Passed away at the age of 92, on March 1, 2005 in New Iberia, LA, where he had resided in the New Iberia Manor North Nursing Home since October 29, 2003.
He was loved for his bright smile, handshakes and singing "Amazing Grace". He will be sadly missed.
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Farmerville, LA, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, March 4, 2005. Rev. Arthur, as he was known to all, was born on August 17, 1912 in Rocky Branch, LA.
He is survived by his daughter, Joyce A. Harrison and husband, Huey F. Segura, Jr. of Lafayette, LA, two granddaughters, Lori H. and her husband, Craig Duhon of New Iberia, LA, and Lisa Harrison and fiance', Lucas Johnson of Lafayette, LA; three great-granddaughters, Lauren, eleven, Kristin, six and Amanda Duhon, three, of New Iberia, LA. Arthur is also survived by two sisters, Lettie Fellows of Houston, TX, and Leror Iles of Denton, TX, and three sisters-in-law, Ida Belle Albritton and Ruth Albritton of Farmerville, and Ruby Albritton of Amarillo, TX, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Arthur was preceded in death by his infant son, William; wife, Tiny McQuillin Albritton; parents, Joseph William Albritton and Leror O'Neal Albritton; four brothers, Cecil, Henry, and Marvin of Farmerville, LA, and David Albritton of Amarillo, TX; and one sister, Myrtis Smith.

Interment will follow at Roark Cemetery, Marion, LA. Mrs. Greene was born November 8, 1917, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her parents, now deceased, were King D. Lankford, Sr. and Clara Cox Lankford of Union Parish. Very early, she moved with her parents to Haile, Louisiana.
She is a resident of Monroe, (since 1976) and a member of the Baptist Faith. Her formal education includes degrees from Louisiana Tech University, Louisiana State University, and the University of North Carolina.
Mrs. Greene, a retired teacher, taught first in Marion, Louisiana, then in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Her final teaching experience was in University High School (LSU). She also worked for the Louisiana State Health Department as a health educator. She was active in professional education and health circles and organizations.
Her survivors are her husband of more than 55 years, John D. Greene; brother, K.D. Lankford, Jr., of Shreveport, LA; niece, Carol Wedeberg and husband Jim, of Shreveport, LA; nephews, David Jay Lankford and wife, Barbara of Baton Rouge, LA; and three great-nephews, David Neal Wedeberg and wife, Allison of Dallas, TX; Andrew and Bradley Wedeberg of Shreveport, LA; and great-great-niece, Lucy Catherine Wedeberg.

LUCAS PHILIP LISOTTA
Riemann Funeral Home - Gulfport, MS
Mr. Lisotta was born February 25, 1936, to Mica Zagone Lisotta and Philip Lisotta. He passed away on March 3, 2005, at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.
Mr. Lisotta was a graduate of Louisiana State University. He taught speech and drama at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College at Perkinston, MS, before coming to teach at Jefferson Davis Campus on the Coast in 1965.
In l980, medical conditions caused him to retire. Mr. Lisotta was Jefferson Davis Instructor of the Year in 1981. He was a devout Catholic and member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Gulfport, where he served as extraordinary minister. Mr. Lisotta was a past Grand Knight and a fourth degree Knight with St. John's Knights of Columbus in Gulfport. He was Knight of the Month many times and as recently as January 2005.
He worked faithfully with bingo and catering for the Knights, and also worked many Cursillo weekends at Dedeaux.
Mr. Lisotta was preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law, T. Patrick Hays, Sr.; and his nephew, Philip Charles Hays. Survivors include his sister, Rosina Hays; nieces, Mickey Bennett and her husband, Al, and Susan Hays; nephews, Frank Hays and T. Patrick Hays, Jr.; great-nieces, Heather Shamblin, Amanda Hays, Danielle Hays, and Hayley Hays; great-nephews, Beaux Hays and Tommy Hays; uncle, Tony Lasuzzo; a very special cousin, Mary Jo Gonzales; and numerous other cousins. Our uncle was a great man and gentleman, who will be loved and missed by many.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM tonight, Saturday, March 5, 2005 at Riemann Funeral Home, 25th Avenue in Gulfport, with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 PM.

