ATHOL - Carmela M. (DeCanio) Choquette, 72, of 821 Daniel Shays Hwy., died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2004, at the Athol Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Queens, New York most of her life and attended schools there and since 1999, had resided in the Athol - Orange area.
She worked as a caregiver for many families in N.H.
Nash Services
ROYALSTON - Funeral services for Humphrey L. Nash, Jr., 86, of 25 On the Common, were held Saturday, Aug. 14, 2004, at the First Congregational Church of Royalston with the Rev. Dr. Virginia E. Asel, pastor officiating. The organist was Janet Paoletti.
Burial followed in Lawrence Brook Cemetery and the bearers were; Christopher Nash, Cedric Nash, Angus Nash, Hayden Nash and Stuart Nash.
The Higgins - O'Connor Funeral Home of Athol directed arrangements.
Eugina Boudreau
ATHOL - Mrs. Eugina Boudreau, 91, of 351 Chestnut Hill Ave., died today at the Quabbin Valley Healthcare.

Aldo Rana Sr.

ATHOL - Aldo Rana Sr., 76, of 108 Heywood Rd., Sterling, and formerly of Athol, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2004, in the Anna Jacques Hospital, Newburyport.
He leaves his wife of 12 years, Virginia A. (Lackey) Rana; five sons, Aldo J. Rana Jr. of Leominster, Ronald S. Rana of Sterling, Philip J. Scalise of Ashaway, RI, Jeffrey V. Rana and Todd E. Rana both of Westerly, RI; four step daughters, Terry Rathburn of Gray City, TN, Lisa Washburn, Susan Rathburn and Susie Washburn all of Greenfield; a step son, Henry Rathburn of Gardner; a sister, Rosa Rana of Monson; 12 grandchildren, one great - grandchild, nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Dominic and Anthony Rana, predeceased him.
He was born in Italy, son of Maurice and Angelina (DeLmoffati) Rana. He was raised in Worcester and lived in Westerly, RI, Athol, and Sterling.
He was an Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II. He was a salesman with the Alcoa Aluminum Corp. before retiring in 1974. He was a member of the 8 Point Sportsman's Club, a former member and past commander of the VFW in Westminster and a member of the VFW in Lake City, FL.
He was also active with the Athol Minstral shows and the veterans shows. He coached baseball and soccer, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and boating.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 17 in the Miles - Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Rd., (Rte. 12), Sterling.
Burial will follow in the Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
Calling hours are from 5 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home.

ATHOL - Funeral services for Alice (Williams) Mann Sutton, 90, of 882 Pleasant St., were held Saturday, Aug. 14, 2004, in the Fiske Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. R. Lee Smith, Pastor of the Starrett Memorial United Methodist Church officiated.
Burial was in Silver Lake Cemetery. The bearers were Mrs. Sutton's grandsons, Joseph Fountain, James Fountain, John Fountain, Casey Mann, Eric Mann and Tom Mann.
Judycki Services
ATHOL - Frank C. Judycki, who passed away in Florida the past December, will be buried at the Gethsemane Cemetery in Athol at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004. The family would like to make his friends aware that a Memorial Mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Our Lady Immaculate Church, prior to interment.
