Survivors include: brothers: Patrick Keel, Jack Keel, Sr. and spouse, Holly, and Dorman Keel; nephew: Jack Keel, Jr. and niece: Stacey Bailey; great-nephew: Curtis Keel; cousin: Annie Mae Hicks.
He is also survived by special friends: Danny Hamilton; Michelle Ford; Randall and Stephanie Burrow and David Johnson.

Bessie Hennigan Griffith
Bessie Hennigan Griffith was born on February 11, 1914 in Merryville, Louisiana, to Thomas and Margret Hennigan.
She went to be with the Lord on November 25, 2008 after a brief illness at Willis Knighton Hospital in Bossier City, Louisiana.
A free spirit who loved life for 94 years and who touched the hearts of many.
A memory that never forgot anything.
Preceded in death by her son, Mark Wayne Griffith.
Left to cherish her memory is her son: Jesse Griffith and spouse, Brenda of Haughton, Louisiana; grandson: Richard Griffith and great-grandchildren: Ashley and Austin Griffith.
Visitation will begin on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Kimball officiating at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana.
Burial will be in Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, Louisiana.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 10:00 at Temple Baptist Church in DeRidder, Louisiana, with the Reverend Bobby Slaydon officiating.
Interment will be in Beauregard Cemetery.
Survivors included her son, Allen Turnbull of DeQuincy, Louisiana; daughter, Annette and spouse, Michael Smith of DeRidder, Louisiana; sister, Dorothy Scully of Boyce, Louisiana; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Enos Alford Turnbull.

Mr. Jeans had a love of hunting, fishing and gardening.

Gertrude Raiford, 90, passed from this life on Monday, November 10, 2008 at Rosepine Retirement and Rehab Center in Rosepine, Louisiana. She was a lifelong resident of the DeRidder area since 1949 and was known as "The Angel Lady" for her collection of over 3,000 angels.
She was a Grace Church Charter member and sang at the local nursing homes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.
