Services for Mrs. Dorothy McKee Brandon, 73, of Monroe, will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2005, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Terry Love and Rev. Larry Lane officiating.
Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Mrs. Brandon, a caring, loving and devoted wife and mother, was born June 2, 1931, in Nashville, TN, and died April 21, 2005, in West Monroe, LA.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Monroe, LaPetite Maison Garden Club and several bridge groups.
Her father, George W. McKee; mother, Lottie Lou Adair McKee; and sister, Louise Bowden preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, O.E. Brandon, Jr. of Monroe; daughter, Janis Brandon Miller and husband Al Miller of Alpharetta, GA; son, Jerry Brandon and wife, Jane of Calhoun, LA; grandson, Brian Miller of Atlanta, GA; granddaughters, Lisa Miller Clarke and husband Jim Clarke of Atlanta, GA, and Ashley Brandon Peré and husband, Dom of Dubai, United Arab Emirates; grandson, Patrick Brandon of Calhoun, LA; sister, Margaret Layne of Franklin, TN; several nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Nick.
Pallbearers will be Brian Miller, Patrick Brandon, Brooks Dawkins, Albert King, Richard Layne, and Jim Clarke.
Honorary pallbearers will be Reneau Breard, Robert Wood, Robert E. Hester, and Ray Anderson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2005, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Funeral services for Peggy Adair Klick, 55, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 23, 2005 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, with Robert Lindsey officiating.
Mrs. Klick died April 21, 2005 at her residence in West Monroe.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Klick of West Monroe, daughter, Monica Bronson and husband, David of Cabot, AR, son, Donnie Klick and wife, Lori of Sarepta, LA, grandchildren, Donald Klick, Todd Rasbury, Denis Hememway, James Hememway, Ashley Bronson, and Chance Bronson.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until service time Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Alice Rushing Norwood, age 70, of Baton Rouge, LA, will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 24, 2005 at Rabenhorst East Chapel, with Rev. Huey Monk officiating.
Interment will be in the Greenoaks Memorial Park, under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home-East, Baton Rouge, LA.
Mrs. Rushing passed away Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Our Lady of The Lake RMC.
Mrs. Rushing was a lifelong member of Istrouma Baptist Church, Member of American Business Women's Association and former Miss Louisiana College.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Sam C. and Alice Rushing.
Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law: Della and Ronnie Smith, Baton Rouge, Nelda and Cody Young, Austin, TX; one son and daughter-in-law: James Clayton "Clay" and Shaunne Norwood, West Monroe, LA; three grandchildren: Brandon and Ann Marie Young and Haley Nicole Norwood; two sisters: Margaret Ann Huckabee, Baton Rouge, and Florence Hall, Bell Buckle, TN; brother: Samuel C. Rushing, Jr., New Roads, LA; five nieces and one nephew; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Huckabee, Jamie Covington, Shawn Liner, Jim Easley, Ronnie Smith and Darrel Denham.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2005 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Rabenhorst-East Funeral Home and Sunday, April 24, 2005 at Rabenhorst-East after 12:00 PM.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Raymond Weiss; son, Mark W. Dark and infant daughter, Mona Ree Dark.
She is survived by daughters, Marsha Dark Rosenkrans of Humble, TX, Tamee Dark Kirkman and husband, Mark of Winter Haven, FL; sister, Gladys Ray of Lake Worth, FL; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
