SHARPSBURG - Shirley Lorraine "Sis" Row, 60, of 17600 Snyders Landing Road, died Wednesday, April 19, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born May 9, 1939, in Keedysville, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Clyde Madaleine Lewis Stull.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Wiliams S. Row Sr.; four daughters, Donna K. Marcum and Rebecca A. Wilson, both of Sharpsburg, Sandra J. Marcum of Fairplay, and Nancy L. Row of Hagerstown; a son, William S. Row Jr. of Sharpsburg; four brothers, Benjamin F. Stull of Bakersville, Md., Dallas L. Stull of Sharpsburg, Robert L. Stull and Gurnie A. Stull, both of Keedysville; seven grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; a great-grandchild; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter L. Stull, Charles F. Stull and Richard L. Stull.
Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Bast Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro. The Rev. Ernest Witmer will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Keedysville.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mamie V. Turner
Mamie Viola Turner, 93, of 11 W. Baltimore St., Potomac Towers, in Hagerstown, died Thursday, April 20, 2000, at Coffman Nursing Home.
Born Feb. 15, 1907, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Flora Delosier Cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul William Turner.
She is survived by a daughter, Jane Anderson of Etters, Pa.; two sons, Russell Turner of Rawlins, Wyo. and Don Turner of Hagerstown; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no viewing.
Arrangements are by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.
Dorothy R. Harsh
Dorothy Rohrer Harsh, 68, of 9828 Sharpsburg Pike, Hagerstown, died Sunday, April 16, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born June 27, 1931, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late George Elmer and Hazel Kathleen Rohrer Harsh.
She retired from Tri-State Surgical Supply in Hagerstown in 1996. She had been employed by Eakles Drug Store in Hagerstown.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Hagerstown.
She was a member and treasurer of Interstate Coin Club of Hagerstown.
She is survived by an aunt, Alice Burkett of Hagerstown; two uncles, Harry Rohrer and Robert Rohrer, both of Hagerstown; nieces; nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St. in Williamsport. The Rev. Gerald D. Carbaugh will officiate.
Burial will be in Rest Haven cemetery at the convenience of the family.
There will be no viewing.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

Shirley A. Kroboth
Shirley Ann Kroboth, 57, of 17506 York Road, Hagerstown, died Friday, April 21, 2000, at Ephrata Community Hospital in Ephrata, Pa.
Born Jan. 21, 1943, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Thelma May Embly Hoke of Maugansville and the late Richard John Dagenhart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kroboth Jr., in 1998.
She was a graduate of South Hagerstown High School.
She was employed by Corning Glass Distribution Center in Greencastle, Pa. for 23 years.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
She was a member of American Flint Glass Workers Union AFL-CIO where she served as a steward.
She was a former member of Halfway Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Joseph Kroboth III of Williamsport; stepfather, Robert Norman Hoke of Maugansville; three sisters, Pearl Virginia Williams of Texas, Thelma Jane Burral Banzhoff and Nancy Baker, both of Hagerstown; four brothers, Paul L. Butch Dagenhart of Hagerstown, Elmer L. Mick Dagenhart of Georgia, George William Burral of Boonsboro and David Willis Burral of Smithsburg; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles D. Dagenhart.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North in Hagerstown. The Rev. George A. Limmer will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven cemetery in Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

BOONSBORO - Ella Mae Hutzell, 76, of 101 Valley View Court, who died Friday, April 21, 2000, was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles Leon Hutzell, in 1994.
Mildred L. Harper
Mildred Loy "Pinkie" Harper, 89, of 807 Mulberry Ave., Hagerstown, and formerly of Brunswick, Md., died Saturday, April 22, 2000, at Coffman Nursing Home, Hagerstown.
Born Sept. 7, 1910, in Taylorstown, Va., she was the daughter of the late Silas and Lilly Spring Loy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles William Harper.
She was a 1928 graduate of Brunswick High School.
She retired from Moler's Pharmacy, Brunswick, as a sales clerk.
She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Point of Rocks, Md.
She is survived by three daughters, Myra Loy Poffenberger of Maugansville, Janet Fay Biller of Sterling, Va., and Nita Belle Zolonski of Alabama; three sons, John William Harper of Hadley, Mass., Ray Bentley Harper of Hagerstown, and Gerald Culler Harper of Bolivar, W.Va.; 13 grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Lou Grove; four sisters and four brothers.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at John T. Williams Funeral Home, 100 Petersville Road, Brunswick. The Rev. Brian H. Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, Md.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
