw, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004 in Lakeland, FL after a long illness.
Born Nov. 3, 1936 in Mercer County, he was a son of the late Kyle John and Sadie Leonard Bradshaw.
He was the founder of the Frank Bradshaw Company in Harrodsburg.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: two daughters, Frankie Bradshaw of Phoenix, AZ and Connie Bradshaw of Lakeland, FL; one brother, Kyle Bradshaw of California; one aunt, Mrs. Elmer Leonard of Harrodsburg, and four grandchildren, Morgan, Bentley and Gabby Hawkins and Hunter Bradshaw.
A private memorial service was held. Burial was in Lakeland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
MARY CARNEY
Mary Lottie Haydon Carney, 78, Willisburg, widow of Leon Carney, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004 at the Extended Care Facility of The James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 13, 1926 in Washington County, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Mary Belle Cornish Haydon.
She was a homemaker and a member of Willisburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include: five sons, Freddie Carney of Louisville, Gary Carney of Mackville, John Carney of Cantonement, FL, James Carney of Versailles and Paul Carney of Bardstown; four daughters, Patricia Akers of Cynthiana, Mary Ann Parris of Henryville, IN, Cathy McClung of Georgetown and Sheila Lee of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Ruth Humes of Willisburg and Jewell Lewis of Springfield; four brothers, Ben Haydon of Bardstown, Charles Lewis of Springfield, John Lewis of Willisburg and Joe Lewis of Lawrenceburg; 20 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Surene Lewis and Fannie Mae Haydon.
The funeral was held Sunday, Nov. 28 at the Carey and Son Funeral Home in Springfield with Rev. John Carney officiating and Rev. J. W. Hatfield and Bro. Greg Bowen assisting. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
Pallbearers were Ed and Jeff Seay, Ron Parris, Bruce Hardin Jr., Jacob Neal, Jason Maxwell and Jay, Joseph and Nathan Carney.
GARY MAYES
Gary Lynn Mayes, 49, 708 Cloverdale Drive, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 at his residence.
Born May 26, 1955 in Harrodsburg, he was a son of Eugene Lee and Lillie Freeman Mayes of Mackville.
He was an employee of Stratton Home Improvement of Harrodsburg and a member of the Bruner’s Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sons, Gabriel Mayes and Joshua Mayes, both of Shelbyville; two brothers, Orban (Gayle) Mayes of Harrodsburg and McKinley (Gayle) Mayes of Punta Gorda, FL; one sister, Shirley (Jim) Gunter, also of Punta Gorda, FL; one grandson, Elijah Mayes, and special friend, Robin Jims.
The funeral was conducted Monday, Nov. 29 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mark Stuart officiating. Burial was in the Bruner’s Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dan, Chris and Jarrod Mayes, Jerry and Tim Bottom and Jad Farhat.
MARION MILLION
Marion Million, 55, High Street, wife of Ronnie Million, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004 at her residence after a long illness.
Born Oct. 8, 1949 in Washington County, she was a daughter of the late William McKinley Divine and Louise “Fuell” Litteral.
She was a former employee at Cricketeer Manufacturing Company and Southern Outfitters of Harrodsburg and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, survivors include: two daughters, Melissa Parker and Kimberly Gorham, both of Harrodsburg; three brothers, Harold Devine of Springfield, W.T. Devine of Danville and Billy Gene Divine of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Margaret Bugg and Linda Lake, both of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Barry Lynn Dearing; three brothers, Robin Dale Litteral, Roy Allen Devine and Jerry Lynn Devine, and two sisters, Ida Gribbins and Kathy Divine.
The funeral will be today, Thursday, Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Bros. James Harley and Matthew Atha officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Terry Lake, Clinton Bugg, Wayne Smith, Brad Devine and Chris and Mark Donald.
Honorary pallbearers will be “Butch” Merchant, William Smock, Ronnie Miller, Mitch Lake, Doug, Rodney and Tim Devine, Billy Bugg, Joe Hamilton and Bryan Litteral.
Visitation will be Wednesday after 5 p.m. and Thursday after 7:30 a.m. at the funeral chapel.

VIRGINIA PEACOCK
Virginia Peacock, 88, Maryville, TN, formerly of Ft. Myers, FL, Harrodsburg, and the Lansing, MI area, wife of Floyd Peacock, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed playing golf.
She was a daughter of the late Ray and Ida Cobb.
In addition to her husband, survivors include: two daughters, Nancy Peacock (Bill) Achenbach and Suzanne Peacock (Larry) Julian; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother-in-law, Merna and Milford Moore.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring of 2005 for the family.
