Elizabeth (Greene) Rabbitt, of Andover and formerly of Cambridge, died Tuesday, April 3.
She was the widow of Michael J. Rabbitt.
Members of her family include her daughters and sons-in-law, Marion R. and Richard Towle of Durham, N.H., and Lorraine R. and Dan Sullivan of Andover; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul M. and Jane Rabbitt of North Andover; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call today, Thursday, April 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Stanton Funeral Home, 786 Mt. Auburn St. (Rte. 16), Watertown.
A funeral service will be held Friday, April 6 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
A Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Watertown. Burial will be in Cambridge Cemetery.

Emma O. (Savageau) Stewart, 93, formerly of Methuen, died at Wingate Nursing Home after a long illness.
Born in Winchendon, Mrs. Stewart was active in the Masonic Lodge, and was a member of Eastern Star and the Shrine in Salem, Mass.
She was the widow of John H. Stewart. Members of her family include sons, James R. Stewart of Salem, Arthur D. Stewart of Brewster and John R. Stewart of Lyme, N.H.; daughter, Margaret O. Stewart of Methuen; 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was mother of the late Howard W. Stewart and Anita E. Dash.

Mary E. (Darby) (Barry) Connor, 85, of Andover, died Friday, April 6 at Mariner Healthcare Center in Methuen.
Born in Andover, Mrs. Connor was a member of St. Augustine Church.
She was the widow of John J. Barry and Joseph W. Connor.
Members of her family include sons and their wives, Michael T. and Karen Barry of Green Bay, Wis., John J. and Mary C. Barry of Andover, and Edward "Mickey" and Joyce Connor of Lawrence; daughter-in-law, Evelyn Connor of Weare, N.H.; sister, Catherine Merrill of Andover; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was mother of the late William J. Connor of Weare, N.H., who died last month [see following obituary] and Cornelia (Barry) Pearson.

William J. Connor

William J. Connor, 58, of Weare, N.H. and formerly of Andover, died Saturday, March 24 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington.
Mr. Connor was born in Lawrence. He was a master electrician at the Veterans Administration Hospital of Manchester, N.H.
He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He served as a member of the Board of Fire Wardens of Weare, and as a lieutenant with the Goffstown (N.H.) Call Fire Department.
He was also a former Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 99 of Goffstown.
Members of his family include his wife, Evelyn M. Connor; sons, William J. Connor of Goffstown, Christopher S. Connor of Hooksett, N.H., Robert E. Connor of Weare, N.H. and Daniel J. Connor of Los Angeles, Calif.; a daughter, Heather Castaneda of Manchester; brothers, Edward M. "Mickey" Connor of Lawrence, John J. Barry of Andover, and Michael Barry of Green Bay, Wisc.; mother-in-law, Evelyn M. Hawes of Weare; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His mother, Mary Connor of Andover died Friday, April 6. [See previous obituary.]

Samuel "Scot" Agostino, 79, of Andover and formerly of Somerville, died Saturday, April 7 at Sunbridge Care Center-Glenwood, Lowell.
Born in Arlington and educated in Somerville, Mr. Agostino graduated from Vesper George School of Art. He worked as a service man at Sears.
Mr. Agostino served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
Members of his family include his wife, Eleanor Agostino; son, Scot and wife Carol Agostino of Andover; daughter, Catherine and husband Remick Wallace of Andover; sisters, Eleanor Mooney of North Carolina and Mary Vir of Salem, N.H.; brother, Kit Connolly of Hull; and four grandchildren.

John C. Hurlin

John C. Hurlin, 71, of Andover, died Friday, April 6 in Methuen.
Born and educated in Norwalk, Conn., Mr. Hurlin graduated from Bates College in Maine and received a master's degree in mathematics from Northeastern University in Boston. He worked for 33 years at Raytheon Corp. in the missile systems division, retiring in 1992. He also worked in the air arms division at Westinghouse Electric Corp.
Mr. Hurlin served in the Army during the Korean War, and was a member of South Church, where he served as treasurer and committee member. He was a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, member of the Korean War Veterans Association, and volunteered in the AARP Tax Aide Program.
Members of his family include his wife, Nancy G. (McMillan) Hurlin; sons, William J. and wife Jane A. Borns of Princeton, N.J., and James A. Hurlin of London, England; brother, Charles W. Hurlin of Reading; and one grandson. Arrangements were by Dewhirst, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home, 33 Pearson St.

Eliza J. (Smith) Bateson, 95, formerly of Andover and Hampton, N.H., died Monday, April 2 at Sutton Hill Center in North Andover.
Mrs. Bateson was born in Arbroath, Scotland, and received her education in Scotland schools. She worked as a mender and burler with Marlin Mills of Andover.
She was a member of St. Matthews Order of Eastern Star. She was a member of South Church and the church guild.
She was the widow of James Bateson Sr.
Members of her family include daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and Loring Batchelder of Lexington; son and daughter-in-law, James and Mary Bateson of Andover; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
