Mrs. Furlow passed away January 12, 2005.
Mrs. Furlow was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church, West Monroe.
She was preceded in death by husband, Osborn Stone Furlow and son, Donald Osborn Furlow.
Survivors are daughter-in-law: Gaye Furlow; grandchildren: Donny Furlow, Andy Furlow, and Todd Furlow; sister: Velma McMillan, Ammon Fuller; brother: Julian Brown; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be: Donny Furlow, Andy Furlow, Todd Furlow, David McMillan, Bob Brantley, and Tom Singletary.

Interment will be at Twin Cities Memorial Gardens, West Monroe.
Officiating will be Rev. Mark Foster, Rev. Jimmie Master, Rev. Fred Foster, Rev. Gene Simpkins, and Rev. Joe Geuin under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mrs. Geuin was born in Eros, January 28, 1917 and passed away in Monroe, January 12, 2005.
Mrs. Geuin was a faithful member of Pentecostals of the Twin Cities.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Marvin Geuin.
Survivors are five children: Bonnie Tyler and husband Rev. Mel of Port Gibson, MS; Mary Paul and husband Bill of Haughton, LA; Linda Thomas and husband Johnny of Calhoun, LA; Charles Geuin of Bossier City, LA; Rev. Joseph Geuin and wife Sherrie of West Plains, MO; sister: Edith Fuller; numerous nieces and nephews; twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Gary Wooley, Randy Elliott, Mike Collins, Steve Aldridge, Charles Geuin, and Trey McClendon.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Anthony Geuin, and Marvin Wooley.

Services for Mrs. Peggy Ann Douglas Haste, 58, of West Monroe, will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, January 15, 2005, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Dr. David Uth and Rev. Mark Fenn officiating.
Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Haste was born on September 16, 1946 in Monroe, LA, and was raised in West Monroe, LA.
She died on January 12, 2005 at North Monroe Medical Center.
She attended Lenwil School before West Monroe Junior High and West Monroe High School.
Peggy was always a good student, eager to learn.
She was in the Honor Society in high school and was awarded a scholarship to Northeast College, where she studied nursing for two and one half years before changing to Elementary Education.
After graduating as an Honor Student in spring of 1970, she was married to Ervin Haste.
After teaching school three and a half years, she started working at the Louisiana State Employment Office in 1974, where she was employed until disability retirement in 1999.
Peggy became a Christian at an early age.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, at the time of her death.
Survivors include her husband, Ervin Haste, her mother, Margie Puckett Douglas, her brother, Charles Douglas and his wife Barbara and their sons, William and Joe, uncle, Eugene Puckett, aunt, Evelyn Russell, mother-in-law, Christeen Haste, brother-in-law, Larry Haste and wife Ruth, sister-in-law, Shirley Weems and husband Conrad, brother-in-law, Darrell Haste, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, West Monroe World Outreach Fund or to Cypress Street Church of God Kitchen Fund.
Many thanks to the Doctors and Nurses who cared for her, Dr. Uth, Mark Fenn, the Angers, and the support group at First West Church.

Mrs. Hicks was born February 16, 1941 and passed away January 11, 2005.
Mrs. Hicks worked for 4 years at Imagemax of Monroe, and was preceded in death by her husband, William "Cooter" Hicks.
Survivors are three children: Kristie Cooper and husband Jeff; Mike Hicks and wife Debbie; Bambi Hicks; four grandchildren: Todd and Jamie Cooper; Melissa Holland; and Becky Adams; two great-grandchildren: Hope and Linsly; aunt: Bo Wilbanks and husband Shorty; Lifelong friend: Ruth Brown and numerous other family and friends.

Mrs. Jeter was born on November 5, 1914 and passed away on January 12, 2005.
Mrs. Jeter was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.
She and her husband cared for foster children for 30 years or more in their home.
She then worked for Day Light Day Care for 10 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry Lee Dean and Vida Mae Dean; sister, Zelda Mae Dean Cloud; brothers: Thelbert, Ferris, Fred, and A.J. Dean.
Survivors include her son, Mitchell Eugene Jeter; Sisters: Mary D. Newman Lisenby; Betty Jean Ellington; sister-in-law, Goldie Dean, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews: Perry Ellington, Roger Ellington, Steve Struben, Trey Magee, Matthew Magee, and Todd Newman.
Honorary pallbearer will be nephew, Roy Allen Cloud.

Mrs. Pickering died Wednesday at the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi, following an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ace Morris and Lula Clark Morris; a daughter, Helen Bailey; and her husband Chester W. Pickering, with whom she operated a family dry goods store.
She is survived by two daughters, Chestene Pickering and Hazel Henderson, both of Delhi; two sons, James Roy Pickering of Montana, and Robert Pickering of Pioneer, LA; by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hearne will be remembered for her many years of church service as the organist and pianist.
She was a member of both Stone Avenue Methodist Protestant Church and Yeager Methodist Protestant Church.
She was active in her church work until her illness made it difficult.
Her tribute as a Christian mother and witness will long be remembered as her greatest gift.
