Nathalie Haas Hirsch, a homemaker, died Saturday at Opelousas General Hospital. She was 101. Mrs. Hirsch was a lifelong resident of Opelousas. Survivors include a sister, Emily Hirsch Hart Rosen of New Orleans; nine grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. A private service will be held at Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas, followed by a private graveside service in Hebrew Rest cemetery of Opelousas.

Raymond Anthony Mansion Sr., a retired iron welder for Domino Sugar, died Oct. 25 of cancer at his home. He was 65. Mr. Mansion was born in New Orleans and lived in Slidell for the past 26 years. He was a graduate of Delgado Community College. Mr. Mansion was a veteran of the Army and was a member of the Crescent City Cowboys and the Slidell Horsemen. He was a member of Greater North Shore Full Gospel Church, where he sang in the choir. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Gaskin Mansion; seven daughters, Rhonda Tyler of Oklahoma, Rosalind Boullt of New Orleans, Raynell Crenshaw of Danville, Ill., Raynette Mansion of Oklahoma, Robin McCarty of New Orleans, Romona Mansion of Texas and Raynette Henry of New Orleans; two brothers, Michael Mansion of Lafayette and Gerald Mansion of New Orleans; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Greater North Shore Full Gospel Church, 39203 Voters Road, Slidell. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn cemetery, U.S. 190 West. Doyle's Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Larry Bullock, a tire repair assistant at an automobile repair shop, died Monday of smoke inhalation at an abandoned house in New Orleans. He was 48. Mr. Bullock was born in Tylertown, Miss., and lived in New Orleans for the past 42 years. Survivors include his father, Esco Bullock; his mother, Louella Stewart; a brother, Floyd Bullock of Slidell; three sisters, Mary L. Mark and Peggy Berry, both of New Orleans, and Maxie R. Magee of Sandy Hook, Miss., and his grandmother, Selena Stewart. A funeral will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Davis Mortuary Service, 9200 I-10 Service Road, New Orleans. Chanell Marie Williams, a cook for Maison Orleans, died Sunday of undetermined causes at Chalmette Medical Center. She was 36. Miss Williams was born in New Orleans and lived in St. Bernard Parish. She attended P.G.T. Beauregard High School and Elaine P. Nunez Community College. Survivors include her companion, Ferdinand Johnson; two sons, Maurice Keith and Marquis Arthur Williams; her mother, Helen B. Williams; two brothers, Michael Williams and Lionel Smith; and two sisters, Joyce Simmons and Janell Bienemy. Louisiana Cox Reis Brooks, a homemaker, died Sunday of heart disease at her home. She was 69. Ms. Brooks was born in New Orleans and lived in Slidell for the past 31 years. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include her husband, John R. Brooks; five sons, James C., Henry W. and Charles J. Reis, Frank Reis Jr. and Michael E. Reis Sr.; three daughters, Theresa R. Sutman, Cheryl R. Williams and Joyce R. Bourda; a foster daughter, Renee Tindell Gallagher; four brothers, Arthur J. Cox Sr., Henry W. Cox Sr., Earl C. Anthony "Tony" Mims, a New Orleans civil sheriff's deputy, died Thursday of an aneurysm at Tulane Medical Center. He was 46. Mr. Mims was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He was a graduate of Fortier High School and attended Delgado Community College. He sang with and served as president of the group Sa'Vey, which played at the Treasure Chest and Boomtown casinos and traveled to Japan in 1997. Survivors include his fiancée, Vanessa Walls; his mother, Pearl Mims; three brothers, William and Johnny Mims and Albert "Jack" Mims Jr.; and a sister, Penny Young.
