Dorothy Hayden, 87, of 562 Bohon Road, died Friday, April 8, 2005 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center.
Born September 20, 1917 in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Cora (Doan) Hayden.
She was a retired seamstress from Cricketeer Manufacturing Company and a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews including, Steve (Diane) Hayden of Harrodsburg.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 10, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Dr. Robert DeFoor. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Steve Hayden, Billy Hayden, Charles Hayden, and Gayle Savage Hayden.
MICHELLE HENDREN
Michelle Renee Hendren, 38, of 103 St. Michaels Crossing, Danville, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington.
Born April 14, 1966 in Hamilton, OH, she was the daughter of Bobby Lee Hensley, Nicholasville, and Joyce Lee Hubbard Wells, Hamilton, OH.
She was a volunteer at the Central Kentucky Christian School and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors, other than her parents, include: her husband, Kevin Hendren, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Kristin Hailey Hendren, Danville; one son, Blake McKinzie Hendren, Danville; two sisters, Dianna Ruth Wagner, Harrodsburg, and Julia Ann Wagner, Mobile, AL; two brothers, Gordon Dwayne Hensley, Garrard County, and Michael Eugene Wagner, Gun Barrel, TX; paternal grandmother, Dora Sawyers, London.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 9, at Immanuel Baptist Church by Rev. James Byrd, Harold Best and Jay Adkins. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were David Grey, Gene Wagner, Terry Currens, Rick Harrison, Carl Hubbard and Matt Meyers. Honorary bearers were Dale Yates, Shannon Newman, Jeff Burton and Paul Cornish.

ALMA LUSTER
Alma Marie Luster, 75, of Central Pike, died Friday, April 8, 2005 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
Born October 29, 1929 in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Lee and Ethel King Kirkpatrick and the widow of Amos Clifton Luster.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church where she was a member of the Pearl Sunday School Class, and she enjoyed crafts.
Survivors include: two daughters, Dona J. Proctor, Harrodsburg and Debra Gregston, Sikeston, MO; two brothers, Connie Kirkpatrick and Teddy Kirkpatrick, both of Harrodsburg; six sisters: Joann Price , Goldsboro, NC, Ida Peavler, Dayton, OH, Mayme Purcell, Ridgefield, CA, Sally Wilhoit, Frankfort, Eunice Deaton, Harlan, and Dora Holt, Harrodsburg; two grandchildren, Christopher Gregston and Anne Gregston Nichols; and one great-granddaughter, Hannah Marie Proctor.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Clifton Lee Allen Proctor, and four brothers, Charles, Mike, Bill, and Harry Kirkpatrick.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 11, at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home by Richard Easterling and Brian Burkhead. Burial was in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Brian Burkhead, Vincent Waters, Keith Gregston, Herbert Proctor, Chris Gregston and Dr. Richard Nichols. Honorary bearers were members of the Pearl Sunday School class.

DAVID RELEFORD
David Allen Releford 41, husband of Jessie White Releford, of Calvary Lane, died Friday April 8, 2005 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Harrodsburg February 26, 1964 to Cleo Carlous Releford and Dorothy Devine Releford.
He was a self- employed construction contractor. He raised registered beagles and had won several awards in trials. He enjoyed horses and hunting.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include: one son, Eric Allen Releford; one daughter, Jessica Maria (Jeremy) Combs; one granddaughter, Peyton Makinley Combs; and a special great-nephew, Blake Sargent, all of Harrodsburg.
He was preceded in death by one brother David Lynn Releford and one sister Elizabeth Ann Releford.
Funeral services were held Tuesday April 12, at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Derek Baker, officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Marty Long, Stevie Releford, Kenny Williams, Lewis Long, Bobby Bradley and Mark Brown. Honorary bearers were Ernest Long, R. B. Sester, Adam Robert White, Robert White and Greg Whitenack.
GEORGE ROBERTS
George Raymond Roberts, 78, of Scott Drive, Danville, died Tuesday, April 4, 2005 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born April 16, 1926, in Chattanooga, TN, he was a son of the late Charles and Suzanne Robinson Roberts.
