Lucy A. Smack
PITTSVILLE - Lucy A. Smack, 83, died Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at Green Valley Terrace in Millsboro, Del.
Born in Gumboro, she was the daughter of the late Thomas B. and Annie S. Elliott Phillips. She is survived by a son Larry E. Smack and his wife Trudy of Frankford, Del. and daughter, Anna L. Hudson and her husband Phil of Parsonsburg, Md.; five grandchildren, Wayne A. Hudson, David P. Hudson, Roger L. Hudson, Paul L. Smack and Pamela L. Allen; six great-grandchildren, Kevin W. Hudson, Dillon R. Hudson, Victoria Davis, Mindy Allen, Chelsea Allen and Chris Allen; a very dear friend, Delores Morris; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Her husband, Lester J. Smack died in 2001.
She and her late husband, Lester operated Smack Electric in Berlin, Md. for over 35 years before retiring in 1993. She was a former member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Showell Volunteer Fire Company, a member of Showell United Methodist Church and an avid gardener. She was loved by all who knew her.

Richard Clark Eisinger
SNOW HILL - Richard Clark Eisinger, 72, died Sunday, March 27, 2005 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Albany, N.Y., he was the son of the late Paul and Marguerite Clark Eisinger. He is survived by his wife Lois Mullins Eisinger and three children, David R.Eisinger and his wife Susan of Jarrettsville, Md., Robert A. Eisinger of Dundalk and Cathy L. Proctor and her husband John of Churchville, Md.; andfive grandchildren, Christine Proctor, John Alexander Proctor, Mary Beth Eisinger, Samantha Eisinger and Ryan Gibson.
Eisinger had been a millwright for many years working for Eastern Stainless Steel in Baltimore. He was a United States Navy veteran and as member and trustee of Makemie Presbyterian Church in Snow Hill.
Services were held. Memorial contributions may be made to Makemie Memorial Presbyterian Church, 115 Franklin St., Snow Hill, Md. 21863.

Nancy Ann MacDonald
OCEAN CITY - Nancy Ann MacDonald, 53, died Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
Born in Hollywood, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Harold Snyder and is survived by her mother, Marian Armstrong Snyder of Fenwick Island.
Also surviving is her husband, Randall ?Randy? MacDonald of Ocean City; her sister, Lindsey McAllister of Dagsboro; two nieces, Keesha Troyer and Clara McAllister; and a nephew, Joshua McAllister.
She had worked as a drywall finisher.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin. The Rev. Constance Sterner will officiate. Interment will private at a later date.

Lloyd Fraser Tweedy
SNOW HILL - Lloyd Fraser Tweedy, 79, of Snow Hill died unexpectedly of natural causes Thursday, March 24, 2005, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Chicago on Jan. 28, 1926, he was the youngest of four sons of the late Albert William and Rosalie Mayer Tweedy.
Tweedy was a U.S. Navy veteran. Memberships included the Snow Hill Rotary Club, the Directors Guild of America and All Hallows Episcopal Church, where he had served as vestryman. He was a volunteer at WESM in the reading radio network for the visually impaired.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Alice Merwin Tweedy of Snow Hill; a son, William Lloyd Tweedy and his wife, Susan, of Stamford, Conn.; a daughter, Margaret Tweedy Drazek and her husband, Gregory, of New Delhi, India; and a granddaughter, Catherine Alice Tweedy.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at All Hallows Episcopal Church. The Rev. Kenneth Thom will officiate. Interment will be in High Street cemetery in Hingham, Mass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to All Hallows Parish, 109 W. Market St., Snow Hill, Md. 21863.

Hilda Debbra Moulds
BERLIN – Hilda Debbra Moulds, 46 of Selbyville, Del., died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2005 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Victoria Brown of Baltimore and the late William Loudermilk.
Moulds was Red Cross Certified. She was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Ocean City. She enjoyed many activities which include swimming, surfing, traveling, experiencing anything new, but most of all her family and friends.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters: Christina Mandes and her husband Paul of Shady Side, Md. and Carrie Sturgeon of Berlin; three grandchildren; and her great-grandfather, Victor Jefferies of Baltimore.
Following cremation private services will be held at a later date.

George Frederick Ay
OCEAN CITY – George Frederick Ay, 87, died at Levindale Geriatric Center on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, after a lengthy illness.
Born and raised in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Edward F. Ay and Martha Lerian Ay.
He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 59 years, Virginia Elizabeth, in 2004 and a sister, Ruth Bollman, in 2005.
Ay attended Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore. He served in the U.S. Army, 4th Armored Division, with General Patton's 3rd Army in World War II and was a recipient of the Bronze Star and discharged with the rank of warrant officer.
After the war, he worked for Minneapolis Honeywell for nine years and later owned and operated "Pinky's Café" in southwest Baltimore for 18 years. He moved to Ocean City in 1973 and was a Realtor until his retirement. He was past president and a longtime member of the Ocean City Lions Club.
Survivors include his devoted daughter, Susan Ay of New Windsor, Md.; devoted friend, Michael Bowers; and a brother, Richard L. Ay, and sister-in-law, Angela Ay, of Arnold, Md.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's By the Sea Episcopal Church, 302 N. Baltimore Ave. in Ocean City, on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's By the Sea Memorial Fund.

Pennie McKeldin
OCEAN CITY – In loving memory of Pennie McKeldin, who suddenly passed away after a short illness on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005 at Atlantic General Hospital.
McKeldin is survived by two sons, Edward McKeldin of Belair, Md. and David McKeldin of Laurel, Md., and a daughter, Lynn Dampier of California. She is also survived by six grandsons and two granddaughters and a loving cousin Natalie Oxendine of Ocean City and her beloved Fluffy.
McKeldin resided at the Beach Club Condominium for the past 10 years where she will be greatly missed by her friends. She was a member of the Republican Woman Club of Ocean City, AARP of Ocean City, Red Hat Ladies Club of Ocean City and the Humane Society.
There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. at the Carousel Hotel in Ocean City. In lieu of flowers please send any donations to the American Cancer Society, CF Foundation of Md. or to the Humane Society of Ocean City.
Faith I. Caras
SELBYVILLE – Faith I. Caras, 56, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2005 at home.
Born in Vero Beach, Fla., she was the daughter of Virgil and Hope McCabe. She is survived by three daughters, Christina Pierson and her husband Dave of Lewes, Del., Jennifer Caras of Rehoboth Beach, Del., and Alissa Grise of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Susan Foust and her husband Ken of Selbyville and Lovey McCabe of Virginia Beach; three step-grandchildren; and a nephew, Rusty Hudson of Duvall, Wash. She was preceded in death by a brother, Virgil W. “Chip” McCabe III in 1980.
She had been a bookkeeper for Super Fresh for many years and attended Salem United Methodist Church in Selbyville.
