Worcester - Donald "Donny" F. Clark Jr. 37, of Worcester, died Friday, Dec. 31, in the Hospice Residence at Coes Pond, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Donny fought a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
He leaves his wife, Charlene A. (Cardinal) Clark; a son, Nicholas T. Clark of Worcester; his mother, Lynne E. (Gray) Moriarty and her husband Timothy of Worcester; his father, Donald F. Clark Sr. and his wife Jeanine of Monument Beach; his maternal grandmother, Dorothea Gray of Winthrop and his paternal grandparents, Marion and Langdon Clark of OH, Patricia A. Higgins of Shrewsbury, and Deborah A. Waterson of Worcester, three sisters, Mae Moen of Escundido, CA, Helen Provencher of Wheelwright, and Barbara Smith of Worcester, 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Peter F. and Herminie M. (Lavoie) Moen. She attended South High School.
She worked in the Customer Service Department at Big D Supermarket for 25 years, retiring in 1990 previously she worked 20 years at Harr Ford. She was a member of Saint Peter’s Church and was active in Local Politics.
A Funeral will be held Tuesday (April 29) from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 9 Hammond St. (www.faybrothers.com) with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Peter’s Church 931 Main St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling Hours are Monday (April 28) from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association 25 Spring St. Walpole 02081

Worcester - Carl E. Dejarnette 46 of 4 Crown St. died Wednesday (June 18) at UMASS Memorial Medical Center- Belmont St. Campus after an illness.
He leaves his mother Nettie (Deramus) Dejarnette of Worcester, a brother, Alexander Dejarnette of Worcester, two sisters, Julia Miller of Worcester and Wanda Dejarnette of Massachusetts, 11 Vanderbilt Avenue, Norwood, MA 02062. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street is directing arrangements.

WORCESTER - Janet L. (Sullivan) Logan, 71, of Worcester and South Harwich died Monday, March 15th in the Hospice Residence after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Her husband John J. Logan, Jr., died in 1990. She leaves her daughter Julie Ann wife of Robert Jacobson of Paxton, 2 sisters Marjorie wife of Donald Hampton of East Dennis and Naples, FL and Marcia wife of Gerard Kiley of Belmont, 2 grandchildren Alyssa and Matthew Jacobson of Paxton, nephews and nieces.
She was born in Belmont the daughter of Clinton and Teresa (Smith) Sullivan. Mrs. Logan was a graduate of Belmont High School, Tufts University and earned her Masters Degree at Worcester State College. She had been a teacher and head teacher for the Head Start Program in Worcester for 25 years and had last worked with the program at the First Baptist Church on Park Avenue. Mrs. Logan was a former member of Immaculate Conception Parish and it’s Woman’s Guild. She was an avid bridge player, enjoyed her time spent on Cape Cod, her family and friends and traveling.
The funeral is Thursday, March 18th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Wednesday, March 17th from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the UMass Memorial Foundation/Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, 1 Lincoln Square, Worcester, MA 01605.
