SANDRA K. HAUSER
Sandra Kay Hauser, 62, Aurora, W.Va., passed away on March 27, 2008, at her residence.
Born Oct. 28, 1946, Eglon, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Dale Aubrey and Avenell Josephine Beckman Roth.
She was a Protestant by faith, and a member of Stemple Ridge Ladies Aid. She was a loving wife and mother. She was especially proud of and very involved with all of her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, William Raymond Hauser, Aurora; two sons, Wade Dale Hauser and Joseph William Hauser and wife Stephanie, Aurora; one daughter, Beth Ann Bishop and husband Chad, Aurora; one brother, Gary Roth, Eglon; one sister, Mary Rembold, Aurora; and four grandchildren, Savannah and Jacob Hauser and Emma and Ava Bishop.
Friends were received at the Aurora Memorial Building.
A service was held at the Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church on Sunday, March 30, with Rev. John Foy officiating.
Interment followed at the Stemple Ridge Cemetery.
Hinkle Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
LOIS S. SUTTON
Lois Storey Sutton, 81, Greenville, S.C., passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2008.
Born in Dunkard Township, Greene County, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Velma Harkey and Matthew Storey. She was also preceded in death by two children, Jay Steven Sutton and Martha Jane Sutton; and six brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Sutton grew up in McHenry, where she graduated from Accident High School. She graduated from Frostburg University with a degree in education, where she was selected for Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.
She was an educator in Linthicum and Mexico City, Mexico, before moving to Greenville, where she substitute taught at various Greenville County School District schools.
She was a member of the Greenville First Baptist Church and the Reserve Officers Association Ladies.
She was a devoted wife and mother, who dedicated herself to raising a family of four children. She was later an officer in the family business, Sutton’s Inc., working at the Haywood Mall and Orchard Park stores.
She is survived by her husband, Major General (Ret.) Berlyn Keasler Sutton; two sons, Robert Alan Sutton and wife Susan, Greenville, and Jon Jeffrey Sutton and Mary Beck, Durham, N.C.; one daughter, Lisa Anne Phillips, Pittsburgh, Pa.; and five grandchildren, Taylor, Paige, and Julia Phillips, all of Pittsburgh, and Matthew and Lauren Sutton, Greenville.
Friends were received at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Home where a service was held in the Downtown Chapel on Wednesday, April 2.
Interment followed at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.

DOLNALD L. ARONHALT
Donald L. Aronhalt, 78, Morgantown, W.Va., passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born May 30, 1929, in Bayard, W.Va., he was a son of the late Carl Augusta and Nina Kate Idelman Aronhalt.
Donald was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, serving with the 41st Infantry Division of the Alabama-Mississippi National Guard. Following the service, he was a parts assistant at Shaffer Ford, Oakland, before moving to Morgantown, where he worked at Bell's Wholesale for 25 years. He was a member of the Sabraton Baptist Church.
He is survived by one brother, Robert "R.J." Aronhalt, Brookhaven, W.Va.; three nieces, Karla Loftis and husband Rick, Orange Park, Fla., Brenna Dean and husband James, Alexandria, Va., and Susan Graziani and husband Richard, Morgantown; one nephew, Donald K. Aronhalt, Morgantown; three great-nephews, Justin Loftis and companion Marielena, Matthew Loftis, and Alex Graziani; one great-niece, Sara Graziani; and one great-great-niece, Hannah Loftis.
Friends will be received at the McCulla Funeral Home, Morgantown, today, Thursday, April 3, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday until the 11 a.m. service, with Rev. Wil Coulson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Bayard Cemetery, Bayard.
ELAINE M. BECKMAN
Elaine Marie Beckman, 62, Oakland, died Monday, March 31, 2008, at her home.
Born on March 28, 1946, in Oakland, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Vernard Ludvig and Geraldine (Selders) Ludvig Teets. She was also preceded in death by her husband. Ronald W. Beckman in 2006.
She was a housekeeper working for both The Long Branch Motel and Fantastic Cleaning. She attended the Underwood United Brethren in Christ Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Harsh, Pasadena, and Vicki Callis and Amanda Beckman, both of Oakland; two sons, Ronald W. Beckman, Rawlings, and Randy Beckman, Conway, Ark.; one sister, Mary Thomas, Oakland; and seven grandchildren.
Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, where a service was held on Wednesday, April 2, with Rev. David Moon officiating.
Interment was held in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens, Oakland.
MARIA C. WEITZ
Maria C. "Mary" Weitz, 73, Oakland, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at her home.
