Burial was in Veterans National Cemetery under the direction of Winfield Funeral Home.

Sister Williams obituary reads as follows:
Esther D. Williams was one of seven children born to the union of George and Gordie Dunn, February 2, 1926 in Beaumont, Texas.
She professed a hope in Christ at a early age and was baptized at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Monroe, Louisiana.
Upon moving to Alexandria, with her husband McKinley Williams, Sr., she united with Mount Triumph Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Robert R. Perry.
She attended church regularly until her health started failing her.
She was know as the "Hot Tamale Lady" on Main Street.
She leaves to cherish her memories; three sons, Robert E. Ford, Sr., of Alexandria, McKinley Williams, Jr., of Birmingham, Alabama; Lawrence Williams of Alexandria, Roy Schilling of Monroe, a nephew she reared upon the death of her sister.
Four daughters, Brenda Nicols of Warner Robbins, Georgia; Beverly Jackson of Mansura, Louisiana; Margaret Williams of Alexandria, Louisiana, Mary Powell of Winnsboro, Louisiana; daughter-in-laws, Shirley Ford of Alexandria, Louisiana and Sally Williams of Birmingham, Georgia.
Sons-in-law. Bruce Jackson of Mansura and Joe Powell of Winnsboro, Louisiana; and Odis Nichols of Warner Robbins, Georgia.
Three brothers, George Dunn, Maxwell and Lesell Dunn all of Monroe, Louisiana; and three sister-in-laws; Olibet, Serena and Katie Lee, all of Monroe, Louisiana.
Nineteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of very good friends.
"Ma Dear" as called by the family will be missed in body.
But she leaves a legend of love and a heart of gold.