He was owner of Roberts Upholstery Shop in Danville and a member of Danville Fire Department. He also was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Liberty, a Navy veteran of World War II and the widower of Margie Yates Roberts.
Survivors include: one daughter, Alice F. Britton, Harrodsburg; one son, Michael R. Roberts, Danville; and one grandchild.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 8, at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home, Danville, by Gary Story. Burial was in Danville Memorial Gardens with military rites.
Pallbearers were Michael Roberts, Jerry Britton, Donald Baugh, Howard Case and Jerry Houch.
MARY RUSSELL
Mary Lillian Hendren Russell, 79, of Main Street, Mackville, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility.
A native of Washington County, she was born February 10, 1926 to the late Ezra and Martha Shewmaker Hendren. She was the widow of Edward Russell.
She was a member of the Mackville Baptist Church, a homemaker, a graduate of Mackville High School and attended Campbellsville College.
Survivors include: one son, Robert A. “Butch” (Kathy) Russell, Mackville; one daughter, Brenda Trayner, Bowling Green; two grandchildren, Kelly Humes and Joshua Russell; one brother, Bill Hendren, Lexington; two sisters, Willie Frances Bottoms, Mackville, and Betty Bottoms, Grove Port, OH.
Preceding her in death were a sister, Helen Lester, and two brothers, Ernest Hendren and R. C. Hendren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 9, at the Mackville Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Readnour officiating, assisted by Rev. Micah Carter. Burial was in Peter Cemetery, Mackville.
Pallbearers were Dalton Hendren, Walter Wayne Jr., Roney Bottom, Pete Carey, Raine Bottoms and Allen Bottoms.
Carey & Son Funeral Home, Springfield, was in charge of arrangements.
LUCILLE SEARS
Lucille Sears, 82, of Faubush, died Monday, April 11, 2005 at the Russell County Hospital.
Born, December 29, 1922 in Evangeline Parish, LA, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Eva Henry Byrd.
She was a press operator with Cricketeer in Harrodsburg and was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Nancy.
Survivors include: three sons, Jimmy Ray (Geri) Herron, OK, James M. (Betty) Sears Jr., Burgin, and Terry L. (Evelyn) Sears, Harrodsburg; four daughters, Patsie Brazil, AR, Shirley (Bill) Perry, Knoxville, TN, Sandra (Chris) Hughes, and Sherry (Gene) Roy, both of Faubush; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two infant sons.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. (today) Thursday, April 14, at Lakeside Baptist Church by Bro. David King and Bro. Daniel Wilson. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Somerset.
Visitation after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home in Somerset, and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, Somerset, is in charge of arrangements.
EVELYN SEVEDGE
Evelyn Wright Sevedge, 82, of Beech Grove, IN, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005.
She was born August 5, 1922 in Harrodsburg, to the late Benjamin and Wilmetta Edwards.
She retired from CIT Finance and was a member of First Baptist Church of Beech Grove.
Survivors include: one daughter, Deborah (Warren) Richmond, Castle Rock, CO; one brother, Ben Edwards, Harrodsburg; three grandchildren, Alea and Courtney Richmond, and Alexia Schaefer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. Sevedge.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 15, at Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove Chapel, 1301 Main St., Beech Grove, IN.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 15, in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the Beech Grove Chapel.
JOHN ALBRIGHT
John Albright, 66, of Mercer County, husband of Rosie Thompson Albright, died Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at his residence.
Born June 15, 1938 in Lexington, he was the son of Katherine Barkley Albright of Lexington and the late William M. "Mack" Albright.
He was a US Marine Corps veteran and enjoyed hunting with his dogs, fishing and competitive shotgun shooting. He was a lifetime member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. He was a retired self-employed horse halter maker at Albright’s.
Survivors, in addition to his wife and mother, include: three sons, James Albright and Leonard Albright, both of Lexington, Dan Albright, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Tracy Stoeckel, Ocala, FL; one sister, Lucy Albright, Lexington; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 16, at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Father Joseph Muench officiating.