Born Sept. 18, 1934, in Detroit, Mich., she was the daughter of the late John David and Matilda Weitz.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, where a service was held on Tuesday, April 1, with Rev. David Davis and Rev. Ruth Davis officiating.
Interment was held in the St. Peter and St. Paul Cemetery, Cumberland.
WILLIS J. GLOTFELTY
Willis J. "J.R." Glotfelty, 73, Mtn. Lake Park, died Monday, March 31, 2008, at his home.
Born on June 17, 1934, in Bedford Valley, Pa., he was the son of the late Willis D. and Mary L. (Steyer) Glotfelty.
He attended the Loch Lynn Church of God. He was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator having worked for Grafton Coal, Allegheny Mining, Jones Trucking, and S. J. Groves Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Mary J. (Rhodes) Glotfelty; two daughters, Sandra J. Fitzwater, Swanton, and Mary A. Bennett, Oakland; five sons, Curtis E. Glotfelty, Terra Alta, W.Va., and Dale A. Glotfelty, Michael P. Glotfelty, Willis J. Glotfelty II and Timothy W. Glotfelty, all of Oakland; two sisters, Janet Mae Tichnell and Mary Ellen Rodeheaver, both of Oakland; 20 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland.
A service was held at the Loch Lynn Church of God today, Thursday, April 3, with Rev. Ivan Ackerman and Rev. Cindy Ackerman officiating.
Interment was held in the Deer Park Cemetery.
MINNIE C. OURS
Minnie Catherine Ours, 85, McHenry, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at her residence.
Born Jan. 28, 1923, in Mouth of Seneca, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Walter and Cora (Alt) Nelson. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Shirley.
She was a member of the Friendsville United Pentecostal Church and the Friendsville Senior Citizens. She worked in the housekeeping department at Will O' the Wisp, Deep Creek Lake, and in the laundry department at Cuppett-Weeks Nursing Home, Oakland.
She is survived by one son, Luther Ours, Warrenton, Va.; five daughters, Dorothy Cole, Keyser, W.Va., Eva McKenzie, Deer Park, Nancy Wakefield, Friendsville, Doris Bittinger, McHenry, and Darlene Murphy, LaVale; three sisters, Dora Miller and Hester Miller, both of Mouth of Seneca, and Anna Turner, Cabins, W.Va.; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, today, Thursday, April 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A service will be conducted at the Friendsville United Pentecostal Church on Friday at 10 a.m., with Rev. Marshall Bittinger and Rev. Larry Suter officiating.
Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be held in the Blooming Rose Cemetery.
JAMES V. SPIKER
James V. Spiker, 36, Pittsburgh, Pa., died on Monday, March 31, 2008.
He was a son of Martha Spiker and the late Larry Glotfelty. He was also preceded in death by both grandfathers, Hubert Glotfelty and Ralph Spiker.
He was a loving husband, devoted father, and avid skateboarder.
He is survived by his wife of eight years, Amanda C. (Poole) Spiker; two children, Annie and Riley, both at home; maternal grandmother Harolene Glotfelty; paternal grandmother Ruth Irene Spiker; one brother, Jamie Glotfelty; in-laws Craig and Melissa Poole; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends will be received at the Allegheny Center Alliance Church, Pittsburgh, today, Thursday, April 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m.
Interment will be held in the Sang Run Cemetery, Sang Run, at 2:30 p.m.

ROBERT C. LLEWELLYN
Robert C. Llewellyn, 73, Swanton, died on Tuesday, April 1, 2008, after recently being diagnosed with cancer.
Born on Jan. 13, 1935, in Lonaconing, he was a son of the late Cecil and Helen (Smith) Llewellyn. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Edith V. Steele, whom he married on Nov. 6, 1959; one brother, Samuel F. Llewellyn; and one sister, Rosalie L. Abbott.
He graduated from Valley High School in 1954. He served in the U. S. Army for two years and was stationed for a time in Germany. He was retired from Westvaco Paper Mill, where he was employed for 38 years.
He was a member of Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church, where he served as the chair of the trustees for both the church and the charge. He was also the church sound technician.
He is survived by one daughter, Carla J. Anderson, Parsons, W.Va.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin T. Llewellyn, Lonaconing, and Gary R. Llewellyn, Cumberland; and one sister, Norma Byers, Barton.
Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, today, Thursday, April 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A service will be conducted at Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church, Swanton, on Friday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Donald Nelson officiating.
Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Cumberland.
