Shirley Clark Bell, a homemaker, died Saturday of heart failure at Kenner Regional Medical Center. She was 68. Mrs. Bell was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Survivors include three sons, Lawrence and Michael Bell, both of Atlanta, and Donald Bell; two daughters, Christine Wheeler and Gail Duplessis; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Clarence Williams III, a stock clerk at Winn-Dixie, died of gunshot wounds Saturday in the 9300 block of Lake Forest Boulevard. He was 26. Mr. Williams was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He was a graduate of Sarah T. Reed High School and attended Oakwood College in Huntsville, Ala. He was a member of Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include his father, Clarence Williams Jr.; his mother, Louise Williams; his stepmother, Rosetta Williams; a stepbrother, Faron Bridges; and his grandmother, Louise Montgomery. He graduated from John McDonogh Senior High School. Survivors include his companion, Yolanda LaCosta; two sons, Derrick and Dante LaCosta-Squire; a daughter, Deranecia LaCosta-Squire; his father, Carl Spencer; his mother, Iris Squire-Salaam; a brother, Ahmand Squire; and a sister, Juanita Anderson. Donald John Radovich, a retired employee of the Internal Revenue Service, died Sunday of a heart attack at Kenner Regional Medical Center. Mr. Radovich was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in accounting. He was a member of New Orleans Central City Lions Club and the Deutsche Gesellschaft German Club. He served in the Army National Guard. Survivors include his wife, Lynn Gillette Radovich; two daughters, Kim R. Segrave and Jane R. Moss; and six grandchildren. He served as a lieutenant in the Navy during World War II. He was a former member of the Stratford Club and was a member of the New Orleans Country Club and several Carnival organizations.