Mr. Richey was born in LaSalle Parish, July 14, 1922 to parents, Alexander Richey and Isabell Cockerham Richey. He passed away on March 3, 2005 at St. Francis Specialty Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Jack served his country during World War II, then continued his education at LSU in Baton Rouge, LA.
He retired after 33 years of service as a construction engineer with the Louisiana State Department of Highway Transportation and Development and was the engineer in the construction of I-20 East and West of Monroe, including the bridge and overpasses. Jack was an ordained deacon and has always been faithful to his church and his church family. He was a member of Fred Autrey's Sunday School Class at McClendon Baptist Church, West Monroe, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Beverly Ann Driskill; and six of his ten siblings, Alexander Richey, Jr., Jerry Richey, C.C. Richey, Rita Maxey, Jackie Richey, and Marilyn Richey.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years; Marjorie Richey of West Monroe, LA; his son: Michael Richey and wife, Karen and grandchildren, Alexis and John; his son: Mark Richey, and grandchildren, Sarah and Tori; and grandson: Chad Driskill and great-granddaughter, Beverly, all of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughter and caregiver, Paige Cruz and husband, Andy, and great-grandchildren, Courtney and Jacob Brown of West Monroe, LA. His surviving siblings are Merle Biggs of Alexandria, LA; Beth Brewer of Houston, TX; Pat Bruce of Sweeney, TX; and Bill Richey and wife, Lillie of Houston, TX; also a host of in-laws, nieces and nephews. The pallbearers will be members of his Sunday School class.

Hazel B. Smith, 91, died Wednesday at Doctor's Medical Center after a brief illness.
Mrs. Smith was born, as Hazel Bergin in Odem, Texas, and has lived at the Samaritan Village in Hughson, for the last 2 1/2 years. She was married to W.C. "Dick" Smith and lived most of her life in West Monroe, Louisiana. After raising two sons, she worked full-time as an accountant, until she retired at 84 years of age.
She was a very early adopter of computers in her workplace. As a young woman, she was an avid tennis and basketball player and was very active in bowling. She was a coach for 6th and 7th grade softball and basketball; and she was active in swimming and was a lifeguard and water safety instructor.
She had always been an excellent seamstress and was wonderful with her knitting. In her later years, she continued these hobbies and also learned and became very proficient at the dying art of tatting. She continued her compulsive use of computers; and often, she researched her needs and interest on the internet and then often ordered items from internet merchants.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Wm. Richard Smith, his wife, Judy and their children, Kristi McCall, Mike Hill, Stephanie Haenel and Rick Smith; her daughter-in-law: Mrs. Rae Lynn Smith and her children, Carey, Susan, and Terry, and Terry's daughter, Sydney; her two sisters, Imogene Booth and June Browning.
There will be a memorial remembrance for Hazel at the Samaritan Village Chapel at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2005. This will be immediately followed by a celebration of her life with her friends and family at Samaritan Village, 7700 Fox Road in Hughson. Memorial service for Mr. Johnny Wells Wade, 61, of West Monroe, will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2005, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Rd., Monroe, with Pastor Michael O'Neal officiating.
Mr. Wade died on March 3, 2005, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Wade retired as a Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force in 1983 with 20 years of service. He was a Vietnam veteran serving with the EOD or Explosive Ordinance Disposal.
After retiring from the Air Force, his work continued in the same field, taking him abroad, clearing landmines from war-torn countries such as Azerbaijan, Honduras, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and most recently Mozambique.
Mr. Wade was a great man, who was loved by so many all around the world.
Survivors include his wife, Nell Wade of West Monroe, LA; children, Johnette Wade, Bryan Rachal, Rachel Rachal, all of Dallas, TX; Datra Rachal, Steve Wade, and Roman Rachal, all of Monroe, LA; brother, Charles Wade, mother, Margaret Osborn, both of Dallas, TX; and grandchildren, Haley, Noah, Marcus, Logan, Jacob, Caleb, and Baby Neele.
