Paul W. Invernizzi, 75, of Milford
MILFORD -- Paul W. Invernizzi, 75, of Milford, died Saturday, June 14, 2003, in SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation in Milford.
Born in Somerville, he was the son of the late Anna M. and Paul W. Invernizzi, and for the rest of his life was a resident of Milford.
A World War II veteran, he served in the Navy as a seaman second class.
He was a cook in many local restaurants, including the old Sorrento Room.
He leaves his children, Maida A. Invernizzi of Milford, Michael D. Invernizzi and his wife, Diane, of Blackstone and Shawn P. Invernizzi and his wife, AnnMarie, of Milford.
He was also brother of the late Shirley E. Osburn of Whitewater, Kansas.
A private burial will take place at a later date at New Hampshire on December 9, 1910 and was a daughter of the late Henry W. Bemis.
ARLINE MARIE MONDEAU (JONES)
GARDNER - Arline Marie Mondeau, 70, passed away February 14, 2008 peacefully at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, Mass. She was born June 15, 1937, the daughter of Joseph and Anita Jones (Michaud) of Haverhill, Mass.
LUCILLE M. CARR
TEMPLETON - Lucille M. (Despres) Carr, 87, of 44B Red Fox Crossing, Templeton, died Friday morning at home surrounded by her loving family. Lucille was born in Jaffrey, Georgia and in the Pacific-Asiatic Theater, receiving several citations.
Mr. Lambert was a longtime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post No. 1385 in Uxbridge, and was a former member of the Uxbridge Eagles. He attended St. Mary's Church in Milford. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was an avid Red Sox fan. He was a devoted grandfather.
Mr. and Mrs. Lambert observed their 35th wedding anniversary Oct. 12, 2001.
In addition to his wife survivors include two sons, Robert P. and his wife, Nancy Spencer, of Oahu, Hawaii, and Paul B. and his wife, Kristina Lambert, of Hopedale; two daughters, Linda J. and her husband, Mitchell Clinton, of Bellingham and Donna M. and her husband, Philip LeClair, of Colchester, Vt.; one brother, Ernest A. Lambert of Milford; two sisters, Blanche Lee of Mendon and Annette Lussier of Hopedale; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was also the father of S. Kim Spencer Brock, who died in 1990, and brother of the late William Lambert.
A funeral service with full military honors will take place Wednesday, April 3, at 10 a.m. in the Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress St., Milford, officiated by the Rev. William Konicki, pastor of Sacred Heart Church of Hopedale.
Burial will follow in the Vernon Grove Cemetery, Cemetery Street, Milford.
Calling hours are Tuesday, April 2, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home.

Leo H. Lighthiser, 84, of West Paterson, N.J
WEST PATERSON, N.J. - Leo H. Lighthiser, 84, of West Paterson, N.J., died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, in Webster Manor Nursing Home.
He was the husband of Anita (Ksenich) Lighthiser.
Mr. Lighthiser was born in Paterson, N.J., the son of the late George and Ida (Banta) Lighthiser, and attended St. George's School in Paterson. He was a resident of West Paterson for 50 years.
Mr. Lighthiser was employed by the Erie-Lackawanna/Conrail Railroad as a signalman for 39 years in New York state.
Mr. Lighthiser was a communicant of St. Bonaventure's Church in Paterson, where he served as petitioner for several years. He was a member of the Tri-Boro Senior Center in West Paterson.
Mr. Lighthiser was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy in the Asiatic-Pacific and American theaters.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Lighthiser leaves his daughter, Harolyn and her husband, Dr. William A. Thiemke, of Mendon; one brother, Thomas Lighthiser of Blairstown, N.J.; four grandchildren, Tania L. Clark of Cumberland, R.I., Diana L. Allison of Buffalo Gap, S.D., Erick W. Thiemke of Belchertown and Sabrina L. Thiemke of Gorham, Ohio, where she resided for the greater part of her life.
While in Toledo, she was employed by the Michigan.
She is survived by two sons, Milton C. Pontious of Woodbridge, Va., and Gregory W., husband of EmmaLou Pontious, of Whitinsville; two daughters, Nannette S., wife of William V. Kershow, of Milford and Carolyn A., wife of James H. Reed, of Linwood, Mich.; nine grandchildren, Kristen Henry, William V. Kershow III, Lisa Parnanen, Annick Griffith, Laurie Doss, Seth Reed, Susan Tethal, Robert Pontious, and Corey Pontious; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother, Stanton, husband of Jane Knowles, of Toledo; a sister-in-law, Ruth Ellen Knowles of Stuart, Fla.; and special friends, Joyce and Don Ervick of Midland, Mich.
She was the sister of the late George W. Knowles.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A private family graveside service will take place at a later date at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
