Funeral services for Talmadge Terrel Blake, 87, a resident of the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home in Monroe, will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 5, 2005 in the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
The Rev's Marion Collier and Jack Baucum will officiate.
Interment with Military Honors will be in the Faith Memorial Park Cemetery in Delhi.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, February 4, 2005 at Cox Funeral Home.
Mr. Blake died Wednesday in Monroe.
He was a lifelong member of the Lamar Baptist Church, a retired farmer, former resident of Delhi, and an Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Ruth Baucum Blake and his parents, David Wyatt Blake and Lula Diane Gunter Blake.
He is survived by two sons, Lynn Blake and wife, Linda of Delhi, and H.C. Blake and wife, Pat of Tallulah; by four daughters: Rita Clark and husband, Vernon of West Monroe, Ann Garley and husband, Richard of Flora, MS, Sandra Williams and husband, Gene of Daytona, FL, and Pam Marshall and husband, Jay of Delhi; one sister: Daisy Bacon of West Monroe; fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
His Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Culpepper was born December 4, 1915 and passed away Monday, January 31, 2005 at Forest Haven Nursing Home.
Mrs. Culpepper was preceded in death by her son, Bernard Vines.
She is survived by her two daughters: Margie Lee Humphries and husband, Paul of Saline, LA, and Elizabeth Jordan and husband Ralph of Shreveport, LA; four sons: Dr. Dwight Delbert Vines and wife, Jean of Calhoun, LA, Mickey Garland Culpepper and wife, Pamela of Houston, TX, Jack Culpepper and wife, Johnnie Mae of Winter Haven, FL, Paul Culpepper and wife, Dottie of Memphis, TN; sixteen grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grand son.

Pearline Pace, 80, was born on August 2, 1924 and passed away on February 2, 2005 at HEALTHSOUTH in Ruston, Louisiana.
Mrs. Pace has lived the past 10 years in Washington, with her son, Venoy Worley, and his wife and daughter.
Prior to living in Washington, she lived in West Monroe, since 1964 with her children and husband, W. R. Bunk Pace.
She was a member of Cheniere Baptist Church since 1968.
Throughout her life, she enjoyed gardening, canning and needlepoint.
She was an avid reader and loved gospel music.
Mrs. Pace was preceded in death by her husband W.R. Bunk Pace, son: Stephen Ray Worley and parents, John and Virginia Stutts.
She is also survived by her son, Venoy Bubba Worley and daughter-in-law Janice of Washington; daughter: Joyce Worley Emmons and son-in-law, Danny Emmons of West Monroe; daughter: Carolyn Worley of Monroe; grandchildren: Todd Howington of Kansas City, Danny Ray Emmons, David Emmons and wife Jackie, of West Monroe, Vince Worley and wife LeeAnn of Dry Prong, Justin Worley and wife Julie of Downsville, Stevie Worley and wife April of Monroe, and Brandi Worley of Washington; great-grandchildren: Brett Worley, Jaden Worley, Lorelei Worley, Alison Emmons and Mallory Emmons.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother in addition to being a homemaker, working in retail sales, serving as a teacher assistant, and a dental assistant.
Her husband, C. A. Stevens; parents, two brothers, and one sister preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters: Martha S. Hays and husband, Larry of Ringgold, and Diane Madden and husband Ray of Ruston.
There are five grandchildren: Dr. Lon Hays and wife, Jacinta of Coppell, Texas, Kathryn Hays Sasser and husband, Gray of Nashville, Tennessee, Ryan Madden and wife, Charlette of Ruston.
She is survived by six great-grandchildren: Abigail Hays, Natalie Mae Hays, Garrett Madden, Grant Madden, Parker Madden, and Hannah Madden. Other survivors are a brother, Leary Shaw of Vidalia, Texas, and a sister, Jane Saxon of Gadsden, Alabama.
Serving as pallbearers are: Duffy Gandy, Hardy Penix, Ralph Chandler, James Cox, Al Cathey, and Walter Hays.
