Peter K. MacDonald, 58, of North Andover, died Saturday, Oct. 23.
Mr. MacDonald was born in Brighton and was a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
The former Andover resident was a sales executive in the paper industry.
He was a member of St. Augustine Church and Indian Ridge Country Club and a former board member for the Special Olympics.
Members of his family include his son, Peter K. MacDonald Jr. of San Francisco, Calif.; daughter, Laurie MacDonald of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was said Tuesday in St. Augustine Church. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
Arrangements were by Burke Funeral Home.
Robert B. Mulcahy

Robert B. Mulcahy, 85, of Andover died Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Woodbriar Nursing Home in Wilmington.
Mr. Mulcahy was born in Winthrop and was a graduate of Winthrop High School and Boston University. He was a former 40-year resident of Lynnfield.
Mulcahy was a member of St. Maria Goretti Parish in Lynnfield and a sales representative in the construction industry for many years.
Members of his family include his daughter and son-in-law, Mellie and Paul Condon of Andover; three grandchildren; and a companion, Priscilla Carnicelli of Ashland.
He was the widower of Mary F. (McQuillan) Mulcahy and father of the late Brian Mulcahy and Richard Mulcahy.
A funeral Mass was said Saturday in St. Maria Goretti Church. Interment was in Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield.
Arrangements were by McDonald Funeral Home in Wakefield.

Arthur A. Levesque, 86, of North Street died Saturday, Oct. 23, at home.
Mr. Levesque was born in Lawrence and had lived locally all his life.
He worked at Pacific Mills and retired from the former Western Electric, now Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Levesque was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish and the Pioneers of America.
Members of his family include his daughters, Marie T. Levesque of Lawrence and Therese Holbrook of Lebanon, N.H.; sons, Arthur E.J. Levesque of Rochdale and Bernard E.J. Levesque of Andover; sisters, Jeannette Olivier of Salem, N.H., Aurore Vaudreuil of Lawrence, Irene Piliponis and Blanche Grassello, both of Methuen, Pauline Levesque of Danvers and Marie Barry of Hampstead, N.H.; brothers, Gerard Levesque of Methuen and Edmond Levesque of Hampstead; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the widower of Lillian (Bracelet) Levesque.
A funeral Mass was said Wednesday at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery in Franklin.
Arrangements were by Racicot Funeral Home in Lawrence.

Mary J. Levesque

Mary J. (Dolan) Levesque, 85, of Salem, N.H., died Sunday, Nov. 21, at Oxford Manor Nursing Home in Haverhill.
Mrs. Levesque was born and educated in Andover and graduated from Lowell Teachers College in 1935.
She taught in Methuen schools for more than 20 years before she retired in 1973.
Members of her family include her daughter, Rosanne Levesque of Salem, N.H.; sisters, Helen Bolt of Salem, N.H., and Marguerite Hill of Hampstead, N.H.; brothers, John Dolan of Bradford and William Dolan of Salem, N.H.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was the widow of Albert L. Levesque and mother of the late Mary Ellen Levesque.
Calling hours were scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 23, from 2 to 7 p.m. at John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence.
A funeral service will be held today, Wednesday, Nov. 24, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, also in Lawrence.

JeanAnn Lyons, 67, of Andover died Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Lawrence General Hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Lyons was born in Lawrence, graduated from Lawrence High in 1949 and attended Burdett School in Boston.
She was an executive secretary at ITT, Bolta Products and Avco prior to raising her family.
Mrs. Lyons sang at St. Laurence O'Toole Church for many years and was a featured soloist at weddings and at Christmas midnight Mass. She was a member of the Austin Guild and of St. Augustine Church.
Members of her family include her husband of 34 years, John F. Lyons Jr. of Andover; twin daughters, Christie J. Lyons of Andover and Laurie Jasper of Hudson, N.H., and her husband, Shawn Jasper; son and daughter-in-law, John F. and Caroline Lyons of Winchester; sisters, M. Florence Boland of Lawrence and Marjorie Crossley of Andover and her husband, John F. Crossley; sister-in-law, Lillian Boland; two grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
She was the daughter of the late William and Christie (MacEachern) Boland and sister of the late Dorothy Murray, Gladys H. Boland, Christine M. Boland and William Boland.
A funeral Mass was said Saturday, Nov. 20, at St. Augustine Church. Burial was in St. Mary Cemetery in Lawrence.

Shirley F. Munroe

Shirley F. (Smith) Munroe, 77, a resident of Andover for 20 years, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, at home.
Mrs. Munroe was born in Lawrence. She graduated from Lawrence High and attended Simmons College in Boston.
Mrs. Munroe was a bookkeeper for Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley and a member of Andover Senior Citizens Center.
Members of her family include her brother, Richard Smith of Andover; one niece; one nephew; and several cousins.
She was the widow of Leslie E. Munroe.
Funeral services were held Friday at Pollard Funeral Home in Methuen. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in West Parish Cemetery.

Faye Koffman

Faye (Lowy) Koffman, 65, of Weston, Fla., died Friday, Nov. 19, at Lawrence General Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Koffman was born in Memphis, Tenn. She graduated from Little Rock, Ark., High School and attended University of Texas.
She had been a resident of Andover for 30 years before she moved to Florida 12 years ago.
Mrs. Koffman was customer relations director for Koffman Port Industries in Lawrence.
She was a foster mother for the "JAFCO" program in Sunrise, Fla., and a life member of Hadassah and B'nai B'rith Women.
Members of her family include her husband, Mitchell "Mike" Koffman, of Weston, Fla.; sons, Phillip Koffman of Haverhill, Joseph "Brad" Koffman of Andover and his wife, Frayda Koffman; Michael Koffman of Cuba City, Calif., Jay Koffman of Haverhill and his wife, Claire Koffman, Charles Koffman of Haverhill and his wife, Shelley Koffman; daughters, Cathy Laponius of Derry, N.H., Laura Reed of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and her husband, Doug Reed, and Julie Levine of Andover and her husband, Mitchell Levine; and 20 grandchildren.
Services were held Sunday at Tifereth Anshei Sfard in Lawrence. Arrangements were by Goldman-Fisher Funeral Chapel in Malden.
