TEMPLETON - John A. Amistadi, 57, of Partridgeville Road, died Monday morning, Nov. 8, 2004, in the Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
Born in Winchendon, he was the son of the late Enzo Amistadi and Bernadine (VanOs) Amistadi of Gardner.
Besides his mother, he also leaves a son, John Amistadi of Maine, on July 31, 1917 and had resided in Winchendon for 66 years.
Her husband of 37 years, Dale S. Beckwith, died in 1973.
She was a welder at the former Brown Package Co. before her retirement.
She was a member of the Bethany Bible Chapel and the Hyde Park Tenant's Council. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed animals, auto racing, bible studies and Christian fellowship.
She leaves a son, Gary D. Beckwith and his wife, Pat, of Baldwyn, MS; a daughter, Carol Ann Bourbeau and her husband, Roland, of Athol; seven grandchildren, 11 great - grandchildren; two great - great - grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Vivian was the last of a family of 13 children.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. in the Snow - Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St., Winchendon. The Rev. Paul H. Stenstrom, pastor of the Bethany Bible Chapel, will officiate. Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery.
Calling hours in the funeral home are Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Enjoyed Family, Maine, playing cards with her sisters, reading, crossword puzzles and most of all she enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren.
She leaves three sons, John M. Porter of Athol with whom she lived, James M. Porter and his wife, Deborrah, of Orange, Richard A. Porter and his wife, Marie, of Athol; one daughter, Nancy A. Tamasunas and her husband, Peter, of Athol; one sister, Eloise Watkevich of Athol; a son - in - law, Frank A. Goss of Athol; eight grandchildren, Jason L. Gerard of Athol, Jamie L. Tamasunas of Athol, Amanda S. Tamasunas of Athol, Lisa M. Porter of Athol, Morgan Goss of Leicester, Deven Goss of Athol, Derek J. Porter of Orange, Allie J. Porter of Athol; one geat grandchild, Dakotah Bailey of Leicester; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter J. Porter, Jr. who died Dec. 2, 1983, by a daughter, Donna M. (Porter) Goss, who died May 5, 2004, and by a sister, Dorothy Miller.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 11 a.m. in the J. Edward Murphy Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Silver Lake Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to the N.H., she was a daughter of John and Julia (Sklarski) Stys and grew up in Newmarket, later moving to Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Willimantic, Conn.
In 1935, she moved to Orange and was married to Anthony A. Sinkovich, who died in 1977.
A weaver, she had worked at the former B & F Manufacturing Company in Orange, known as the "Pants Shop," for many years, retiring in 1977. She previously had worked as a silk weaver in Willimantic and at the former Orange Silk Mill.
She enjoyed yardwork and tending to her flowers, as well as walking, sewing, her sisters, and was known to be a meticulous homemaker.
Survivors include a sister, Stella Bergquist of Orange; a nephew, John "Jack" Bergquist of Orange, and his wife, Theresa; nieces, Dorothy Truckey of Athol and Irene Rice of Orange; and several grand nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by sisters, Mary O'Connell on July 31st of this year, and Antonia Donais, who died in 1980.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Nov. 10, in St. Mary's Church at 11 a.m.
Visitation will be held at Witty's Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the Mass.

ATHOL - Victor E. Flanders, 85, of Athol, and a former long time Keene, NH resident, died Friday afternoon, Nov. 5, 2004 in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He was born in Laconia, NH on Nov. 11, 1918, the son of Harry and Nina (Bearsworth) Flanders. He grew up in Keene, graduating from Keene High School.
He worked for many years as a machinist with the Kingsbury Machine Tool Corporation of Keene. He later worked for 10 years as a printer with the former Wettereau Food Distributors of Keene. He was a member of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks Lodge 927 of Keene. He enjoyed listening to music and dancing. He also enjoyed skiing, archery, fishing and hunting. He was an accomplished artist, completing oil paintings and sign painting and doing calligraphy.
He is survived by two daughters, Brenda Lee Croteau, of New Milford, CT, and Jane D. Gambill of Surry, NH; three grandchildren, three great - grandchildren, and two nieces in Connecticut. He is also survived by his companion of 10 years, Theo Gale of Athol, and his former wife, Elaine Flanders of Swanzey Center, NH. A grandson, Jason Croteau, and a brother, Leslie Flanders, died earlier.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Private burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Swanzey Center, NH. There are no calling hours.
