A native and resident of Albany, he died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004, at his home. He was 65. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004. Visiting in the funeral home chapel from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004, conducted by Dr. Rodney Taylor and the Rev. Iran Smith. Interment in Blood River Baptist Church Cemetery. Survived by wife of 47 years, Lila Ann Wagner Stewart, Albany; a son and daughter-in-law, Larry Charles and Sybil Gill Stewart, Albany; three daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie Stewart Rodriquez and husband, Wayne, Lisa Ann Bourgeois and husband, Bryant and Sue Ellen Payne and husband, Glen Roy, all of Albany; four sisters, Wilma Stafford, Livingston, Bonnie Stassi, Hammond, Mary Fedele, Tickfaw, and Norma White, Mississippi; and seven grandchildren, Ashley DePaula, Brooks Stewart, Brittany Stewart, Keli Bourgeois, Kalen Bourgeois, Dustin Rodriquez and Charleston Payne. Preceded in death by parents, Kenner and Idell Kinchen Stewart; a sister, Monteal Gautreaux; and a brother, Edward "Boss" Stewart. He was a member of Blood River Baptist Church, a longtime carpenter and an avid hunter, serving as president of Hickory Branch Hunting Club.
VEASEY, RAE MARIE DICHARRY
A retired registered nurse with the state public health office, she died at 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004, at her home in St. Francisville. She was 74 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Zachary, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and from noon until religious service at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Charlie Landry. Interment in Feliciana Cemetery, St. Francisville. Survived by her husband, Carl Veasey; two daughters, Rose Marie White, St. Francisville, and Elizabeth Anne Charlton, Elyria, Ohio; two sons, Arnold Dee White, Jr., St. Francisville, and David Wayne White, Baton Rouge; a sister, Doris Bridges, Baton Rouge; a brother, Roland Dicharry, Jr., Moore, Okla.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Leola Dicharry; a sister, Betty Carpenter; and a brother, Raymond Dicharry. Pallbearers will be Dawayne Veasey, Maurice Brown, George Bridges, Michael Carpenter, Richard Hull and Boogie Davis. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Williston and Buddy Bridges.
WALDEN, SHIRLEY MORGAN
A resident of Baker, she died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary.
She was 75. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, Baker, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

He was 19.

WRIGHT, SR. NEIL AUBREY
A retired electrician with the U.S. Department of Defense, he died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004, at his home in St. Francisville. He was born Feb. 8, 1917, in Lincoln Parish, and was a former longtime resident of Bossier City. He attended Louisiana Tech before joining the U.S. Army Air Corps and serving in World War II. Visiting at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, 209 Bonner St., Ruston, from 12:30 p.m. Friday until religious service at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Farmerville. Survived by his wife, Edith Johnson Wright, St. Francisville; a daughter, Donna Wright Lee Pitts and husband, David R. Pitts, St. Francisville; a son, Neil Aubrey Wright, Jr. and wife, Rebecca Jean-Wright, Phoenix; and three grandchildren, Lauren J. Lee and husband, Mike Mascaro, Baton Rouge, Sarah Kinney Wright, Winchester, Calif., and Ryan Matthews Wright, Vista, Calif. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Lewis Thomas Wright and Lillian Estelle Matthews Wright Connell. He was a founding member of Northside Baptist Church, Bossier City, now Airline Baptist Church, and was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 995. SHREVEPORT, LA - Miss. Kathleen F. Kelly died at Summit Hospital on Sunday, July, 2, 2000 after a brief illness. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 4 2000 from 6 until 8 p.m. A funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5th at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Officiating will be Rev. William Spencer, O.F.M. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Miss Kelly was a native of Shreveport and a resident since 1979. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and had retired from Mobile Oil Corp. after 30 years of service.
Miss. Kelly was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas M. Kelly, Sr. and Maude Anne Kelly; three sisters, Marie K. Birdwell, Helen K. Davis, Agnes K. Dudley; and five brothers, Harry E. Kelly, T. Martin Kelly, Jr., J. Roland Kelly, George L. Kelly, and Walter S. Kelly. She is survived by numerous nephew and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Keith A. Kelly, Robert M. Davis, III, Kirk Davis, W. Lynn Kelly and Charles Chessley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas A. Kelly, R. M. "Bob" Davis, Jr., W. Norman Dudley and H. Thomas Kelly.

