Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Baugh Allen, 83, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the Feazel Chapel of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Lemuel Baugh and Rev. Mark Fenn officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Allen died February 11, 2005 at the Landmark Nursing Home.
Mrs. Allen was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA, and the Williams-Vines Sunday School Class.
She established Dobbie's Nursery in 1955.
She was the last remaining child of Milton and Nancy Baugh.
Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Corrine Pace; granddaughters, Bonnie M. Patterson and husband, Chris and Julie Pace; numerous nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Eva Claunch died Wednesday, February 9, 2005, at Citizens Medical Center in Columbia, LA.
Mrs. Claunch was employed by E.A. Conway Memorial Hospital, as a Medical Records Supervisor.
She was the daughter of the late Odis Matthews and the late Leola (Reynolds) Matthews, having been born on October 19, 1955 at Monticello, LA.
She was preceded in death by her sons: Chris Claunch and Cody Claunch, and her daughter Tammy Claunch; two brothers, George and Odis Ray Matthews and by her father-in-law, Charles Lavelle Claunch.
She is survived by her husband Mr. Dale Claunch of Columbia, LA; one daughter: Miss. Amber Claunch of Columbia, LA; four brothers: Benny Matthews of Columbia, LA, Jimmy Matthews of Winnsboro, LA, Ardis Matthews of Winnsboro, LA, Jerry Wayne Matthews of Monticello, LA; and her mother-in-law: Dorothy Irene Claunch, of Columbia.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Matthews, Randy Matthews, John Britton, Kert Williams, Tim Porter, and George Matthews.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Cole died Friday, February 11, 2005, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.
Mr. Cole was employed by Louisiana Pacific.
He served in the United States Armed Forces during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Kittie Babcock Cole, by his wife Mrs. Annie Cole, and a sister Melba Bartley.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Phyllis and Mark Lachney of Forest Hill, LA; sons: O.V. Perot of West Monroe, LA, Tony Perot of Columbia, LA, and Michael Perot of Baton Rouge, LA; two sisters: Allie Hollis of Rayville, LA, and Venia Jordan of Winnfield, LA; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Mr. Foster died on February 11, 2005 at the Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, LA, after a brief illness.
He was a retired firefighter with the West Monroe Fire Department.
Mr. Foster was a 32nd degree Mason, and was a member of the West Monroe Lodge 419.
Mr. Foster was the retired owner of Foster Air and Heating.
He was a Navy Veteran.
Mr. Foster was a member of Ridge Ave. Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA, and also of the Fellowship Sunday School Class.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann Foster; sons, Courtney Foster and wife Lisa and John Foster and wife Linda; four grandchildren, Mandy, Kaitlyn and Taylor Foster and Sean Crow; brother, Wayne Foster and sister, Ann Allen all of West Monroe, LA.
Pallbearers will be Ron Renfrow, Reuben Simmons, Jewel Milller, Sonny Bumgardner, Larry Ott and Durwood Bearden.

Mr. Harrell was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Monroe Harrell.

Mr. Price, a member of Lea Joyner Memorial United Methodist Church, died Thursday, February 10, 2005, at North Monroe Medical Center.
His wife of 62 years, Bonnie Price, two brothers and two sisters preceded him death.
In the late 1930's, he started working for Gartman Motor Company in Columbia, and in 1942, went to Twin City Motor Company, which is now Van-Trow Olds Cadillac, where he worked until his retirement in 1972.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Aundria Price of Sterlington, LA; two grandsons, Douglas Price of Glen Burnie, MD, and Scott Price and wife Christine of Keller, TX; one great-granddaughter, Reagan Price; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rev. Bill Hearne, Rev. Ken Renfroe, Ronald Moore, Harold Bauman, Roy Bledsoe, and Jesse Wells.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mary Frances Zeigen "Bunny" Stone, 79, of Sanford, NC, owner of Rainy Day Farm, died February 9, 2005 at UNC Hospitals.
Bunny was born in Monroe, LA, on November 16, 1925, the daughter of George William and Beatrice Virginia Hall Zeigen.
Her father was a native of Saginaw, MI.
As a geologist, he owned several oil wells and was the first person to fly in Louisiana.
Her mother was a native of England, and was quite fluent in six different languages.
An active person from the onset, as a youth, Bunny was a camp counselor and set a number of swimming records.
Bunny entered Randolph-Macon Women's College in Lynchburg, VA, at age 16, graduating in 1946.
Just prior to graduating, she married Dr. Charles H. Stone, III of Coatesville, PA.
Their 24-year union produced six children.
During that time, Bunny served on various planning boards, was a member of the Philadelphia Garden Club, was an accountant for her husband's medical office and also obtained her LPN license.
She served on the hospital board auxiliary, as well as volunteering to help other individuals and civic organizations and actively served in Trinity Episcopal Church.
Bunny moved to the Pittsboro, NC, area in 1976.
Always a lover of nature, she was extremely well-versed in plant knowledge.
Known as an astute horticulturalist and master gardener, she enjoyed sharing her vast plant and land information with anyone who asked.
She again served on various planning boards in the county; as well as becoming a tree farmer and a brick mason.
Bunny became involved in the Triangle Land Conservancy and a White Pines Volunteer.
She was fundamental in assisting the preservation of Deep River wetlands, volunteering countless hours of time, effort and knowledge.
Mrs. Stone is survived by her sons, Charles Henry "Rocky" Stone, IV and his wife Mary of Elverson, PA, William Hugh "Chip" Stone of Fairfield, IA, George Steele Stone and his wife Jean of Asbury community; her daughters, Debby A.C.S. Wakefield of Oakland township, Anne Exton Stone and her husband, John Fazzio of Charleston, SC, Patricia Hall "Sandy" Michenfleder and her husband, Jack of Wilsonville; eight grandchildren, Charles H. "Dusty" Stone, V, Dawn Lambert, Roger Stone, Jonathan Woodham, Paul Tapley Worth, Corbett Stone Conrad, John Michenfleder, Abby Michenfleder; four great-grandchildren, Caroline Hannah Stone, Anne Lambert, Peter Lambert, Jane Lambert; and a sister, Patricia H. Grover of Florence, AL.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Friends may visit with Bunny's family from 6:00 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2005 at Griffin Funeral Service and Cremation in Pittsboro.
A private committal will be conducted from the graveside in the Gunter Stone Family Cemetery, located at Rainy Day Farm.
Plans for a memorial service to be open to the public, will be announced at a later date.

She was preceded in death by parents: Claud and Georgia Upshaw; sister: Lillian Tucker and husband Jerd; brother-in-law: Victor Williams and Mayo Horne; and a niece: Debbie Williams.
Ms. Upshaw was survived by brothers and sisters: Eolian Williams of Atlanta; Coy and Fern Upshaw of Spearsville, Kenneth and Ruth Everett of Springhill, J.H. and Larue Lockwood of Bastrop, Janet Horne of Little Rock, and Mack and Becky McCullin of West Monroe; seventeen nephews and nieces and many great-nephews and nieces.
