Marie E. Wilhide
Marie Elizabeth Lantz Wilhide, 78, of Western Maryland Hospital Center and Hagerstown, and formerly of 15506 Sabillasville Road, Sabillasville, Md., died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at the center.
She was born Feb. 17, 1922, in Lantz, Md.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Josiah Wilhide Sr., in 1980. They were married
Feb. 11, 1940.
She attended schools in Lantz.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Germantown Bethel Church of God in Cascade.
She is survived by three daughters, Marie E. Lowman of Falling Waters, W.Va., Shirley J. Rienks of Waynesboro, Pa., and Linda L. Caricofe of Hagerstown; two sons, Albert J. Wilhide Jr. and George Wilhide, both of Sabillasville; grandchildren, including grandson Buster Wilhide, whom she raised; sisters; brothers; nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Blue Ridge cemetery in Thurmont, Md. Pastor Paul Tobias will officiate.
There will be no public viewing.
Arrangements are by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
Albert G. Danneberg
Albert Glenn Danneberg, 52, of 11014 Coffman Ave., Hagerstown, died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born June 8, 1947, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Albert H. and Kathryn Denton Danneberg.
He was employed by the Maryland State Police for 30 years. He was automotive services supervisor.
He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He is survived by his wife, Marleen Danneberg; and a sister, Lynn Walker of Bethesda, Md.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown. Alan Robinson will officiate.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Robert G. Gentry
WILLIAMSPORT - Robert Gregory Gentry, 76, of Milestone Garden Apartments, died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born in Huntington, W.Va., he was the son of the late Joe Gregory and Jessie Ferguson Gentry.
A graduate of West Virginia University, he received an A.B. degree and a doctorate of juris prudence in 1950.
He was the area manager of Columbia Gas of Maryland, and Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania in Greencastle from 1970 until his retirement in 1980.
A veteran of World War II, he was a second lieutenant in the Third Army.
He was a member of Western Star Lodge 11 AF and AM; and AARP.
He was past president of Williamsport Senior High PTA; past president of Washington County Junior Achievement; and served on the United Way's Budget and Admissions Committee. He was a director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce; acted as director of Lions Club of Hagerstown; and was a member of the board of directors of Maryland-District of Columbia Utilities Association.
He is survived by his wife, Janet M. Gentry; a daughter, Susan E. Sowers of Boonsboro; two sons, Gregory R. Gentry of Hagerstown and W. Michael Gentry of Vienna, Va.; and three grandsons.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St. in Williamsport. The Rev. James E. Swecker will officiate.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home, which will open at 9 a.m.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

V. Lorraine Anderson
V. Lorraine Anderson, 77, of Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown, died Wednesday, April 26, 2000, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Jan. 2, 1923, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Leslie W. and Alice V. Kershner Robinson.
She was a 1943 graduate of Washington County Hospital School of Nursing.
She was a private duty nurse, and the director of nursing at Coffman Nursing Home for 10 years. She retired in 1985.
She was a member of Church of the Holy Trinity.
She is survived by her husband, Hubert L. Anderson; a daughter, Rebecca L. Madsen of Williamsport; three sisters, Evelyn Pfeil of Williamsport, Dolores Wiebel of Smithsburg and Joyce Parks of Hagerstown; two brothers, Leslie Robinson Jr. of Orlando, Fla. and James Robinson of Falling Waters, W.Va.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. in Hagerstown. The Rev. David Schlicher will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ann E. Moylan
Ann Eckhardt Moylan, 66, of The Long Meadows, Hagerstown, died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at her home.
Born Sept. 5, 1933, in Glyndon, Md., she was the daughter of the late Glyndon LeRoy and Alice Hull Eckhardt.
She was a 1955 graduate of Western Maryland College with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
She was a former teacher for the Baltimore County Board of Education.
She participated in historic preservation efforts, including Save Historic Antietam Foundation and Washington County Historical Society. She worked for the restoration of The Long Meadows and its inclusion on the National Registry of Historic Places and its showing on the Maryland House and Garden Pilgrimage.
She was a member of Rose Hill Health Club.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, The Honorable Daniel Wheeler Moylan; three daughters, Elizabeth Ann Moylan of Baltimore, Alden Lisa Moylan of Tacoma Park, Md. and Dana Moylan Wilson of Funkstown; and a son, Daniel Patrick Moylan of Silver Spring, Md.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev. R. Benjamin Jones will officiate.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
