Survivors include: his wife, Mary Eunice Perkins Bishop, Greensburg; two sons, Lewis (Becky) Price, Harrodsburg; Billy Ray (Sharon) Price, Harrodsburg; two sisters, Anna Mae Judd, Fairdale, Mildred Earline Mitchell Shaw, Louisville; two sisters-in-law, Ruby Bishop, Louisville; Jeanette Miller, Lexington; two brothers-in-law, Walter Perkins, Chicago, IL, Charles Perkins, Daleville, AR; six grandchildren.
Funeral services with a Masonic service were held Wednesday, November 21, at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, Greensburg, with Bro. Gary Landis, Bro. Carlos Compton and Bro. Gilbert Larimore officiating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Green County.
ELOISE HARRISON
Eloise Stagner Harrison, 85, formerly of Harrodsburg, died Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
Born May 22, 1916 in Harlan, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mollie Stepp Couch. She was the widow of Freeman Stagner and Bennie Harrison.
She was a homemaker, loved to fish, and had attended the Leavel Green Christian Church in Garrard County.
Survivors include: four daughters, Mollie (George W.) Whitley, Lithonia, GA, Stella Quinn, Harrodsburg, Rosa Lee (Robert) Clausen, Sanford, FL, Rita Kay (Jamie) Sebastian, Crab Orchard; 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; two half brothers. She was preceded in death by a son, John Freeman Stagner, and one grandson.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 24, at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Harvie Spry officiating. Burial was in Burgin Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were J. W. Quinn, Howard Allen Jr., Danny Lister, Robert Clausen, Thomas Stewart and Jamie Sebastian. Honorary bearers were Paul Lee Wilham, G. W. Whitley, Anthony Releford and Bobby Quinn.
JAMES HUFF
James Byron Huff, 85, of Runyon Road, died Monday, November 26, 2001 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born January 10, 1916 in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Margaret L. McCrystal Huff. He was the widower of Mildred Long Huff.
He was a retired Corning Glass employee and was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.
He was a Kentucky Colonel, and an accomplished woodworker and furniture maker.
He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and was an army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include: two daughters, Teresa Huff Bringarder, Cocoa Beach, FL; Shelia Huff Dean, Harrodsburg; one brother, Mike Huff, Harrodsburg; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lorna Jean Huff.
A funeral mass was held Wednesday, November 28, at St. Andrew Catholic Church with Father Joe Muench officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bill and Jim McGlone, Jim and Rickie Hill, Bronson Yeast and Earl Sherrow.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Andrew Catholic Church Building Fund.

ONA PEACOCK
Ona Belden Peacock died November 21, 2001.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Okolona Christian Church.
Survivors include: two daughters, Angela Edelen, Louisa, Mrs. Terry (Elisa) James, Harrodsburg; two brothers, Delmer and Ed Belden, both of Mt. Washington; one sister, Pearl Branic, Lexington, formerly of Harrodsburg; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 24 at Arch L. Heady and Son, Louisville. Burial was in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Mt. Washington.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
FANNIE ROBINSON
Fannie Ray Robinson, 81, formerly of Junction City, died Thursday, November 22, 2001 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
Survivors include: two brothers, Joe Robinson, Danville and Billy Robinson, Junction City.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 27, at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Burial was in Bethel Cumberland Cemetery in Mercer County.
ROY SANDERS
Roy M. Sanders, 80, of Louisville, died Saturday, Novem-ber 24, 2001 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Born May 30, 1921 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Milton and Maddie R. Beasley Sanders.
He was a retired machine operator for B. F. Goodrich-Geon, Louisville, and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
He was a member of the VFW and American Legion and had served in the army in the European Theatre and was a World War II prisoner of war.
Survivors include: his wife, Velva Fay Lawson Sanders, Louisville; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Joleen) Ashford, Lexington; three sisters, Margaret A. Deering, Perryville, Virginia Noel, Harrodsburg, Mrs. Charles (Oneida) Barnes, Lancaster; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 27, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jack Guerin officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery with military rites.
Pallbearers were Gary Noel, David Ashford, O. H. Robinson, Bronson Yeast, Don Billy Rogers, Vance Lawson, Donnie and Ronnie Barnes.
LENA UNDERWOOD
Lena C. Underwood, 93, of Heritage Hall, Lawrenceburg, died Sunday, November 25, 2001 at Heritage Hall.
Born June 16, 1908 in Salvisa, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Atwell and Ida W. Preston Crossfield.
She was a retired telephone operator for General Telephone Company and was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Lexington.
Survivors include: one sister, Ada C. Ransdell, Salvisa; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Ethel Crossfield, Pearl Bailey, Irene Pelley, Ella Roberts and Mary Philpot; one brother, Melvin Crossfield.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 28, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, with Terry Morrison officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa.
Pallbearers were Larry Peyton, Ricky Peyton, Steve Peyton, Jon Clark, Robert (Butch) Warren and Jim White.
MARJORIE WATTS
Marjorie Mae Watts, 85, of 1000 Beaumont Avenue, died Tuesday, November 20, 2001 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
Born April 18, 1916 in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses Grant and Mary Jane Thompson Kays. She was the widow of Stanley Watts.
She had worked as a sales clerk for The Harrod Shop, was a member of the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church and was a member of Eastern Star. She graduated from Harrodsburg High School as valedictorian and went to Asbury College.
Survivors include: one son, James Elvin Watts, Sarasota, FL; two daughters, Barbara Ann Watts, Lexington, Jennie Lee Jones, Harrodsburg; five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Ernie, Onie, Marvin, John and James Kays.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 24, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Owens, John Wesley Kays and Richard Chamberlin officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were David Watts, Will Jones, Gerald Kays, Ian Meitzen, Cory Hambrick and Jim Edwards.

CAROLYN GODBEY
Carolyn Coyle Godbey, 52, of 3253 Perryville Road, died Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born March 29,1949 in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Margie Reynolds Coyle.
Survivors include: her husband, Norman Godbey, Harrodsburg; one son, Allan Godbey, Harrodsburg; seven sisters, Martha Coyle, June Coyle, and Louise Coyle, all of Lexington, Elnora Hendren and Barbara Edwards, both of Perryville, Kathryn Rigney, IN, Joyce Tope, Springfield; two brothers, Dalton Coyle and Jimmie Coyle both of Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 6, at Wilder Funeral Home in Perryville by Rev. John Watts. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy and Daryl Murphy, Dan Johnson, Billy Edwards, Terry Tope and Larry Lanham. Honorary bearers will be Chris and James Godbey.
JOSEPH JARVIS
Joseph Leonard Jarvis, 85, of 102 Leonardwood, Ashwood Place, Frankfort, died Tuesday, November 27, 2001.
A native of Gravel Switch, he was the son of the late William M. and Nellie Balden Jarvis Sr.
He was a retired Lieutenant, Kentucky State Police and a retired director of Office Services, for Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company.
He was a graduate of the Southern Police Institute University of Louisville and Northwestern University Police Institute.
He was a former member of the East Frankfort Kiwanis and member, deacon, and elder of the South Frankfort Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: his wife, Eva Margaret Conder Jarvis, Frankfort; one son, Leonard Thomas Jarvis, Frankfort; one daughter, Mrs. Lowell (Patricia) Webb, Maysville; one brother, Rev. William M. Jarvis, Nashville, TN; four grandchildren..
Funeral services were held Friday, November 30, at the South Frankfort Presbyterian Church, Frankfort, with Rev. Walter C. Sutton officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers were Ben Moore, Presley Winner, Jim Hardy, Larry Varney, Dan Allen, Earl Douglas Balden and Doug Hippe.