Mrs. R. A. (Aline) Mackey
SHREVEPORT, LA - Mrs. R. A. (Aline) Mackey, 79, passed away at Willis-Knighton Pierremont Health Center on Sunday, July 2, 2000. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 4 from 5:30 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5th at Life Tabernacle. Officiating will be Rev. Edward Cooper assisted by Rev. Nolan Logan. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery.
Mrs. Mackey was born on July 26, 1920 in Ruston, LA, and lived most of her adult life in Shreveport. She was a graduate of Bossier High School. She was an active Charter member of Life Tabernacle and attended it's first service. She was an avid flower gardener and surrounded herself with her family and love for her Lord.
Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jewel Anderson; and brother, James Anderson, preceded Mrs. Mackey in death. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, R. A. "Bob" Mackey; one daughter, Sally Hollingsworth and husband, Ron; one son, Robert Mackey, Jr. and wife, Kennie; six grandsons, Chip Mackey, Scott Mackey, Chris Mackey, Bo Rausch, Clay Rausch and Nathan Rausch; two great-grandsons; sisters, Marguerite Crawford of Spokan, Washington, Helen Neeson and husband, Grady and Vivian Lowrey both of Shreveport, LA; brothers, Herman R. Anderson and wife, Wanda, of Bossier City, LA, Jay Anderson and wife, Lori of Midwest, OK, and Ray Anderson and wife, Melda of Monroe, LA; numerous nieces, nephews and friends, including special ones in her Ruth Sunday School Class.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Martha Vance Crow
SHREVEPORT, LA - Mrs. Martha Vance Crow passed away on Monday, July 03, 2000. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2000 at Forest Park Cemetery. Visitation will follow the service at the family residence.
Martha Vance Crow was born November 4, 1917, in Indianola, Mississippi. From early childhood, she lived in Grenada, Mississippi. She attended Sullins (Junior) College in Bristol, Virginia, where she graduated as co-valedictorian. Later, she attended the University of Mississippi where she received her Bachelor's Degree and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.
After a period of working in Memphis, Tennessee, during WWII, she married Dr. Richard Denman Crow in 1945 and moved to Shreveport. She was a founding member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a member of Caddo Foundation for Exceptional Children, the Shreveport Country Club, the Shreveport Bridge Association, and the Shreveport Medical Society Auxiliary.
During earlier years, Mrs. Crow was an avid golfer and won the Shreveport Country Club Championship and the City Championship. She was also devoted to duplicate bridge, attaining the rank of Silver Life Master.
Mrs. Crow is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Dr. Richard Denman Crow; daughter, Arden Crow; stepdaughter, Patricia Crow Bartee and her husband, Bill; grandchildren, Anne and Margaret Bartee. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Denman Crow, Jr.; and her parents.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial gifts be made to the Shreveport Bridge House or Willis-Knighton Hospice Memorial Fund.

Shirley Baird Rawlinson Stephens
SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral Services for Shirley Baird Rawlinson Stephens will be held Thursday, July 6, 2000, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Osborn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Avenue. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2000 at Osborn Funeral Home.
Shirley Baird Rawlinson Stephens died on July 3, 2000. She was born October 20, 1917. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ogburne Rawlinson, her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Baird, and sister, Gerry Baird Harper.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, Hugh M. Stephens, her daughter, Mrs. Gerry R. Finch, and her husband, Kenneth D. Finch, of Houston, Texas, and her son, Nicholas Ogburne Rawlinson, Jr., of Houston, Texas, two grandchildren, Lizzie and Nicholas Ogburne Rawlinson, III, two step-sons, David L. Stephens, and his wife, Betty, of North Ogden, Utah, and Hugh M. Stephens, Jr. and his wife, Donna, of Roswell, Georgia, and step-daughter, Carol Sue Stephens, of Chicago, Illinois, and eight step-grandchildren, and her precious poodle, Peaches.
Shirley was a vivacious person who never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew her. After finishing Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1934, she entered Centenary College and graduated from Centenary College with a B A degree in 1938. During her college years, she was Centenary's May Queen, Co-ed Vice President of Student Body, Vice President of the Senior Class, on the Dean's list and President of Zeta Tua Alpha social sorority.
She was on many Civic Boards, including Caddo Foundation for Exceptional Children, Social Service Bureau, Glen Oaks & Glen Retirement Center, Junior League and Organizational President of Opera Guild.
She served on the Administrative Board of Centenary College as Dean of Women for ten years during the "Roaring Sixties". She was active in the Alumni Organization and in 1988 co-chaired the 50th anniversary celebration of the class of 1938 and emceed the banquet for the anniversary celebration.
She was a life time member of First Methodist Church of Shreveport, and served on committees of Social Concern, Archives, United Methodist Women and was Superintendent of the College Department and taught Sunday School for many years.
Honorary Pallbearers will be A. A. Bullock, E. H. Railsback, John B. Greer, Jr., Carroll Feist, Charles B. Foster, Jr., Carl L. Morris, John Kinnebrew, I. Henry Smith, Jr., John M. Shirley, with her husband, Hugh, were members of Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club, Petroleum Club and The Shreveport Club.
